  • Dispute Honda dealer and rim size at ED9?

    Hey, I have a question that has been burning on my soul for a long time and I have unfortunately not received a satisfactory answer to it yet. What is the biggest rim I can drive on an ED9? Some time ago I bought a used ED9 from a “Honda dealer” who has a body kit, so the wheel boxes are also much further than normal. For sale the car was on beautiful 17″ers. Really horny things… When I told him that I had the car k It took me 5-7 weeks until I finally got the car, again and again I was comforted that the TÜV was not there yet. After one to two weeks I was told that the rims could not be registered as they no longer have ABE/TÜV-certificates for it. after another 1-2 weeks they told me that the 30 steering wheel was too small and since the ED9 has no servo the rims could not be entered on the car. I should then be out of a cat alog for those new rims that would then be ordered and should run in exchange for the 17″. Said done, 2-3 weeks went to the country, of the new rims no trace. But because I absolutely needed the car to come to work and I was really angry I picked up the car,with rims that came from my old ED9. With these things I still drive, am with the dealer in a dispute because he sold me a car without wheels. n now have the following dimensions: 15R185/?? and that looks RIGHTLY SCHEISSE. Is there someone who has had similar experiences and who might know what to do in such a case? So rims-technically I mean, what would cost me, for example, a TÜV registration?   • Help my Civic swims!

    Hello, I have a problem with my Civic eg3 and wanted to ask if someone can help me. About a month ago I had the front track rod heads and the carrying joints (ball heads) changed at ATU. After everything had changed, I found that my Civic swims (from about 70 km/h , sometimes it is there, sometimes not, mostly only on smooth roads, not on hexes). The at ATU could not explain this and for days tried the problem with the setting of the After a week and a half I drove the highway and found out that 130 is the highest of the feelings. That was enough for me and I drove to Honda. They told me that it was the track and set it up again, without great success. After that they looked at the work of ATU again and found that the track rod heads have different shape and length -> that must not be. So to ATU, they ordered the parts again and came again two different ones. After a long time back and forth they ordered the original parts from Honda and finally installed them yesterday. I already hoped, but again no luck. The f driving behaviour has improved (130 without problems), but it still floats. At ATU, they also don’t know what to do anymore, want to exchange a parr parts. The tyres and the rims are probably also I really don’t know what to do anymore.

    Hi today I drove with another one who also has a civic EG4 (90 hp). And he latches almost every gear up to 6000 rpm until he switches into the next and the gas immediately again fully passes through up to 6000 rpm. Although the Hondas are einget for high speeds but I can’t imagine that this is really good! What do you think about it as long as no problem like the engine is warm or should you not drive every gear so extreme I mean if you do it That’s how the speed at 6000 is not yet in the red range. Especially after I’ve seen how bad it is with the FR-V, which probably rusts from the inside out. So I just can’t do that. It is said that the FR-V has a full body electroplating (double-sided) since 2005, which according to the data there is the second best method after hot-dip galvanizing. If so, why is the FR-V model so well known to rust? The Civics are supposed to be like this. That the Civics have a partial electroplating (double-sided) since 1998 and full body since 2005. I don’t like the 8th generation of the Civics, which is why it should be a 2005 Civic 7. If someone like me can make sure that the Civic I buy is one of the Full Body Elctroplating (double-sided)? If you can give the site faith, then the Toyota Corollas have been Full Body Elctroplating (double-sided) since 1991.     Hey people me is something bad happening today… I’m not driving anything in the direction of Düsseldorf when I suddenly run out of nothing a dog in front of the cart…I’m going into the irons like a crazy one and I can’t get the dog to catch it only then BAMMM!!! there was already the back man on it…I don’t blame my poor car is back jetz totally in the ass…the shot rod is a case for the trash and the suitcase no longer goes to… I get paid for everything but I h fear that maybe the frame is irreperably warped….case room doesn’t go much more to…a sign that what is warped I think ma… I’m really scared that I can get my beloved bb1 no more 100% repaired I can cry…I put all my money into these exotes…

  • CIVIC FK3 average speed reset?

    Who knows how to set the display for the average speed to zero or which distance is actually used for it. Can’t set it to zero with me, therefore pointless. I found nothing in the manual… Thank you for the information.

    Hi with my ej9 the air conditioning no longer works. Compressor and condenser are fine, problem is that the compressor no longer concerns. If you give power directly to the compressor, then it goes on. Problem must therefore lie somewhere in the electrics, does someone have any idea??? Greeting Andi

    Hello, hope here are a few who have guessed, because this is actually not a tuning forum. But did I consider theoretically whether one could not increase the intake air by zb such a part here http://www.ebay.de/…/360414351368?… in the intake tract, and thus a performance increase could be achieved? Shouldn’t be a problem to clean the part. Maybe one could also consider stronger engines (>1kw), whereby I think that already this part the Wind speeds that would normally have to exceed in the intake tract? Would just like to start a discussion on this matter.

    Hello forum, as a long-term driver of a Honda Accord Cn2 I had to change to a Honda Insight because, a nice truck drove on it back. It quickly had to come a new car and we decided for the Insight! He has 250k KM on it and is 5.Hand! He drives himself Super, I am UBER driver and have driven the Prius2 3 now 3 years and of course there are extreme differences between the two! The IMA of the Insights Loads and drives with it also some KM, I am thus from Cologne to Berlin driving and I was quite surprised what also does so 1.3 engine do , 150km/h reach took net long ??only getting used to when he blows up at 6k turn! That was so lala the Vor history…. The car has jerked in The city and because, I did not read any history of the car and me, came immediately new gear ÖL and it has become much better but also not Prefect. Now I have got everything again again2x filter seal 20L HMMF ÖL , the sink I jet My biggest worry is that when I stand at the traffic light and the engine runs out and that stays out as long as I am on the brake… I now let go of the brake and the engine jumps on there is an extreme jerk as if someone had driven on it in the back and that I feel as if it comes from the rear axle and that happens sometimes during the ride at 20 30 km/h and it also seems to me when the IMA ON and off that it jerks! Start i ch the car in the morning and put the gear in and let the brakes go then nothing does and stays on the spot and after 10seconds it rolls slowly and when the speed moves which is as if a novice doesn’t get along with the clutch, it moves tugging forwards halt !!! I know net like the clutch on the car funks but have the feeling that the one remains stuck when the uncoupled is zb at the starzstop and uses striking as if you were using the clutch pedal on onema I let go! Who has rat 4me rhx
