  • Comparison 2.0D <-> 2.4i Geartronic

    Hello dear ones, since my V50 gets an eye-transplant today, I got a rental car and would like to announce here my comparison conclusion. Perhaps interesting for one or the other buyer. I have one: Volvo V50 2.0D 6-speed (136hp, 4-cylinder, circuit) Summum equipment with Bi-Xenon and Audio High-Performance car rental today: Volvo V50 2.4i Geartronic (170hp, 5-cylinder, automatic) Momentum equipment with RTI-Navi and Audio HP Although I’m only 20km away The first impression is usually the most important one. So, my opinion of the 2.4i GT: + The Navi is absolutely brilliant. I am very excited, was used to only PDA-Navi. + Automatic is nice to drive, switching is annoying sometimes. + The Dala-Tech covers are clearly more gripping than my leather seats. – That should be 170hp? – When stepping on the gas it takes a second of memory until the Moto reacts. Very unpleasant, I knew about my Leon turbo gasoline. My Diesel has – I missed sitting heating this morning. Very, thanks to -10°C. – the engine is quiet in idle mode, but as soon as you drive on the highway it would be too loud for me. Will be kicked very much. – Average consumption according to BC were 10,3 liters in the test car. I don’t know what time period. FAZIT: Due to the significantly lower perceived power and the annoying volume, the NO alternative to my 2.0D would be.

  • Which automatic does the new jazz have exactly?

    Hey, I just want automatics. I’d be interested in what jazz has for automatics from there. There’s something strange on honda.de that I can’t get smart about.

  • Sport switch Civic FK

    I just came back from the dealer. I had the entry rails and the sports knob installed from the original accessories. Installation time for everything together was maybe 35 minutes. First of all to the entry rails: I’m totally thrilled. The brushed stainless steel shines so wonderfully in the sun. Fits perfectly to the black color of the car. Wow! And now to the Sport Shift knob: So I really don’t exaggerate when I say that this increases the driving fun again! It’s just a totally different feeling – before you had plastic in your hand and now alumimium and leather! It’s just totally different. Difference like heaven and hell. When I drove away from the dealer, I didn’t want to let go of the shift knob when I switched from 1st to the 2nd gear – that feels so great. It’s really a bigger difference than I thought. I can only recommend – but please don’t buy all of them now. Will have something exclusive! still a few photos, unfortunately only in 640 x 480 resolution, because I photographed with the mobile phone, because the Digi-Cam is broken.http://www.directupload.net/show/d/797/prLRK92w.jpghttp://www.directupload.net/show/d/797/Al4I2f3I.jpghttp://www.directupload.net/show/d/797/F7AaiaPe.jpghttp://www.directupload.net/show/d/797/8sr42ICg.jpg

  • CRX Targa Vti vs. Mitsubishi eclips

    Salve all together, I would like to get a CRX Targa VTI in one year because I like this one of looks and of technology as far as I know – is just HONDA- . Although this VTI is not so often found and are also expensive. A friend of an edge has a Mitsubishi eclips, which falsified to me but is also not honda, the motor strength of the eclips is also not bad with 155hp and 2l displacement in standart version it is already almost better than the CRX. r help what is better at a CRX VTI than at an Eclips. Thanks for your help

  • Windshield wet, of INNEN

    Hello people, now that the cold season is coming back, the problem with my Honda Civic Bj 2004 turns out to be the one that existed last winter. (Before that, we had another car that had the problem as far as I remember, then we sold it) short scenario: The car is driven on/off, heating on/off, air conditioning on/off, heating/climate on/off and then parked. After a short time, the windscreen and the rear window sleeps from the bottom to the top and then, z first the windshield, later also the rear window and the side windows from the inside as damp as if one would spray water on it all the time with a plant humidifier (these spray parts). Front and rear window take just 3 hours to be completely wet from the inside. That one can not drive so is clear and therefore the only solution with a cloth is to wipe the water (it is really wet) and then to drive off. Over the summer I had no pr obleme, which first appear estimated under 9°C and less. I had for a time these dehumidifiers from the hardware store in the car, for rooms up to 20m2, but really did not help them. I have not noticed any leak in the vehicle yet. The car is also always the only fogged when I look around in the parking lot or at me in the road. When it rains actually nowhere visible water runs in. I recently after switching off the The car was heated inside by heating and the climate was on to dry the air and then I did the same without heating, both times it was totally wet from the inside on the front/back window. Do you have any idea what that could be? Everything is dry in the footroom. Do you know products that help against the fogging and possibly also prevent the water from sticking to the disc, true to the motto “Where no fitting, come Is there no water? Thank you in advance for your answers.

  • Brakes fixed on the FK3

    Hello FK-driver. I had to have a painful experience again today. yesterday I drove around a bit. then: I get out and it smells a bit messy. there was the rear right wheel (steel rim) hot. I didn’t put down a hard driving style or extreme braking maneuvers. today I was right in the workshop. result: brake firmly!!!! the brake cheeks are extremely tight on both sides of the back and did not move any more. the locker had to have the clasp oetze with the hammer from the pliers. brake disc was blue or annealed. from the factory there is nothing lubricated or something. normal is in the guides something copper paste or similar. the detachments said it was because of the winter. did you look out of the window? it has been spring for half a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I definitely refused to pay a cent for it with a new car. now a guarantee request was made. my mileage: 16000, so almost ne u and not even the first sight and hardly winter have been. why don’t you take a look at your cars the brakes before you have the same annoyance ….. mfg who dances with the scrap…..

  • Zephyroth’s little tech store…

    Hello! After answering questions about the technology again and again and this happens more and more often, I thought I’d make my own thread for it. I think this is clearer than when you have to pick out the answers from the individual threads effortlessly. In another forum (MX-6 forum, “The Mythbuster Thread” this came up very well, let’s see how it works here. I imagine that questions are sent to me via PN and then I post the question together with Antwor t here. If I don’t have an idea to answer at all, then I’ll post the question here and wait for answers, I’m always grateful for help. I hope the idea finds appeal. LG, Zeph

  • Honda Odyssey Oil Filter

    Moin, I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey and had some spare parts like e.g. oil filters with me to Germany. Now the oil filters and engine air filters run out of me. I asked my local Honda dealer and he had named me the following prices: Oil filters: 15400-PLM-A01 = 13,97 EUR Air filters: 17220-RGL-A10 = 40,88 EUR In the USA I could get the following prices via Amazon.com Oil filters: Bosch 3323 Premium = about 5€ Air filters: Wix 42844 Air filters = about 12€ The Honda dealer In principle, the original Honda oil filters fit on each model. Does any of you know the original Honda spare part number of the Honda oil filter that would fit? But the air filter seems to be model specific. So it would definitely be better to send the one from the USA.
