Today I am with a little louder music through the city, because on my own, otherwise my kiddis always sit with me, so that I have not noticed the following evil. Why does not the radio or CD at the insertion of the reverse gear stop silently???? Even a small reduction of the volume is not really to be heard when inserting the reverse gear. At a volume reached from the half of the display, one hears the beepers of the return warning so well wi It’s amazing how you can get used to such small electronic aids. Is there any remedy? Software update or similar…except to reduce the volume?? It’s amazing how you can get used to such small electronic aids.

Hello dear Volvo municipality, I absolutely need some advice – because the topic at the moment does not leave me rest, the workshop was also baffled. Therefore I turn to you! And this is the error description: If you steer with the moose during the ride ! (curves, estuaries – no matter) then sometimes it smiles (!) (or KNARZT) The steering wheel is not fully hit, it rather occurs shortly after the steering process. To this I noticed then also the blinker behavior: If I steer while I b left then accelerates the “klack” sound as well as the indicator on the turn signal. (instead of the normal blinker klack-klack-klack then klackKlackKlackKlack) The whole thing is a bit disturbing, because the well-being of the Volvo is important to me. So – now since you said: What is that? Is that normal? Thank you! Greetings, Michael

Purchase advice V70 D2
Hello, is the 120 hp D2 enough in the current V70? I drove it over land, and found it sufficient, though not impressive. I found the car more leg-pressive 🙂 Is an old love, since I had loved it 20 years ago. I mostly drive the highway, like relaxed. Usually enough for me 140, but sometimes it can also be 170. Is this possible with the car, without it seems tormented? Does it work with the engine as a good travel car? Is there with the current Generati on Horse feet you should know?

V70 D2 Dynamic Edition
Hello! So far I have been on the road here in various forums, now it has turned out that I’m looking for a new or almost new car, well, here in Norway. Favourites are so far V 70,Honda CRV and MB E-Class, my wife tends to be more like the Honda, but should not be the topic here now. Have I found a Volvo in the city now http://m.finn.no/…/ad.html?… Now the question arises with me, he looks good, only the 120 hp in the heavy car do wa I drive 80% of the city traffic, in the summer then a turbine D, only the thing should come over the mountains, I am not a speed driver, however I am cured of a few hp, have a class with 82 hp, only push goes faster, my C class which now has 122 hp diesel, it also goes quite well, only it has less weight. Besides I also found another V 70, which both have the heating favored by me, only the second one has really Damp f under the hood http://m.finn.no/…/ad.html?… Which one is better than for my use, they are almost the same, except that the sum has a lot more.

Polestar T6?
Hello everyone, I am playing with the idea of having our V70 T6 MY 2008 optimized by Polestar. At the moment I drive a software from MTE Sweden, but the ubiquitous procedure in the workshop, when it comes to updates, is annoying. Interestingly, the 285 hp model has a larger torque range than the 304 hp, namely 480 Nm between 2750-4250 rpm to 480 Nm between 3000-3600 rpm on the 304 hp series model. Who can report about Polestar at the T6, ideally for the 285 hp Model? Thanks & Greetings

Trouble with tyres 205/55/R16
Hello friends, Since last do. I am also happy owner of a 850 kombi 2.5 10V in mineral blue. Vehicle is EZ 08/96, ran 168tkm, automatic and is quite neatly there. Short to my problem. The car stands on 16 ́ ́ original VOLVO aluminum rims. However, the summer tires were not so great and immovable as well. So I looked for new/used WR. After which it was called, there is a release for 205/55/R16 these also searched and found. 2 years old B ridgestones without rims, test winner model -> perfect. This then next door for lean 70€ stones on the aluminum rims and the summer tires straight away. At the end of the LED, at full impact the left wheel in the wheelhouse grinds. Cleverly now look more closely at the Volvo release and see that the tires for LW5106 are just not released. So what do? Down, new up? Mount the steering stop? Do you have a good TIP for me? Thank you and with best regards from Munich Markus

xc90 or not
Hi, I need your advice. I have a new car in short. At the moment I can’t decide which car to take. I’ve been driving a few different cars lately and still don’t know it yet. Besides the XC90 there’s a choice of A6, Q7, 525d, X3, Renault velsatis, S80 or V70. Although the V70 is more likely to be eliminated, because I’m driving the V70 at the moment. -Even if the new D5 would be an argument. I find the best of the mentioned XC90. What makes me think of l The D5 with “only 185 hp”, because I have to drive from time to time 1000 km a day and it is already good if the car runs properly. In the test run the Xc90 ran only 195 km/h according to Tacho and the consumption was 11.9 liters on 100 km. With the same track and a little more floter driving my V70 has a consumption of about 7.0 liters. }> the hot of the xc90 needs almost 5 liters more! Basically I have to find out, however, that the XC90 is very quiet and pleasant. So now I would like read your opinion and maybe also how much a XC90 D5 needs realistically and how fast it drives, because I think that the results of my test drive can probably be seen as an exception.

XC90 D5: soot filter full
In the operating instructions it is pointed out that the particulate filter is not emptied at frequent short distances in winter – if the engine does not reach its operating temperature – because of the lack of regeneration, so that the yellow warning triangle comes at 80% filling level: “RUSSFILTER FULL SEE HANDBOOK”. Has anyone ever seen this before? How short does the distance have to be in order to worry about something like this?

Water infiltration through sliding roof
Hello together, now my moose has stood a few days in pouring rain and already the interior behind the driver’s seat and area back seat is flooded. The fabric of the sky has loosened behind the sliding roof and hangs up to the rear window and was soaked. In the footroom left back good 2cm water 🙁 Certainly someone can tell me how many drain holes on the sliding roof of the 850 Bj 92 can be found. Visible with extended roof insert are in front 2 pieces, each 1 left and 1 re If I pour water into the left hole, this runs out behind the rear wheel box. If I do the same right, it runs out somewhere under the passenger door on the car floor. Are there any further holes further back? ZZ I try to dry the interior again. With wet vacuum cleaner removed what went on, now stuffed everything with newspaper and during the day still a fan in the interior with open windows. Unfortunately can not at night, since lantern parker. Ch and seals cleaned, the sliding roof re-mounted and first taken out of service
