  • USB Bluetooth receiver

Hello together, I just recently bought a C30 and until now I’m really happy with the car. Now I’m looking for a solution to provide my radio with Bluetooth as easily as possible. I think I have the high performance variant and have both USB and AUX installed in my armrest. The problem is that my mobile phone (Android) cannot be read out via the USB interface, but I still like the steering wheel control for changing songs. My question is now whether there is a Bluetooth adapter, which is only controlled via USB, without additional AUX connection and can also be controlled with the steering wheel. Have you found something convincing in recent years, which does something like that? I hope I didn’t miss various threads now, but I couldn’t find anything really suitable.

  • Chiptuning Heico for S80 2.5T

Hi, my S80 2.5T Bj 2004 with 25000 km makes me always great fun. The performance is not by bad parents even with automatic. I would like to now, however, as “luxury” to afford a chip tuning of HEICO (154 KW -> 180 KW). Does anyone have experience with this engine specifically and can give me any feedback positive or negative kind?

  • How much of Ford is in my moose now?

Moin you moose drivers. Time and again I have to do the trick “That’s a Ford in Volvo garment” or “There’s too much Ford in it”. Now I wonder what everything comes from Ford? Gearbox, engine and chassis already not. What’s all about Ford on my elk S60 from 2003? What electronics/technics? What interior elements? Thanks to you bye Hübie

  • Upgrade Control Panel Air conditioning

Hello, with my Volvo V70 (99er) with air conditioning. The control looks really gray, see picture. Just looked at eBay to see if it isn’t newer/beautiful. I stumbled on that on the second picture…..can you take it or won’t it work? Greetings, Marchttp://data.motor-talk.de/…/img-1481-7336335952572997793.JPGhttp://data.motor-talk.de/…/img-1482-6289309104643174066.PNG

  • Spark plugs Original Volvo Turbo = Autolite XP3923

I had already mentioned it briefly in the OT area, the original Volvo candles come from Autolite. I had intensively been looking for which candles it is in the case. It is the “Autolite XP3923” they are the only candles for Volvo from Autolite that have an identical look with the “original” Volvo Turbo candles. After I found out in the English Jaguar Forum that these are also the “original” Jaguar spark plugs there was no doubt for me, Volvo/Jaguar……. I ordered 10 spark plugs of this designation and 5 Bosch candles for my work colleague in the USA at Rockauto.com. The whole thing cost a little over 45€ so unbeatable from the price, Ok I give to I sent the candles to Florida to my cousin who brought them to me now. So I saved myself the shipping to DE, but at Rockauto.com there is also a discount for Volvopower Forum members.

  • Volvo 850 / 2.5 10V / User Manual / Volvo Service Plan

Hello to all Elche!!! One thread (see below) showed that there are interested parties in Volvo operating instructions and Volvo service plan, respectively Volvo workshop plan?!?http://www.motor-talk.de/…/…-and-small-problems-t2860395.html?… Anyway, I have the clothes! And also everything in German! If someone needs to report this simply with address per PN, I send you this copy. Can they copy the work free of charge… There are apparently also different Volvo Service plans?!? So I’m trying to scan mine and load it up here! Oh and the manual is for the model:Volvo 850 10V 2.5 liters (Volvo 854) built in 1996 I think the documents are applicable to many or all other 850 models but also!!! Just sign up via PN as I said, I’ll send you this by post. Greetings from Joe

  • RTI Navigation DVD for XC70, 2010

Hello everyone, on demand with confidence, my father received the information that for his XC70 RTI navigation there would only be updates until 2017 (map material probably at the end of 2016). After that there would be no further updates. Also other options the Volvo dealer did not want to mention. Now the question arises whether one or the other has already found a solution here, how one can use the built-in Navi also meaningfully the next decade still (because for so long the moose should still hold). . a converter from OSM to the format used by Volvo, so that you can keep the software, but keep the cards up to date? How is the DVD drive connected to the Navi computer (i.e. can it be replaced by e.g. a USB stick)? Is there a replacement for the whole Navi computer, which can then use more up-to-date material, etc etc. And before there come again stupid comments: No, I have no access to the vehicle. So please no answer “Look into the vehicle and screw everything up”. Thank you very much

  • TÜV Report 2020 V60 does not perform well – your experience?

Hello together. Because of family growth I am close to buying a used V60 petrol tank (Bj 2015/16) and for safety I took a look into the TÜV report again.. and was unpleasantly surprised: The V60, no matter how old, almost never makes it into the green area. Now I am completely unsure whether the V60 is really a good idea and it should possibly become e.g. an A4. I absolutely want a car that is solid and does not cause any problems. I didn’t find any details about the TÜV Report yet. Do you have any experience? Many thanks in advance! Alex
