V40 1.8 90KW Bj 2001 Engine turns but does not start!
Good day dear people! I have the problem that my V40 doesn’t start any more! To the background: After a normal ride into the city the vehicle was turned off;by letting it go again, a bad clack came out of the engine compartment (he has done sporadically already many times) I suppose it came from the camshaft adjustment! So engine off and since then the engine turns when it jumps through but not on!Zündfunke is there!But it sounds as if he does not build up compression at the start! Can someone help me?

1 cylinder no more compression!
The engine is running “unround” ! In the troubleshooting I found that the first cylinder no longer has compression! I suspect “burned valve”! What does the fun cost me about? Or better to scrap the moose (V40 combi from 98)??? Many years ago I stayed with an “Audi” on the highway with engine damage and the estimate of the cost of the workshop, only to determine exactly what broke, exceeded the “replacement value” by far!!! Hello, Since I can’t decide whether a (member) black vehicle will make sense or not, the question of a “intermediate solution” still arises. You can only darken the rear windows and the rear of the V60, according to my understanding the rear doors remain normal. Has anyone seen this or a picture of it? Or does that make no sense anyway? XC 60 Parktronics

XC60 bobbing chassis
Hi, my girlfriend and I want to get a new car in the next few months. The XC60 comes into the further selection. Since my V50 had to be inspected, I had such a car as a workshop replacement car to connect it to a test drive. It was an XC60 D5 AWD automatic with momentum equipment and 17″ wheels. We were delighted with the equipment, the workmanship and the safety features. Also the trips to the light terrain were mastered confidently. But then this piny chassis (with slight uneven ground conditions)… with 20″ wheels I would have understood that, but at 17″? How are your vehicles in this regard, maybe I had only bad luck? How is the effect with 16″ wheels? Thank you for your support.

Hello together, I have a question about the update of the map material. That I should do the whole thing with running! Engine and have to schedule up to 5h time, is in the guide….. Now I drive again to Bavaria this week and have thought about doing the update during the ride. Does anyone know if the other function (phone, radio) still works, or does everything turn off?
