Hello Elkgemeinde, with me the purchase of a V70 is at the door. There are many good offers and thus the decision is difficult. In the narrow selection are: 1. V70 2.4 gasoline, 170 hp, automatic, EZ 2006 with 89,000 km 2. V70 D5 DPF, 2.4 diesel,185 hp, 6 gear normal transmission, EZ 2006 with 67,000 km What is the better grip from your practice? Are 89,000 km for a gasoline much? Thank you for your support Greeting macgeorge

V70 D5, 2003 with DPF but accident car! Is the price correct?
Hello, I saw this V 70 D5 near me. Is probably also a Volvo dealer. At least he deals a lot with Volvo and sold it to the former owners as a young used car. This older couple has just bought a new one there and paid for it. Had set me a limit of 10000 euros if the car has the green badge. Max. 9000 if he does not have it and I have to upgrade it. Facelift would be of course best ( 2.4 D or D5 ) This h ier had an accident damage in 2007, which was repaired also in this car house. Bumper changed, headlights changed, left fenders and wheelhouse and heaters as well as shock absorbers left. Airbags and so on were too. Only sheet metal parts changed. The dealer does not want to make a timing belt change, since he would still have almost 20,000 km …. 🙁 . Is the price not in spite of DPF 1000 Euros too high!!? ? I also have no cock 200 km for a car to drive, but , let’s say after de m Still negotiating 9500 euros?? Too happy, isn’t it? Is an automatic. Is it wrong in the ad! Here it is: http://suchen.mobile.de/…/printView.html?…

Remote control range
Hello together Have received two remote controls for my moose. Unfortunately, the range is very low with 5m. Rather less…. Have the batteries changed with both, but nothing changed. At the SuFU I found a post in which someone of 40m speaks. Can you increase the range i-how?? Or increase the reception sensitivity at/in the car?? Since the moose is on an almost unlit parking lot with 30 or more cars, it would be useful if the range is raised I’m grateful for tips… Greetings Meik

S60 Telephone & ISO Radio
hi people, first of all say hello to you from the deep snowy south of Austria. I’ve been on the road here for a long time (more vw and audio) but after a change I’ve become reasonable and have been driving an elch since last week. after I’ve been reading my question here for some time now. S60 2,4 Aut. HU-6Something car radio with phone after the phone has a speaker in the snack support anyway and the microphone somewhere in the rear mirror I need yes t only the “attention” switch to an ISO radio (alpine cda-9835) and then this would have to work with the phone. my expectation is that this works with the volvo ISO adapter cable anyway by itself. BUT: I find unfortunately no mounting panel that leaves the phone part untouched and only makes the radio part of the blind ISO suitable. does any of you perhaps have a link where I get such a part? so again briefly: I need a radio mounting panel for standard retrofitting radios that leave the phone part untouched. ebay, google and Dietz has spat out nothing reasonable for me so far. thank you and ciao, mic

Incontinence, colourless and unsightly liquid.
After changing the dampers of the rear flap on my V70 III 2.4D MY2010 and driving the car out of the garage today, I saw that under the vehicle, in the middle slightly on the left about the height of the axle, is a spot. So there has to be some dripping. The liquid is colorless and odourless, but has a slightly oily/sticky consistency. I had first thought it was washing/wipe water. But that’s not it. At the disguise under the car you can see nothing, everything dries n. Therefore the liquid must come straight through one of the holes which are in the underbody covering in this area. From above you can see nothing. Since I have no lifting platform and also otherwise no further under the vehicle I wanted to ask here if someone knows what can be there. I will definitely go to a factory saddle on Monday to get to the bottom of the matter.

washer system
Hello moose driver, slowly I grit the giant. at my elk the washing machine does not function now. I fill the water pure, press the lever, you hear the pump, only water does not arrive at the windshield. instead, the water on the rear wheel, on the side where the tank is sitting, on the road. so, back in the trunk the clothing out and look, the white, thin hose has been cut out of the black, which sits in front of the filter direction rear window. no problem denk ic h, just back in and good. because, the pump works, but no nozzle comes water. I make the hose back again and suck on it. water comes out, so not blocked. it can’t be that ALL jets are suddenly clogged? and if so, how do you get it free again? even another stupid question, when I opened the back flap and put myself in the suitcase room, gave the car noticeably after. I sometimes so’n little up and down, then he started to swing n. the rear wheels have also moved a little bit, is’n automatic. is that a sign that the shock absorbers are over? while driving, however, I notice nothing. thank you for reading, greetings, Olli

Volvo C70 2.0D – Oil level
Are such “vibrations” of the oil level at the oil measuring rod normal, completely safe for engine and DPF and should I not worry about it? From the oil change I drove about 8,000 km and noticed that the oil level would sometimes rise by 2-3 mm, then would go down again and again with an ever longer and faster route, although the level was never above the maximum. I have read somewhere that it is a 2.0D 136hp charm and you should only worry if the oil rises far above the maximum. The first picture shows the measured oil level before 200 km and the second one from today (the higher one). The car was standing in the garage for one week after the 200 km long distance and the second photo is in the garage after this week (maybe the water has collected in the oil tank and thus the oil level has increased)? The engine works well and evenly, the consumption is normal, DPF cleaned before 8,000 km in a special DPF washing machine and the replenished additive, difference sensor on the DPF works perfectly, AGR opens and closes, the throttle valve works well, the suction nozzle is airtight – does it make sense to take care of it? Maybe it’s just the water that collects in the oil tank and then evaporates? Maybe the oil measuring rod is poorly profiled (I have noticed that on one side of the oil measuring rod there is always more oil than on the other, as if it is in a certain wink el would have gotten into the tub).

Possibly humidity in the interior
Moin. I suddenly have the problem with my V50 that the roof sky replaces itself in front of the driver and front passenger. That happened now in the heat. I always drove with air conditioning. I went through all the possibilities and now I have found that the windshield in the rain attacks immediately when the air conditioning is not on. I can not get that away without the air conditioning. I find something strange because my other cars never had the problem so. My front The windshield was replaced by Volvo in December and is also dense. Have already tested this. Dachreling is also dense. Don’t have any water stains in the sky. But what if the humidity comes from the air conditioning system? I noticed that I never have water under the car after driving with climate. So what if the drain hose is blocked? Where do I find it? And would I not have to have moisture somewhere in the footroom? What are the possible sources of error? can cause moisture to enter? Greetings, René

Particulate filters
Hello forum, hope you can help me. Is a great forum as I could see. Now I signed up. My problem is the following. About 4 months ago I bought a used V50 2.0d. Already a lot of it is in the emergency mode. But it did not show any messages. I then had the particle filter removed and had it professionally cleaned. In addition, the pressure sensor was renewed. Error message when reading out was particle filter blocked code ECM242F and Dru ckfilter Particle filter ECM2456. After installing the cleaned particle filter and pressure sensor, the errors were deleted. Nevertheless, both errors remain and the car falls into emergency mode from time to time. There is never a message displayed. In addition, the car jerks at constant speed. E.g. bewi 80 at 2000 revolutions. I despair. Do you have an idea? Thank you in advance. Eric
