On my Honda Jazz (first registration in September 2002) there was a slight rust formation on the rear right wheel. To clarify the warranty question I brought it to the Honda dealership Häusler in Ismaning, where photos were taken. After several weeks I was informed that an expert from Honda would like to examine the damage and therefore an appointment was agreed. When the vehicle was delivered, I was told that the expert did not come and the damage on warranty repa Two days later, a call came that was painted at this point (this damage was not reported to me when I bought a car from another Honda dealer) and Honda did not recognize any guarantee case. As far as it is still irrelevant. The problem is that there was damage to the car of several thousand euros, which I now have to carry. On behalf of Honda, the dealership cut out a piece of about 50x50cm from the fender so that it “ununun This happened without consulting me. Honda takes the view that this is not a guarantee case (as far as correct). The dealership claims that this procedure is prescribed by Honda. A (commissioned by the dealership!) expert found that the previous repair by a paint layer thickness measurement was easy to determine and that the “intervention” was generally unnecessary for rust removal. Neither the Honda customer service nor the Autohau In this case, they are willing to help me. They are even denied the issue of the vehicle, because it was taken about 70km away in a spenglery, where it is stored unfit for driving. From the beginning 3000 euros one is currently at approx. 2000 euros (so far without a written estimate) which I have to pay for the repair of the damage. And all this after a date, which was intended exclusively to clarify the guarantee question. In the meantime, the Aut ohaus offered to pay for the damaged car when buying a new car in order to charge the whole thing. Otherwise, you limit yourself to the threat of penalty fees (currently 15 euros per day) if the repair required is not ordered and paid. What is your opinion on this case?

Isarkiesel collection – 09/07
From XC-Fan came the idea to start an Isarkiselabhol-GT in the center of Upper Bavaria. The suggestion: Rustic barbecue on isarkieseln, so that the energy is fed right away. Although we don’t get really close to (or into) water with the moose, but on our own hooves that’s no problem. The oils don’t suggest the time: early September, in time for the Wies’n. Who would be interested? Who would like to organize the event several times a day? Program proposals: – 1. Ta g: Arrival – 1. Evening: Grillevent – Tags on it: EH course (day 1) – Evening: Beer garden visit with lunch – Tags on it: Plant tour at the white-blue car builder in Munich – Evening: Refreshment swing – depending on the weather Biergarten or Augustiner Brauerei – Tags on it: EH course (day 2) – Evening: Brewery tour – Tags on it: Breakfast / Departure Would be a slightly longer WE. What do you mean? (EH = first aid – of course special for moose drivers )

Lake and mountains cruisen
Hello @ all at the winter pass trip was mentioned one or the other time that one imagined a cruising over alpine passes. Starting from this and that the Alpenrace 06, the winter pass trip 07 and the Alpenrace 07 all take place mainly in the region of Bündnerland and Ticino, I thought about doing something completely different. I would imagine a real cruising along lakes and mountains. Enough time also counted for catering photos and maybe a small excursion with a mountain railway. I thought about the following route: On the 1st day about 9.00 meeting place somewhere in the Bern area. Drive to the largest local Volvo dealer (about 200 – 300 Volvos exhibited!) then further towards Bernese Oberland, along Lake Thun to Interlaken and then up to Beatenberg (longest village in Europe) at best with the mountain railway to the Niederhorn from where you have an incredibly fantastic view. Lunch. Down again. Continue on the other side of Lake Thun to Spiez and then through the Simmental to Schönried, Gstaad and further to the French part of Lake Neuchâtel. Dinner and stay somewhere in the area. The next day over the Mosses down into the Unterwallis. A piece along the Lake Geneva then through the Rebberge to Lake Neuchâtel. Along the Lake Neuchâtel (Jura side) continue around Lake Murten (Lunch) to m Bielersee (depending on time visit of the St.Petersinsel) along Bielersee and back to Bern. The route is only an approximate idea – details have to be clarified. Now I wanted to hear here if there is any interest for such a thing? If so, I would take care of a more detailed route. So, now let go ! Gruss Stephan

1. Jazz suspension too tight? 2. Jazz alternative – Getz?? – (automatic)
Hello, I am looking for a gasoline car for city traffic with automatic circuit at the maximum price of jazz. First I would be interested in how you judge the chassis! Often it is to be read that it should be too tightly tuned, that is the K.O. criterion for the otherwise perfect car (apart from the well design), since I do not have the best back. What do you think about it? On the other hand, I like the Getz as an alternative also quite well, but the fuel consumption seems to e Norm from the design but quite chic, what can be said about it according to quality and long-term suitability? Are there still good alternatives, except the Getz? Important are: – little consumption – automatic – (quality and) durability – good all-round view – front large space conditions and good space feeling PS: What is the seating position and all-round view of Jazz and Getz (Bin only 1.65)?

Ventilation chamber by a kind of K&N air filter: Does that do anything?
Hello, I drive a CRX TARGA EG2 and have seen with some others that you have an open air filter, with new aluminum intake tube. From this intake tube always goes a small hose to the Ventieldekell and at this ventieldekell opening I have seen with some just fals an open air filter. What does this bring, is it just to look? Or does this really bring something? Because if this is to be for the ventiel chamber to be ventilated, then I leave the hose dra nn, because when the throttle flap opens, then the engine is airy itself and vents the chamber over the hose at the Vetieldekell!? Or not? I added a picture. I mean the filter at the upper edge of the valve handle above the lettering VTEC.

CIVIC FK Entry and first oil change.
So I’ve had my FK3 since Saturday and the first 500 km are already gone. I’m still totally excited, the car is just a dream. Since there are already some of them driving the new Civic for a while, I’d be interested in how you drove it. The manual doesn’t really give you any detailed hints (except that you shouldn’t speed it up completely). I’m especially interested in how long you spared it and what you mean by saving it. probably until I have the first 1000km full always switch at 2500 rpm, that is actually enough to get ahead halfway and on the highway at least 140 km/h in the 6th gear. On page 290 of the manual under the heading “Entry” is that one should not change the oil before the mileage / time indicated in the maintenance plan. However, my dealer suggested to me to change the oil after 2000 to 3000 km. With my last car I also did so. What do you think is right now?
