Hello, after an extensive retreading I finally registered my Ez:11/2007 V50 2.0 diesel with 136 hp 2 weeks ago. Fz. ran 168,000 km. Unfortunately he jerks in the partial load range, if you drive e.g. at 30 or 50 km/h through a place and just keep the speed. History: Old engine was fixed and so I bought the V50. NoWe broke off the HD pump and the chunks have jammed the crankshaft. Now CitroΓ«n C5 motor with 170 tkm inside. Tooth belts, Wapu, Coupling, all seals, particle filters, 4x injectors etc. new. Runs top! Ruckles however. After commissioning: At the beginning the “normal” error search me- game,?? after such a large heart surgery.?? 1)AGR – error. AGR exchanged for a new quality and cleaned everything. Error away. 2)HFM error. HFM changed for used. Error fixed 3)Particle filter error with FIS error: motor system maintenance required. DDS exchanged and wires blown through. New Psrtikelfilter montie 4)Additive system error. Additively replenished and level reset. Error away. Conclusion: All errors searched, found and fixed. No more errors are displayed but it still jerks! After the new injectors were installed, the jerking decreased by approx. 70-80%. A small remainder has remained however. As described above. Has nothing to do with regeneration. Currently consumption remains at approx. 3-5 l/100 km. I still have the HD pump in the verd 8. Filters have been re-made. Air is no longer in the system if you do not have a small bubble in the transparent line. Does anyone have a tip for me? Thanks Greetings Thorsten

Drive shaft screw away !!!!
Hello people, was brave today and hope that there is no more snow. So I pulled up the summer slurps. And now it comes: On the driver side is in the ANTI-FREE NO SEMI-FRAUD MORE !! How can this be ??????????????????, but the Volvo cover cap was on it, this screw can not just be lost like that ?????? Therefore now some very important questions: 1.Can I drive DANGEROS? Probably I drive already tens of thousand kilometers in this condition 2. If I now the S 3. I have already found suit torque via SUFU, but what does e.g. 25 NM plus 90Β° mean? 4. Which screws should I take, old version 30714151, or 30714142, which should probably be the “new” one, but probably is not clear if those are only for the AWD? 5. I have already for some time when inserting the first gear in the stand a clear clack. The friendly has diagnosed the clutch , which was also my guess. Can it be that it is due to the missing shraube ? I thank everyone in advance for the quick help ! makeve …. … leaves the elk now rather in the garage …

Exchange of door rubbers useful?
Moin, was surprised that I have not found this in the SuFu yet My elk (V70 D5 EZ 02) now has 257 tkm down. For some time now it is a bit louder than at the beginning of our “relationship” (at 135 tkm) or as a new car. Well on my second car it does not reach by far At the driver and passenger door the door rubbers are no longer ok. In the upper area (to the back door) they are definitely broken. Can someone tell me about the cost of the rubbers? And what else I still have more interested, does it really bring a lot or has the engine also increased in volume over time and contributes to the larger part? There are just loud driving noises that disturb when cruising.

What do you think of this VOLVO S80?
Seen in the net an interesting Volvo S80 and would like to know as a non-VOLVO expert what your connoisseur thinks of it π Here the data: VOLVO S80 2.0 T 120 kw (163PS) EZ 02/2000 77,581 km 1 previous owner, check booklet (last service at 65089 km) grey (accurate shade would be nice) ESP, ABS, automatic climate control, leather equipment, seat heating, cruise control, telephone FSE (plant mounted) middle armrest, parking aid, NSW, flat interior mirror, electric window lifter, front side airbags, alarm rack e, elek. outdoor mirror, multifunk. leather steering wheel, that would be so important and what I noticed.. Outside the vehicle has a few small scratchers in the rear in the right fender area and in the left front area, whereby also the glass of the left NSW got a crack. But will be replaced on request and also the scratches will be treated. Price would be 850β¬ incl. 1 year warranty. Is the price i.o. ? What costs come to me in the near future (prices for service and replacements) ile…) What specific flaws should be taken into account? Thank you very much to you. Here are a few more pictures.

Track ok, car always pulls to the right and steering wheel is crooked
I was already the 3rd time at the track measured with my S80(2x other workshop). The following problem always occurs: The track etc. is 100% in the tolerance range of the manufacturer specifications. The car drives as far as normal and straight ahead, but the steering wheel stands a little to the right. But if you make a short jerk at the steering wheel once, the steering wheel resets itself to the starting position and the car then runs to the right to the road edge. It has also been checked everything It has nothing to do with it. I’m slowly lost and I’m tired of driving into another workshop all the time. It has to be normal to adjust???!!! Does anyone have any idea what it might be about?

TRANSPORT RECOGNITION
I was on the phone with my friend these days and he told me that there would now be the function “traffic sign recognition”. I found nothing of the kind on the homepage of Volvo. Can one of the forists confirm my friend’s statement?

XC60 D3 AWD engine system maintenance required
Hello guys, my XC60 D3 AWD, Bj 6/12, 116 tkm showed me on the AB at speed 120 (tempomat) suddenly “motor system maintenance required “. Then remained on the breakdown strip short standing and turned off the engine. After the restart came the message immediately again. I could not detect any power loss, also the consumption remained normal. What can be there? The stupid is, I only got the car since 8/17. LG Walter

Traction problems / vehicle unstable
Hello Motor-Talk municipality, I am a little desperate and hope for help here. In short all data: Volvo XC 60 / D5 / AWD. BJ 2016, 75TSD kilometers. Tires: Pirelli Scorpion, 235/55/19, tyre pressure 2.7 / profile front 5mm, rear 4mm. I notice for a short time that my car is very unstable on certain surfaces. These include wet cobblestones, mud, frequently repaired road, but also the wet lane lane on the highway when changing lanes. i e.g. closed snow cover The car behaves as if it breaks out several times in a second left / right and is only pulled straight through the ESP again. As if the adhesion to the road is lost, the car would swim. I drive about 60TSD kilometers a year and this behavior has only recently noticed. I have already been to Volvo. Car was on the lift, tires were checked. In the subsequent test drive was unfortunately no corresponding r Underground available and otherwise I have no problems with the vehicle. I do not know if it is just a very unpleasant feeling or it is really a dangerous condition. I am grateful to everyone for helpful tips. Thank you very much in advance. Benjamin

cem-b109b15 blower/ventilation interior does not turn off
Dear Volvo friends, There should be an unpleasant error: the fan/ventilation interior just doesn’t turn on. Volvo Assistance sent ADAC by, but it was really not necessary, because I could just disconnect myself. The fuse is hidden in the C compartment and is ONLY to be replaced in a workshop π Does one of you possibly have a guide for this? Vida does not show a single error (except above mentioned license plate lighting /LED bulbs). t will, could it indicate a defective resistance interior blower? Afterblow is definitely not, since this already started to run during the highway ride on Max. No response to adjustment wheel. https://www.motor-talk.de/…/…stand-regulator-defect-t6682637.html?… this topic was studied π The question remains, how can I get to the fuse/relays ? Bloody encounter with the steering wheel in the V70
Since yesterday my V70 has the nickname of the “Schlitzer”. For some time I had always had small cuts on my fingers, but didn’t know their cause until yesterday. Yesterday I tried to get into a small parking space for a relatively long time and then of course strongly cranked on the steering wheel. After parking I notice a lot of smeared blood on the steering wheel and on my left hand and also a little dripped down blood. The cause of the injury is dry. I tried to photograph this and attach it to the article. Unfortunately, it doesn’t come out very well on the mobile phone pictures, but at the edge it looks like a thick aluminium foil has dissolved and a very sharp edge has been created there. Did someone already have the same problem or idea how to “defuse” this dangerous spot? I would also be happy about tips for removing blood stains.
