  • My first battle party;-))))

    Hello together. Had on Monday a 92er 10V almost received. At first I thought it was not worth it, because the engine is completely different…. Far missing;-)))) Since I intended to pack my thickness in foil were for the first time bumpers and fenders on it (which would need to be with my some spatula….   • Generator at the end. Install BOSCH, SKANDIX or cheap.

    My alternator will shortly acknowledge its service and I’m just looking for a new alternator. I don’t want to have the old one prepared. The freewheel still runs in one direction but with light noises and the bearing is defective and gives even more noise and vibrations of itself. Had the strap down to make sure that it is the alternator. Steady is an alternator from VOLVO 9459077, which is no longer available. Alternatively, SK will provide you with an alternator. ANDIX and VIDA offered an alternator with the number 36050282 for 223 euros. On the net I found a cheap version STARDAX for 129 euros or a BOSCH for 197 euros, which would correspond to the original. Of course there are plenty of other suppliers with the most different prices. I tend to the BOSCH, because it is a bit troublesome to replace the alternator with the V70 and I do not want to do it again shortly. What do you think about it, or does someone have a good A ternative to the BOSCH alternator ???

  • Recommendation Performance increase VEA D3 6 gear GT

    Hello together! I have already searched here in the forum but find only threads where the first 2 posts are about the VEA D3, and after that is straight on the 5 cylinder and would like to start a new thread where it really is about the VEA D3. My Internet research has revealed that there probably is no increase in performance for the D3 from Polestar. Heico has something in the program but it can be paid with just under 230€ (and so much money is It’s not worth it) Then there’s BSR, RICA, MTE etc. BSR: Would I like it in principle, but I come from Austria and the dealers who can activate the control unit are not very close. Of course, I would like BSR very much at the price, at the moment there is a 20% action. Or are there other dealers where you can unlock your control unit? MTE: LS car would be within reach, I already sent an email there. if they have something for my D3, but I have never received an answer. RICA: Am I right in assuming that you can order the Isoftloader from RICA and then program your car yourself or do you have to unlock the control unit again? Maybe someone also has a recommendation where you can go, I would also like a real vote on a test bench, if the one really has an idea of the matter and not just 3 values screwed up and then says 200hp.     Hello together I am planning to purchase an XC60 or XC70. Can someone please tell me what properties the fixed phone has? There is not much to be found in the documentaries and the friendly ones – well – don’t seem to be competent in every respect. I’m interested: Can a phone book be loaded (not that on the SIM card). Is there a favorite list of the most used numbers? Can SMS be read? Is the reception/transmitting quality good? ie you generally deal with the phone history? Would it be nice if there was the Bluetooth profile SAP – how can you use the antenna if you only choose the BT variant. Thanks for a feedback Danny

  • Trade in V70 2.0D now?

    Hello! Wanted to get your advice! We drive a V70 2.0D (136 hp) BJ 2009, 100000km, actually no problems except for a few small things. As far as I know, is available at the next service timing belts and DPF, so will be an expensive matter (estimate approx. 2000 Euro). Now in Austria there are quite good offers for V90 new vehicles, generous discount up to 25%! Stand now before the decision to invest a lot in the V70 next year or new car. What would you like to do? and if V90, which engine? Speaks something against the 150 hp diesel or rather the gasoline engine with 190 hp. Larger engines would not come into question for me! Looking forward to your opinion! Thank you already!

  • My Resume after the First Year Volvo V70 D5

    Hello guys, I would like to list here my ups and downs after the first year as moose driver: Volvo V70 D5 Comfort, 163 HP Bj 2004 in March 2012 with 141tkm bought. Since then repairs occured: Right on purchase it was clear that the transverse handlebars and the timing belts need to be renewed. At 145tkm then the first disillusionment: rear Nivo dampers defective, an expensive fun if you don’t have such a car for long… 150tkm: engine runs top, so still a so called chip tuning installed, now according to test stand 211 HP go t like hell 152tkm: in humid weather on the front spring legs, well-known disease, the rubber parts that come between damper and spring renewed, in which breath immediately the spring leg bearings participated, were still in fact, but I know my luck.. and there anyway already apart… 155tkm: In Holland let the edge heating unlock, already at the purchase was clearly that the heater is defective, in Germany then still completely new combustion chamber. was not cheap, but so ́n warm car in the Wi Nter is already the banger 159tkm: hand brake lining solved. New hand brake pads plus discs and pads at the rear, was already obvious when buying that they are not for long. 165tkm (last week): engine in emergency run, message high emission—> AGR valve defective. It is done again the moose. The only problem still pending is a pole left front, but only at temperatures of 3-5 degrees and less. Now not to hear again, already everything checked, but no game fes As you can see, I had to do a lot of things about the moose. On the one hand I have to say that I am a bit disappointed to have buttered so much money and time in the moose after a year, on the other hand I see this realistic, it is not a new car anymore and if you see the car ́s of other manufacturers, it is not necessarily better with them either. In addition, I did this myself anyway, because a good acquaintance has a car workshop. Maybe it will be niger.., we both had to get to know each other really well but apart from the repairs I am still super satisfied and happy with the moose, a car in the class I never had before and always when I think partly bad about it and then ride again in such a funny 4 cylinder diesel of other manufacturers, I am always enthusiastic about how smooth the D5 is.     Hello, I am interested in a Volvo V70 2.5T AWD as a hand switch (built in 1997, 208 TKM).
