Good morning! I’m a bit desperate for a little bit of gas. A few weeks ago I had it quite rushed to an appointment and was therefore quite fast on the road! I underestimated an unknown railway crossing so much that I flew over there like in an action movie. It didn’t listen well in the car. So fast braked, slow hit again and everything seemed to be good. The next day I noticed that from the front area (motor room?!) clogged when driving left-right. Sounds somehow like a pirate ship in the movie. Two days later the car had to be inspected anyway. The mechanic also noticed that when he drove the car into the hall. I explained to him what had happened two days before. The car was then on the stage and nothing was found now. When they had let the car down again, the noises were gone. The mechanic then said that if I had been lucky, I might have been stuck to something at the ‘jump’ or something, which now by raising it back to the right position. I would have kept it from jumping.

Video feeding (camera caravan)
Hi, not a single XC90 II is available yet, but I’m still preparing for the use and optimization of the ordered T8. At my disco I installed an additional monitor for my dual-view camera of the caravan in the sun visor at the driver’s seat. It has two video inputs, then I can change between shunting view (directly down behind the trailer) and follower view. Now I will certainly want to pull the atomic bunker with the XC90 and think now, where and how I have my camera image displayed there. A replacement of the sun visor is not in question, an additional monitor is not really possible. Therefore now the question: Is there already information about the feeding of video signals into the new display of the XC90 II? Or do we have to wait until the car is on the market? XC90 T8 Inscription annual car purchased – problem with dealer
Hello, I bought an XC90 car last Saturday. The dealer is 400km away because there is no vehicle with suitable equipment in my area. Having arrived at home, I noticed defects that were not communicated to me and now the dealer is cross-checking the regulation. Can you please take a look at the pictures and tell me your assessment? According to the dealer it is quite normal that the rear apron stands at one side so far. For comparison I took a picture of the left side and the right side. He offers me a refund of 300€ for the rear apron and the hole in the rear seat cover. Thank you!

Control unit – replacement 850 T5 ́97
Huhu My dad asks me to ask the knowledgeable ones here among you what it looks like to replace the control unit, because for some time now some lights have been burning for a long time despite all repairs.. This is (believe) ABS, Antishlupf? and Motorelektronik lamp. I have read a lot about soldering here?! Can someone tell me something closer? Lexus RX 350 vs Volvo XC 90 and others

RTI – Problems ! Update ? Out with it ?
Now I’ve been driving my new elk #2 for a couple of months now, which has a navigator (this RTI) from the factory. Since I belong to the type of driver who looks at an unknown route before and then also without a ‘uschi’ quiz question #1an’s goal, I haven’t dealt with this part in detail yet. For a short time, I’ve turned over the ‘handbook’ to try to start the existing ‘displays’ (CDs, DVD’s?) and hacked like a doofer on the FB. Not really refreshing – rather full NoGo. So shut up again and as previously ignored…. The quiz question: Is there any (still) current map material for this ancient device at all? On the disks there’s something from 98, 99 on it – so no longer really current …. …. then I can still use my old European atlas from Shell in the case of the cases. Can you talk about it like that’s expensive.

Coolant under minimum – where Volvo Coolant mix 50/50? Water?
Moin, the red lamp lighted up in the board computer by chance for too little cooling water. I checked, cooling water is below minimum. If you are standing in front of the car, the container is at the top left. What about Volvo Coolant Mix 50/50. Is there only in the workshop? Can I take some water? US turn signal 850
Hello guys! Well, now it’s time, I have the US turn signals. I just think it’s awesome. But now on the issues of admissibility that have been discussed for a long time. I’m pretty sure they’re not allowed, but for me the question arises why? and then whether it’s an illegality (SAE number only and not an E2 test mark) or a criminal offence? I mean, it’s clear whether they flash at 21W, or if they light up slightly orange at 5W. I see so many cars every day where the turn signals are switched on “duration” and therefore ask myself what I have to expect and if any of you have had any experience or maybe know about the matter?
