Hello, in today’s print edition AutoBild has tried to compare the V70 D5 (185 hp) with the Audi A6 Avant 2.7 TDI. Apart from some exceptions (e.g. evaluation of the V-70 dashboard, which has been rightly praised for years by the entire trade press), the article is nevertheless quite balanced overall. Although the 5 years younger and significantly larger A6 decides practically all test criteria more or less for itself, the V70 ultimately wins, because clearly cheaper in purchase. The comparison test shows again how difficult it is to compare the V70 with “classmates” – it practically does not exist. The A6 as well as the DC E-Class play m.E. (at least in price) in another league, namely where for years the lack of the new V 90 – Konfort / Raumwunders has to complain about the lack of the new V90 – Konfort / Raumwunders. Reverse the flag V70 can also not be compared with a Ford Mondeo too, although the outside, inside and luggage space measures on a “class” – B.

Attachment load on XC90 MY06
Hello insiders and fans, Has any of you found a viable way to increase the unsatisfactory load on the XC90? My request at the IAA came up with pure horror, as one can only ask something (that’s how it seemed to me). I wonder why at such a fair there is not even a technical decision-maker or at least one of the ones present. Maybe we should start an action here in the forum, in order to pass on massively ignored wishes (realisable) to competent in the VOLVO fortress. At the load on the attachments I have already raised in the self-experiment considerably more than 3.5t an 8% increase. Certainly not desirable as a permanent load (for VOLVO) but 2.8t must be loosely in the 2.2t own weight! What do you mean??? Thanks for active participation!!! Grüssen sömmm

Yesterday I renewed the spark plugs myself,(to 0,7) although the others were not old. And the distributor cap was cleaned. The problem remained. V70 with LPG system Autronic Mistral 2 / Multi Tec ???
What’s more, I’m proud owner of a V70I 09.97 2.5 20V with LPG. Previously said: I didn’t have a real plan for gas systems … From the dealer (car dealer !) also no documents or detailed information about it. Somehow the gas system doesn’t run (more) !? On the overpass (120 KM) he has obviously only allowed fuel. The (tank) indicator at the switch flashes at ‘0’. I turn it off and on again, light up some LED’s from 0 over 1/2 to 1 and then go out in turn backwards again in turn and it flashes at 0. So does not seem to funk. Gas all ? At home stuffed – ‘have finished with pure-pumte 42 liters’. Is after all a 77-L tank (62 net) so was not empty for the pressure control ? Or ? What is that exactly for a plant ? In the letter it says: Drive gas STAKO 480-3805, Inh 77L can not be a MULTI-TEC.

Eternal drooping and no end
I have a few questions. Has anyone ever changed the rubber bearings of the auxiliary frame? Where do you get them (except in the Swedish pharmacy) and what do they cost? All the bearings and rubbers of my chassis are more or less new and low in play. Think now even NOCHMAL to exchange the crossbars and replace them against which of MEYLE. -Does someone have a recommendation for me (where, what does it cost)? First of all, however, I will go to another plant for axle measurement. I can’t imagine that this is getting worse and the track should be right every time. At the moment, the zeroage of my steering wheel is shifted around about 5-10° to the right and the box changes to 150m on the AB the track. This is extremely annoying and so slowly my neck bursts. Unfortunately, according to my dealer there should be problems with the homologation of the performance increase, which can not be played up for the vehicle transfer. the dealer offered me a Polestar performance increase, which I rejected. Engine maintenance urgently needed
Hello people! I understand that it is not the first Tehma with this title but it seems to me everything is different. C30 Bj10 1,6D 80tkm mileage. This error has occurred 2 times up to now, no power loss, after the restart disappeared again. Then the DPF cleaning started. No more consumption, everything as usual. I read out today with the ELM error. Looks like a salad plate. P2458 probably what with the particle filter… P2585 could be something with the additive sensor P0341 camshaft. Connection???? P1402 am not sure, I believe EGR. 90% highway rides. Additively at 60tkm. Software was checked up during the filling up was up and the whole about 8 months ago. The errors are probably related to some process. Read delete without any problems and will be in the next cleaning again. And now? Anywhere something with soot added?
