  • “Adjust” petrol pressure regulator

Hello, I am already really eeeeeviger silent reader and even though nobody has noticed, thank you for the many valuable information that you can also pull out of the forum as a non-registered one! Nevertheless, a concern where I have not really found something about it: My V70I T5 shawl has received some modifications. Be it Green Giants, LLK, Japanifold, 19T, DP, AGA and stronger petrol pump. Tuned and so far so good, good pull and everything perfectly normal. If I drive at 40/50/60 km/h, uncouple and then roll to a crossing without gear, most of the speeds remain “hanging” between 1500 and 2000. Only when I come to a standstill it goes down and zack comes – in the stand – then the error message (I think 144 – idle control). Idle controls have also been tried three different (yes the correct ones), no difference. The only possibility we still see is, u And that just a few days ago, I remembered that my petrol pressure regulator was drilled a bit, because of increased fuel transport through the pump and for the larger ESV. Is this Lege artis, or rather not? And if so, is there perhaps a more professional one with an adjustable petrol pressure regulator? Thank you!

  • Volvo 850 air conditioning part, actuators ventilation

Hello in the round, EDIT: SORRY, of course wrong!! MCC is of course WITHOUT degrees!! So I have ECC. Just left the question about the actuator. Sorry! please need some advice again, ‘Alfred’ is making teasing again. The lady of the house has fogged front windows. Diagnosis: The adjustment of the air on the disc never goes. Car: 855, Bjhr. 1996, Motor B2525 Have now developed the HSF and taken parallel the control part in advance under the examination. I thought so far there are two types of from climate control: MCC and ECC. MCC : selector switch with degree indicators, bolts behind control buttons, BT directly to the front expandable, air changeover partially. Rope trains, only feet/disc via actuator ECC: selector switch without indicator, no screws behind control buttons, BT after expansion express radio from the rear, air conversions all about actuators Have found this in me now, picture 1. So already MCC, but ersm Radio out? Can somehow not make a rope train. To tal confused !?? Found behind the HSF also various actuators (3 pcs.), pictures 2+3. Think at least that these are some. Can someone say right away, which one would be for the switch to the disc? Or does it sit even further down? Thank you in advance, nice (successful) WE all, Jo

  • V70 wire harness interior

I have a question once to the electrical experts. My dashboard has clapped like hell, got me a used one and installed this, it was complete so with the entire wire harness that goes down in the footroom to the large central plug. The installation or removal of the dashboard has worked so far, now to my actual problem. The dashboard comes from a 97 or 98 v70 my v70 is bj 99, I did not convert the wire harness of course because I have the vö I have llig splintered, now at the first start 9 errors from ETS to ABS and general communication runs of course also accordingly, no ventilation, no speed signal etc etc. Can please confirm to me that you can not really be so stupid !!!! At the latest with the E – throttle flap I would have had to remember that the wire harness also has to be rebuilt. If I just think about it again everything will be bad for me.

  • Lambda probe for 850 T5 Italo 210 hp

Moinsen, I have the sitting dog on the lights. Car drives inconspicuously, no round engine run, extra consumption or anything else, the exhaust gas just doesn’t smell good 😉 That’s why a new probe is supposed to come in. Is there a manufacturer recommendation for this thing? So, for example, necessarily Bosch, NGK, Volvo or something? Because I’m just seeing it… in the spare parts search… There are probes for before and after the cat… I don’t know which one is defective with me. Dumb question alert-on…: has the old turbo-elch (auc) h already) two pieces? Greetings, Volkersson

  • Volvo V70 Edition Comfort Leasing?

Just looked at the special model V70 Edition Comfort and thought to myself “that’s exactly what you’re looking for” Since for me only leasing is possible (and only via a Volvo dealer directly) I went directly to the leasing computer at Volvo and calculated my leasing rate. V70 Edition Comfort 2.4 D (163 hp) LP: 36.680,00 EUR 36 months and 25.000 KM per year no deposit Kilometerleasing Private leasing monthly Rate: 730,37 EUR——–> wie bitte?! I already have the special model V70 Edition Comfort! hui. For comparison I went to Sixt’s same vehicle with the same dates: monthly rate: 493,00 EUR (this is the price without deposit, since SIXT always provides 20 % deposit, I counted out the deposit and added it to the monthly price) Even if leasing is only possible for me via a Volvo dealer, I found the offer of SIXT fascinating. Are after all 237 EUR less and that per M onat. Has any of you leased a V70 Edition Comfort and can tell me something about the calculation of Volvo?! I would really like to pick up the car because I just think it’s great. I already got a first offer directly from a Volvo dealer. He was expecting a huge deposit. If you broke it down to the months then we would be at a monthly rate of about 712 € at the above details. I’m really desperate…

  • XC90 wheel bearing fairy tale hour

Hello together, I was on Sunday with my family for a longer trip on the highway. And there it was again, the unusual loud hum from about 80 km/h. Then I looked carefully on my steering wheel, if there is not by chance a Ford sign on it. But no, it is a Volvo sign and I actually sit in my Volvo. So, on Monday immediately my exceedingly friendly called, was allowed to come by immediately for intensive diagnosis. he sits in the back and we go. After less than 500 m he confirmed already the defective of a wheel bearing. And now comes: He asked me if the wheel bearings have been made before and which was changed. I confirmed to him that according to the then calculation (about 1.5 years ago) the left wheel bearing was changed. I then told him that I had learned from other Volvo circles (MT) that actually both bearings should always be exchanged. I got the answer that there was no problem with this. This is only done if the manufacturer is aware that certain parts are weak points. And since I am the FIRST and so far also the ONE customer, who would have problems with the wheel bearings, then only the left one is changed. On my note that under xc90 drivers the problem was already sufficiently well known at that time he immediately confirmed to me that both wheel bearings are made this time and that the costs Volvo in full Hö so far, so good, on Friday are used with new wheel bearings. But it is already crazily: I am the only with wheel bearing problems (2x within 74,000 km and 3 years) but in the forums this problem is discussed endlessly 😉 Greetings xcycler

  • Radio adapter options

Hello have already read in the forum a little bit what adapters from Yatour or Grom. Do you have something new on the mark? But I would like to have an FM transmitter, what you can operate via the radio. Now the question about the radio. I drive a Volvo S 40 II Built 10/2004 with the 2.5 L suction cup and 140 Ps. What is there for a radio installed? Where is it installed and where are the adapters connected? At the front of the CD drive or somewhere in the car where the radio is located? Do you also have possibilities of double DIN radios seen with Navi and all Pi Pa Po climate display and everything integrated for about 300€ but do not believe that this really works and trust me with the bus and so not to. What would you install what is good and cheap (they e-bay) and how do I connect everything? Thanks Andreas

  • V70II T5 vs Nissan 350Z

The comparison between a Volvo V70 T5 and a Nissan 350Z, or: How to compare apples with pears…Volvo: – Space for 5 people – Luggage compartment for 5 people – Suitable for long distance – Comfortable seats – Understatement – Versatile use – Sound system – Spacious – The forum – People – 280/430 – 5 cylinders 2.3 Turbo – Consumption 11.2l/100km – ca. 65,000 Fr … … Nissan: – Space for 2 people – Luggage compartment for 1/2 person – Suitable for long distance – Seats like a turnsch Uh – Remarkable like a colorful dog – Bose Soundsystem (naja…) – Large enough for 2 people – 313/358 – V6 3.5 – Consumption: 11.7l/100km – ca. 55,000 Fr … … heretics? I don’t think so, because I’m clearly waiting for the XC60. But I want to be a hybrid! I’m sure I’ll wait 2-4 years for that. So I decide between a great car, that I know and love, that brought me a lot of joy AND friends and a Japanese guy who’s just… hmmmm Ufffw wow, actually not useful. Do people have such a stupid device that you can hardly need for something everyday? PS: I got a roadster by tomorrow night… Black like the night, orange like an R it can be inside, unreasonable like an ice cream cup with whipped cream in diabetes
