Hello guys, I took over my 2nd V70 (2007 model) in the summer. He no longer has the “normal” front wipers, but the new flat wipers (without the metal bars). These things are supposed to last longer and better and what else do I know… My experience so far is exactly the opposite: The first set was so worn out after 4 months that there were many, many Schlieren (thought out comment:–> Well, was a hot summer with lots of fly glues on the disk). So before v The things for Volvo in the normal car accessories were only on order or not at all, so 55 thalers left with Volvo. Now the sh…things “slurry” again (after 4 weeks (!) like devils. Yesterday on the train – speed 160, more spray than rain. Must run wipers on stage 2, because they do not really plant and almost brought away nothing more. I renewed the old wipers 1x before the winter and 1x after the winter; it was done. Well, well, that’s it. good: At “high-speed” (180 KM/H + x) the old ones were actually louder. But for that they remained on the disc. What do you think, I can demand in the context of the GW the re-resetting to the old wiper arms, since the systems are apparently NOT compatible. M.E. are these “flats” not traffic safe !!! Or can there be something wrong ? How are your experiences ? LG Walter

Hello moose drivers so now it has happened, after 12 years Volvo I said goodbye to my last moose. Were good years, but now it was time to look a little different. I bought a VW Golf V R32 for the winter. Funny car with very good Automatic (DSG) or so similar. Think about getting a Passat R36 in Sommmer. Well, I will drive around in MB and VW Forum in the future. Pictures S60 D5 m. Heico Chiptuning and double exhaust Evening Together, finally it’s time: have now equipped my S60 D5 with the Heico Chiptuning and the double exhaust. I really didn’t think it would matter so much, but the car can hardly be recognized by the driving behavior!! The driving behavior is much more liquid and quieter and the torque of almost 400NM push a quite nice into the seat! To this the double exhaust looks only noble and sporty, so the 2200 Euro not a meter, every euro was worth it here and I really can only recommend it to everyone!!! What really defied me is the front grill, which costs at least almost 300 euros!! I sent it back, because I think that the original cooler looks better after all. Pictures below!! Gruss DJELLOUN

In the last few months I have become curious. Since I have not driven a diesel engine for more than 2 years now (why also at 2,90$ vs. 2,10$ for petrol) I have lost a little bit of the connection. When the D5 was introduced in 2001, the press and also the buyers overcame themselves with enthusiasm. Super diesel engine with a lot of power, high running quietness, simply in its class one of the best engines. In the meantime one reads here in the forum constantly S I would like to ask you a question: has the claim of the diesel buyer changed dramatically over the last 5 years? Have all competitors revolutionized the art of diesel construction in the past 5 years? I ask myself this also because 5 years in the time scale of the engine construction are actually not a long time. I originally assumed that the D5 would be a good idea. If you are pregnant, you will be able to have an increased half-life.

Hello dear municipality, today I had already been looking forward to my heater (in the 2,4D-Holland-free circuit). Unfortunately the car was completely frozen and I had to scratch. I tried to activate the heater by “Ein” when scratching, but nothing happened. The heater did give a few noises of itself. But it didn’t really jump…:-( It smelled very much like diesel. Can such a heater “suppress” or what should I do now? I would be very happy about your tips and ideas. Best regards fraenklin
