Hello, today I had a sudden failure of the PDC without any fault message or similar in the display. When starting the car the PDC worked while parking, then the car was moved about 50 km and then when parking it had said goodbye without any hint for the driver. I did not even notice it at all, only then wondered at the rear camera that the yellow and red squares for the distance warning were missing in the picture. And since w ar i almost drove with the rear to the wall :- ( Luckily I didn’t touch it. In any case I got out then, I looked if the sensors are particularly dirty or similar. But nothing like that. I turned off the car, after 5 minutes turned on and PDC was back (without having cleaned anything before). Now I ask myself, since the search in the forum did not deliver a corresponding hit, if you had the problem already (MY 2013). e it is especially stupid that when the PDC fails, a warning message does not even appear in the display!!! Although I park mainly on view and with mirrors, but at home this is such a standardized action that you already rely largely on the beeping and especially in the dark do not look back through the tinted rear window in the dark after the distance. The many surveys of Volvo, after I bought a new Volvo V70 D5 in October, now only generate general cheerfulness…! It started one day after picking up my V70 with a survey to the satisfaction of my workshop stay. It was probably triggered by the workshop view at the new car delivery. I answered them with a suffocating comment. One day later I get an e-mail that I received from the advantages of the new V6 0 (or was it V30?) to convince. Every few days new mails and interviews about something followed. After a rest break around the Christmas time, the new year started with a large survey on the quality of my new Volvo, with the aim of further improving the quality of Volvo. Since I had not reacted after a week, the mail then came right back, almost as a reminder. Filling out the online form took me half an hour. Two days later I get by letter again an alleged satisfaction survey on my new Volvo, signed by Volvo Marketing Germany, but obviously a general new car survey of a Munich Mark Research Institute. 8 pages of small printed questions with partly intimate questions about the circumstances of life. The answer would take at least three quarters of an hour and the sacred oaths for anonymous processing are already unlaudable because a kind of customer number in the question Boge n is printed, which is also found in the cover letter. Of course, the crap wanders into the ton, but what does Volvo think? I just bought a new car and no young dog licks me, lurks and slobs me! Greetings Haptograpsus

I know that the 2.0 T is a completely new engine in the program. And no one has it in the garage yet. But if there is already it and one has driven it, I (and certainly many others here) am grateful for a first experience report in the usual good forum quality…

Hello. After I sold my S80 in 2009 and have already driven several other cars it pulls me back to Volvo again. I found this V70 at my “again” Volvo dealer and wanted to know if there is anything to consider or something strange in the offer:Volvo V70 2.0 As in my signature I am currently driving a 122hp Octavia. I think that the driving performance should be approximately identical? Otherwise, it is the 09th V70. something special to note? I’m not the V70 yet, but I’ve looked at it on the farm before (just outside, dealer had closed). So far the car looks very well maintained and no great wears to find. Gruss, Björn
