Behind Innsbruck on the Brenner motorway traffic jam and stocking traffic in front of a construction site. It goes there constantly uphill. Temperature moderate at about 22 degrees. When it went on again a bit more liquid, then suddenly the gear jumped out. The engine roars up. Gas away, it knocks off. After the construction site it went on a little bit more liquid, same game. In the whole time however I have no trouble reports on the display. After the construction site it went on with 80 to 100 km/h. But then again the St Staufstruck had a stop before me.

Volvo V40 1.8i – is it reliable?
Hi, I have a question. I just sold my Toyota J7 and got a Volvo V40 1.8i. Has already run 150 TSD, is in a very well-kept condition. Since I can’t afford to do big repairs at the moment, my very direct question: Is it reliable? I just need a reliable car with green badge for the environmental zone. I don’t care about acceleration. A small car like Polo should not be, because they are usually sucked out. What can come of ‘thick’ repairs during mileage, what do I have to pay attention to before I buy it? C70 II – how much longer? Newbie is looking for advice…
Hello fan community, for a long time I am thinking of buying me a new Volvo C70 II as D3. I am first tested some used ones (2.4 gasoline 170 hp, 2.0D 136 hp), but a new D3 just convinces me more. My reasons for the C70 are this very nice appearance and a lot of space for 4 people. Since the C70 II has already come a little into the years I would like to know if and when a C70 III from Volvo is planned. But neither dealer nor importer express themselves to me about it. Now I have read in Wikipedia that the production should be completely discontinued in summer 2013 due to factory closure – without successors (?). Do you have any further information about it? I’m currently pondering about the questions whether I am buying a C70 II at all or better waiting for the successor, or just now the current model should be bought quickly before there is no more of it. Because an alternative with folding roof is not known to me (or better said: I don’t like all the alternatives). Now I hope for the advice from you pros here… By the worth of buying the premium – and the most expensive sound system is actually enough.

Child safety + defective central locking door rear
Hello, I have a problem with my rear V50 side door. The central lock no longer speaks to. When opening with the key or the button, you can hear the cracking of a relay in the door, but the locking button does not stir a millimeter. The stupid thing is, I have activated the mechanical child lock mechanism. however, you can only reach it when the door is open again. If I try to open the door from the inside, then the pin goes up, but disappears when releasing again in the sinking. If I hold the button as soon as it is up and then try to open it with the external handle, it doesn’t work either. I found a link here in the forum how to extend the panels. I have done this with success today, too, without breaking anything. Unfortunately, the locking module hides behind the inner cover. this is attached with 8 screws. But I don’t know if you can also use the window lifter for the inside panel. In any case, I have to solve 3 more screws which fix the locking mechanism. But on this side, you can only get the door lock is open.

XC90 underrun protection rear
Moin! Again and again I get annoyed when I see the rear silver-coloured plastic “underrun protection” on my XC90 EXE. The thing is so embarrassing and ridiculous and doesn’t fit at all to the rest of the stately car. Question: does anyone know if you can take it off, WITHOUT that there are holes in the rear of the rear of the car even more desecrating? Or is there even a underrun protection in the accessories that just doesn’t look so fippy??? Problem – automatic transmission – lever in the “P” position extremely heavy
My almost new S60 seems to have a problem. If I have the car gaparkt – and would like to start it again. The lever can only be moved with enormous effort from the P position. everything else works tip-top. I know that the gearbox has a mechanical lock, however I have exactly after instruction tightened the hand brake, pressed foot brake etc.. knows a vno you what is going on ? or is that normal ? Hej, can you see the maintenance and repair history using the FIN? I bought my XC90 from a Volvo dealer 500km from my current Volvo partner last year. Here at my place of residence I am told that you have no access to the history. (And I forgot the information from the Volvo dealer’s car dealer’s house) But that would have to be stored centrally on a Volvo DB according to FIN? What interests me? 97 V70TDI with defective cruise control
Hello in the round! Unfortunately my favorite toy has said goodbye to my oil burner – the cruiser doesn’t make a sound anymore. Engine control light was on at times, error reading revealed a defective pedal switch on the brake. So switches changed, errors deleted – and the cruiser still doesn’t like. However, the error is not set again. Now I have 2 suspects: On the one hand the turn signal lever or its div. cruiser switch, on the other hand the responsible control relay. However, the search for forum revealed for me contradictory information, which relay is now affected (once 101-102, once 106) Is there meanwhile secured information for this purpose? And if yes, what part number does the relay have or what does it look like, so that I can look around a corresponding part of the butcher? Or maybe someone has a corresponding lying around, which I can use for a sample and possibly acquire…
