Hi friends, I have the following problem: after a cold running controller from TwinTec was installed in my EG3, the engine runs a bit restless and the speed of the stationary gas is low, I think about the 700 RPM. This leads to the engine sometimes running out. Yesterday was pretty rough: I was driving on a country road, wanted to drive up to the highway, before turning off uncoupled, braked, foot from the gas and there the engine goes off! And so it happened a few times. I was scared, white l when driving the oil control light approached, thought already the engine gives up the mind, but was not like that 🙂 The funny thing is, when I turn off the light, it doesn’t go out, it’s still restless. I think if I slightly increase the speed in the stationary gas, then the problem would have to be solved. The question: how can I set the stationary gas speed? So a buddy of mine had a Civic EG3 with 75 hp and a sports pot and air filter I found that went off like Bolle but I don’t know if he would have been enough for me would have preferred an EG 4 with 90 pesas what do you think about it??

tomorrow, I have a question in the forum,… I’ve had my civic since Friday… I took my girlfriend to pick up to inspect the car very carefully… I also found a few things (scratcher on the switch lever – on the spherical hold underneath, scratcher on the navi-plexiglax and a few impurities). I guess everything from the installation of the accessories. I criticized the salesman and should come this week again to the car house… I have now noticed at home that at the driver’s seat on the left side is a big stain of fat.. but I didn’t discover it when taking off.. what do my chances look like that the dealer has to fix it? I mean, you can’t see everything when taking off… ?! and also trust that you can get a new car as new and not muddy by the dealer or? what do you think? low

Hallihallo, I’m on it and I’m ready to order the new Civic 1.8 Exe now. I’m also very unsure about the color. I swarm between Vivid Blue Pearl and one of the silver tones…possibly Champange. Maybe someone can give me a good tip. OK…is anyway all tastes;-) But I also want to treat myself to some special authorities. Premium sound system, suspension, I-shift, leather, Navi, spoiler, styling package, City package, Compfort package….naja…actually almost the kpl . Program. I discovered today that I have a scratch of about 5 cm in length on the underside of the leather steering wheel in my FK3. The leather is not scratched properly, but rather roughened. I don’t know how that happened. You don’t see it at first glance, but I like to hold the steering wheel down when driving and it feels kind of uncomfortable. Does any of you have any idea if and how to remove it? With leather this might be quite tricky. d decided that I would buy a leather care soon and with Swizöl there is a leather seal. I think that pays off just on a steering wheel.

Last Tuesday I proudly picked up my FK2 from the dealer (after about 3 months waiting time). Then I noticed yesterday that an oil stain was formed under the car. Then immediately Honda called and it was towed away. Now I phoned the Honda dealer today. Lt. dealer is a thread in the engine block milled crooked. And thus the screw of an oil overpressure valve (or whatever) does not hold. Ultimately they want now the Lt. dealer takes the whole minimum 2-3 weeks, since you don’t know when the new engine is coming at all. Now I have a rental car for three days (Opel Zafira 1.8 – is by the way full of sip woodpecker and drives terrible, despite the same 140 hp) . The whole is called Mobility Guarantee. But only three days. And according to Honda hotline you think about something until then.. I’m curious what that should be. And then I have a “new” car with ATM.. . Great I’m so excited about my first Honda:-( So now I drove a day and he will spend indefinitely in the workshop… I’m really pissed off… Thanks for listening, I needed this now….

Hello I looked at the WE times the current Civic Coupe. I am totally terrified, the interior looks like from 1990 thought that would be identical with the EP series. The interior of the EP ́s is very successful and the material is ok. But in the Coupe one might think that one has packed the old parts into a new body. Very sad because that has deterred me.
