Question to the elk specialists: How do I accommodate a 3rd child correctly on the back seat? My elk has two integrated child seats and in between there would still be enough space for a 3rd one. My or THE problem is that no seat increase available in the accessory store fits in in between without covering the belt locks! Is there such a thing from Volvo as “extra”? I couldn’t find anything! Hello. Since I also have a V40 (165ps; Bj 2002; 185TKM) I think – synchronously of the rising interest prices – more and more often about LPG. Experiences about this? Is the conversion still worth 185TKM? According to the current survey of the driven KM relative to BJ and engine I can not get a clear picture. Too much are the wear differences in distance / city etc. So: What is a conversion cost about and which manufacturer is recommended? I consume approx. 8.5 – 9l /km and can calculate a payback with a driving performance of approx. 20-25KM/a (at approx. 10% extra consumption). Hello, my V40 loses some liquid from the exhaust gas turbocharger. It is visible only after a few hundred kilometers on the balance tank. On the garage floor, however, a few drops under the turbo are always visible after parking. I first thought it was a hot screw for the cooling water, or its seal which has become leaking on the turbo (marking on the picture). However, if you take a closer look, the exit point for me can’t be narrowed down so precisely. (S ihe pictures). Hello community a friend of mine wants to buy a Volvo V40, but the car has a problem! As long as the car is cold he drives completely normal, he gets warm, he no longer takes gas, swallows himself and then goes out. He meant it feels like steam bubbles when he starts to get warm !!! He also starts again when he has become cold !!! Furthermore he said at the rail valve he produces “air bubbles” petrol pump and petrol pipes have been renewed ! It is about a 97 he with 1855 ccm and 147 kw! Who knows what that could be?
