  • Consumption XC 90 D5

Hello, this week had an XC 90 D5 for the test drive. Came on a readout of 11 l / 100 km (automatic). What experiences do you have? Would be interested in a switch. Thanks. Ciao Steffen

  • Inspection intervals XC90 D5 MY06

Unfortunately, I don’t find any information about the inspection intervals of the D5 MY06 on the inet side of Volvo, nor in the high gloss brochure (maybe I am and I’m standing somewhere, but I’ve tried really hard…) I heard somewhere, 30TKM or once a year. Is that so true?

  • Ask for help: Does anyone know this problem?

Hello dear elk driver So, now it’s time: After a good 2 years with my S60 2.0T, MJ 04 and nearly 40’000 km I had my first breakdown: The car didn’t start in the evening and I was stuck in the parking of my company! The problem turned out as follows: The Fzg. let itself open without any problems with the remote control and everything looked really good. But when I wanted to start the engine and the starter operated: nothing happened! No error message, no whirring of the starter: nothing! So I tried among other things again to close and reopen the car with an additional battery? And look: Wrumm, the car started again without a problem. Anyway, he tested the battery voltage and that was ok! So I drove quite normally after the car in intention to have nothing to start the car with an additional battery! And look: Wrumm, then the car started again without a problem. In any case, he tested the battery voltage and that was ok!

  • XC90 – Coupling

Question to the XC90 drivers with circuit: my friend has had an XC90 d5 SC holder 6-speed for about 3 weeks. Everyone who has been driving with the car so far thinks the clutch is set wrong in the sense of abruptly approaching one-couplings (1st gear start) This often chokes off the car, only grinding clutch starts. The friendly already on the phone says that the clutch is set correctly, especially since the car also has to pull residential trailers (at least theoretically). So he does not want to accept the problem. What experiences you have made with the clutch, mE I have not read anything negative about this yet. Thank you.

  • Volvo S40

.2017 16:02 的 Alkapon_78 Hello to each other, Have a volvo s40 Bj 96 with ne icom system. Now to my problem I’m stunned. I couldn’t fill up any more gas because I was in a gas workshop. There were so 2. sensors in the gas tank exchanged. Weis not exactly like the exactly heisen. It was repaired and the refueling goes again. Now the new problem. 2. Days later the car did not jump on as soon as it is pushed on it goes on immediately. Now the mysterious when it was pushed on and driven. Now I can turn off and it goes on without problems. Sometimes it goes on and then it doesn’t work again. The armature board glows quite normal and sometimes then I blink the armature lamps then it doesn’t go on. What struck me is a new lamp went on the sign of the alarm lock. I said the following things had already been exchanged.

  • Ashtray no longer works

It doesn’t close anymore. It works by pressing on it for a short time to open it. To close it, you just press it again. However, it doesn’t vary anymore and stays open. Would just buy a new one if it weren’t so expensive. Do you have any idea how to fix it?

  • Interior mirror swap – Installation instructions sought

Hello, I want to change the interior mirror in my moose. Is there any removal instructions? Specifically, it would be good to know how to remove the cover from the IntelliSafe box without any damage. Once the cover is down, you can simply remove and replace the mirror by gently turning.

  • Chassis springs rear

Good evening I have searched the forum now over 1 hour, and am not smarter than before. I have broken a suspension spring at the back. The color code is brown/brown The V40 1.9D is from 2004 and has the sports package (V40 (2004) 5-door D4192T3 M56) Now I am unable to find replacement. At Skandix there is the following:http://www.skandix.de/…/?kf1=65-HA&%3Bkf2=80-&%3Bkf3=40- Original according to Skandix would be: suspension spring rear axle 30620556 (1051379) – Volvo V40 (-2004) 1051379 30620556 suspension rear axle Volvo V40 (-2004): model from 1999, spring code 2E vehicle equipment: for vehicles with level control Volvo Original What does “for vehicles with level regulation” mean?

  • [850] Now the Lambda probe

And again a histrum from the department “We find gradually all possible Easter eggs”. I was surprised or annoyed for a while that in the petrol operation the idle speed is too high with warm(!) engine (1,200 to 1,300 rpm) that the gasoline consumption increases with short-range operation *extreme* and for that the idle speed is much too low in the gas operation (engine usually goes out). Moreover, the gas consumption is too high, and in the gas operation the expected power is not reached. However, the gas problems I had not connected with the petrol problems, because the controls of both systems are separated. Today I had the opportunity to come to a workshop, which is with the gas system model installed with me (Zavoli RE.GA.L, Venturi) know. The guys have checked the system from the front to the back and then opened to me immediately that after their opinion the Lambdasonde is defective. That is because the gas system is with. Thus the emptyness in the gas operation would not be too bad.

  • Vialle Venturi AMS evaporator type D 180,000 km on gas

Moin Moin, after almost 10 years (without maintenance) and 180,000 km on gas, for the first time a major intervention on my gas system was carried out. The reason for this operation was a restless motor run in gas operation. In the cold condition the engine even went out. In switching operations this is no fun. After about 10-15 km the spook was then over and the engine ran without problems in gas operation. Due to this symptom I started from a temperature problem. I got a sealing set, cleaned the evaporator disassembled and reassembled. The membrane which separates the water-bearing part from the gas-bearing part was quite washed out and a replacement was bitterly necessary. The other membranes looked still very good. All in all, the story took about 3.5 hours, whereby only the replacement of the resins/cokings on all moving and fixed parts of the evaporator has taken about 2 hours. At the disintegration I even pushed on the gas filter which was never changed. If this time I know where to find it is. Otherwise, the evaporator is built up quite easily. My effort is again.
