  • Aisles can be difficult to switch when warm driven

Good day, I have a problem when switching. The gears can only be used with a lot of power very hard when the engine is warm, in cold condition they go in nicely soft. I recently replaced the clutch, Stabi bearing, wheel bearing, beech from the shiftbar, engine oil and gear oil (Liqui Moly 75W80 GL5). Since then the problem exists. If the gear does not go in and I press, bite down from the clutch and it crashes in at once. Often they go in even when I release the clutch and press again. Otherwise only with a lot of force. What could that be? Volvo S40 BJ 00 1,9 Di 70kW

  • Boah, I got a neck!

Has anyone ever tried to change the light bulb in the back of the V70 MY ’04? The stupid part sits exactly between the two flaps that you can open, and since you can look so bad in there, you can’t really get any further… The lower flap is too deep and at the top I didn’t get the sh*** speaker out. My fingertips were already deaf from the cold and the pressing… That was the second time that I drove at ATU unfinished things again, the first time, because there is no lamp with the designation, as it is in the manual… And don’t come with TRFM now! I can read and I don’t have two left hands, so here with Praxitips. Gruss, Dirk

  • Brodit mount for Navi?

I’m just thinking about how to mount my TomTom One better. So far I’ve only used it if necessary, but after today I’m thinking about whether permanent use with the reference to the photogenic sights of the surroundings would not make sense. But the rigid windshield suction cup of the One allows the device to vibrate quite, the gooseneck mount of my PDA was better. I’m thinking about a better mount now. Well-known manufacturer probably should be Brodit, who offers various mounts and offers the S60 dashboard as a sample copy. For me, only the mounts for the ventilation nozzles in the center console can be considered. Does anyone have any experience with these mounts? Does the ventilation interfere, noises arise from the disabled air draught? Is the device not too warm by the direct heat supply? Greeting, Olli

  • V70-I automatic transmission – types

Since I would like to buy a V70-I with automaton in the medium term (see my request in the marketplace here) I of course look here and there for ads and their hopefully diverse pictures …. I noticed that there are 2 different switching columns from the optics. See attached pictures in lousy resolution, which one can hopefully recognize. Are these now 2 different backdrops for the same transmission or are they 2 different transmissions. I think rather the latter, because it would have to be a 4-speed and on the other hand a 5-speed. Was it optional or is the model year dependent? Can someone make me smart, which gearbox it is exactly, which Vor / Nachteile has and what the ‘Knöppkes’ each effect ?

  • Paint damage after tyre change

I think I’ve only had bad luck since last week! First, a car mechanic makes 10 hours of my car around to replace the Stabibuchsen. This morning I parked my car at “my” tyre dealer to change the 4 new tires that I already had in the trunk. He said that I should come back in 2 hours. (That’s always like that) Then I went back towards noon and the car was standing in the parking lot with the new tires on it. I paid and went to the company and parked there. In the evening I go home and what do I see when I make the garage??? ? Back at the shock bar paint chipped off. I am 100000 % sure that this is not from me. Below the splinter I still have some white “color”. Looks like some pieces have been lying around. What would you suggest, what should I do now? Become on all the wheels tomorrow, look at the tyrer, what if the pieces were still lying around?

  • Consumable route mix 1/3 highway : 2/3 motorway

Hello friends of the great Sweden, I also plan to buy an XC90 T8 PHEV, since I have become a commuter between Wuppertal and Leverkusen since last year. I drive about 2400 km a month. With a simple route (only working distance) the motorway share is 28 km. Does anyone have a comparable route mix and can tell me something about its consumption values ? The planned XC90 has 389 hp. I just want to make sure that I did not charge myself in my fuel calculation. I expected a consumption in the burner operation of 7.5 and 8.5 L/100 km. Is this realistic ? Looking forward to your answers. Greeting, Oliver

  • Volvo S40 Seat Problem (plug)

Moin, have the following problem built in new seats here however the plugs 0 fit each other, because completely other. Then I only had problems now I “framed” back and made the leather covers on my old frames. Now I have unfortunately missing 2 plugs on the passenger seat and I have to know how the cables belong to each other already tried out 1x but when reading out the friendly has turned out that it was probably not right. Now I would try on this way if someone had a problem already or maybe just take a look under his seat can look the plug assignment and post here? (my seats have Whips (not electric) SIPS (electrical) seat heating and a buckle recognition) Now still the 4 cables which have to be brought together. From the car following cables come a cable in black with white stroke, orange with white line and another blue with black stroke, white with black line from the seat goes from a cable with brown, blue filled in an orange cover (SIPS) and another one with black line (from orange)

  • Disposal premium, does anyone here participate????

Tach zusammen! To prejudge it, I don’t like to do polemics here, as I have seen in relation to this topic in some other Unterforen. Rather, I would really be interested if someone from you would exchange his old elk (for whatever reasons) against the 2500 toads and a yearly or new car? As far as I am concerned, this is not possible. I only put 2650 flakes for my old, faithful bumps down last summer. In relation to the age and the condition of care at takeover the good runs really super stress-free. Even the comparison with my previous equipment he can not only stand up, but even surpasses most, as far as unsolicitedness is concerned, even clearly. And since I don’t have to make monthly advices, the insurance favorable and the tax payable and the consumption is also quite ok, I am absolutely satisfied. Since I am sitting in the car later quite a lot and also the various new creations again, I can make a comparison with comfort. And since I have to say that I have not had to drive in the same car with no more than 850.

  • Collection order OBX complete system incl. downpipe

mealtime, until Sunday evening you have time to think about the following: in the neighbouring forum the demand for a stainless steel system from OBX is discussed with 2(!) downpipes (straight, angled). to be found is the whole here -> click me hard – lt. a forenmember, which has already installed the same system, should be the good material and provide good fitting accuracy – 3″ downpipe (as I said, 2 pcs.!), 2.5″ exhaust system – KAT each has to weld (let) – no ABE or anything else! please note!!! – sound samples are available at youtube – other tailpipes can be welded (let me make, in original I don’t like) price 350$ (ll. will be some more $ cheaper) shipping around 85$ (more accurate follows) anything between 7% and 13.9% duty EUst …at the end of the day around 400€ complete. if I have more info, but I still have to make this evening thought.
