Hello dear ones, I had already created a thread ( click ) some time ago, but everything was not so closely observed yet and in the end I also lost the topic. Now on vacation we went on the nerve, but the problem: every time you put on the handbrake and have the light on (no matter if standlight or glare) both the AI lighting as well as the lighting of the climate part goes out. I made some observations that I would like to give you observation 1: The handbrake is NOT attracted, but the dimming switch is on full and full or dimming light and the ignition is only on 2 (motor NOT started). There is to be observed that only oil, motor, ABS and SRS lamp are on (at the end it was only oil, as the others went out as usual). If I take dimming switch to zero, all lamps are normal. Also, when the light is off. I then pull the handbrake and the DS is on full, the illumination of climate and AI goes off and all control lamps are on again. Observation 2: Ignition is on I, the DS is on full and stand light is on. Then one looks slightly shimmering the park and oil lamp. On dipped light, however, everything is off. But if I take off the handbrake when I stand still, the shimmering of the lamps is off and everything is off. Observation 3: When you turn on the light, in the display from our radio (SC-805, but in gray) the light is off and com It’s getting brighter and brighter again (but that’s all within 1-2 seconds) Observation 4: The P sign always lights up during the ride when we’re driving without light. If we turn on the light and the DS is full, the sign is off and all other lamps. Provided it’s all right. In order to fix the problem, we just have to turn off the car and then turn it on again. The problem is already fixed. But that can’t be the solution. It is worth noting that switches such as INFO, or the light switch itself and also the radio remain illuminated. So concerning “only” AI and climate go out with the light. I hope I have been able to present everything a little understandable and hope for a quick solution. If I should look further things: by Sunday the moose is available to me at the door and I will try to comply with everything as soon as possible.

P00BC air volume/mass meter A flow rate too low
V70 III, year 15 Model year 16 (according to 10 spot in the light = G = 2016), D4204T9, 1969 ccm, 150 HP Hello together, I have above mentioned error code. I have replaced the LMM replacement part of Hella. Error is still present. Intake system pulled off, a hose clamp loose. This is attached and pressed is tight. Pipes are all empty Charging air coolers I don’t know? Does the intake system hang? Error still exists. The following happens: I delete the error, it is When the error comes, the display reports “reduced engine power”. Measured values Air mass during the journey Parameter query when errors have been deleted: In idle and at small speeds: Set-value 2 g/s ??????? Is-value 11 g/s. From about 2 000 revolutions onwards, the target and IST will be the same size! When the motor enters the emergency run, the air mass values are: Set-value Value 14 g/s. Is-value 17 g/s. I find the higher setpoint seems to be too small with actually logical, 2 g/s. But I don’t know exactly. Does anyone have an idea? Thank you very much in advance.

Volvo XC 60 D3 AWD as a towing vehicle??
Who already has experience with the new (BJ. 2011/2012) Volvo XC 60, D3 (163 hp machine) AWD as a towing vehicle for a residential car (1600 kg)?? Is the machine sufficient for occasional WW vacations running over the Alps or Pyrenees or would the D5 (215 hp) machine be significantly better suited? In everyday operation both distance and city traffic (in total approx. 20,000 km) are driven, so I want to keep in mind the diesel costs. 1 1/2 l / 100 km more, I think particularly thoroughly about which equipment/machine is the optimal for me. The WW is moved 2- 3 times a year, no more. But of course I do not want to “hungry” already on the Sauerland line or the “Kasseler Bergen” with it! Thanks for competent answers.

Automatic problem
Hello! I have just read through the forum and would like to describe my problem now. Most of the time my wife drives by car and also with a lot of city traffic. It usually comes to the problem if I want to overtake another car, or drive on the highway and speed up. I give gas and it does nothing, except that the speed shoots into the red area. It switches into the idling. I go down from the gas and notice how it plugs in again. When I give back gas the speed goes up and he bangs in a gear that I think now drives the engine and gearbox without a car. GT oil has been exchanged and software updated. What do the experts suggest??? Thanks LG Robert

Needed help with the roof box.
Can you possibly give me a tip with which roof box the v70II with original suspension and without roof railing still remains under 2m. Roof box should not be used for skis but for light luggage. Which load carriers would you recommend? Orginal or what from the accessories? At the original there is unfortunately nothing about how high it is. As boxing I noticed the original Volvo parts. For example Sport Time 200 for 320€. Often this has already someone behind it and can give with one or other tip. I’d be very happy.

Volvo xc90 floor shaft (stroke something to the body)
Hello, since yesterday my XC90 makes funny loud sound noises, I think front left to the bodywork, it all started when I drove yesterday on the highway about 40km at some floor waves hit something against the bodywork below, you could feel it clearly in the car. But was on the 40km only 5 times, wanted to drive today then again and now it is constantly with every pothole it sounds like something in front left against the bodywork. I already got under the car But nothing unusual can discover. Had someone the same problem and by chance knows what that is. I even think that it is also knocking when cornering. Thanks in advance

MKL, guide oil measuring rod folded + loose parts in engine compartment, C70 2.4i
Hello, after my MKL light was lit at a traffic light and then strangled engine and read out as a “long-term fuel control” error, but despite the deletion of the fault memory shortly afterwards the MKL lighted up again, I assumed the air mass meter as a cause (see my post below). Now, when I looked through the engine compartment, I found that the oil measuring rod was only unplugged in its guide and that parts attached as photos were in the motor vehicle. I was able to identify the rubber part (photo 1-2) as a “windshield drainage”. Correct? Where does that go? The round lid (photo 3) fits perfectly to the round opening of the alternator on the side (photo 4). Does it belong there? Now my question: what was the cause of the blow-out of the oil measuring rod (the sudden abrasion after acceleration and full braking?) and was the result of the MKL lighting? What was the connection between the other loose parts? s oil measuring staff the only troubleshooting related to the MKL or is there a fundamental other error /cause and I am now just eliminating the symptoms? Thank you for your help!
