Hi, have the XC90 T8 MY24. The tank indicator has 4 “strikes” (and the residual width is calculated, which I don’t mean). How reliable is the display of the strokes? I just slipped from the third line to the second (full) one. So have 2 full strokes. Can I assume that I still have 50% so 35 liters in the tank or is the display rather inaccurate and I have less (more would be okay). What’s your experience? Background is that I am abroad and would like to refuel in D. With 50% and 100% electricity I can do it.

Meal, yesterday it was the first time I noticed when parked: When my steering is shunting in both directions. The limiters are not, it is already creaking far before the attack. It comes clearly from outside and is both while driving and standing the case. Someone an idea? C70I, ’98 Greeting

Quick question in the V8 round …
Hello, How is the V8 actually slowed down at 210 ? (Why don’t I ask at all) I had a clear track and a nice empty piece of highway today (slightly sloping). My moose ran well over 230 (lt Tacho) for a long time anyway – what after GPS nevertheless resulted about 223 km/h. Would I with my unchipped 2.5T at an elecronically controlled V8 “passing” ? Start-up and ABS/TRACS problems
Hey guys, I hope to get back to your valuable tips on how to do this. V70 04/1997 with TRACS and B5252FSproblem 1) Start – occurs very sporadically, tendently after short rides – engine goes off immediately when starting/tween, so starter always turns, then engine starts audible and then goes off immediately – if then it does not start several times, wait after a while – keys for ignition short wait and then start has solved the problem for longer time, but now it happens again – petrol pump runs audible for 2sec on ignition – if car runs once, there are no problems guess so far: fuel relay or immobilizer/antenna ring The following errors I have read out (Delphi): immobilizer (way lock – Immo 2) 221 – transponder communication immobilizer (way lock – Immo 3) 234 – transponder communication – no communication I have read out now when it happens again but now this antenna ring is suspected. 2) ABS TRACS – the most likely to be driving at the time of the time of the time of the cycle (recommence) (recommence)

Forum calendar 2023 (?)
Hello, also for next year I would like a calendar nice. Unfortunately there are a few changes, therefore the ? in the title. Presumably I am working 2 weeks abroad and also otherwise my time is unfortunately short (Sellentest in April). For this reason I do not manage the previous process. We create a calendar together, as well as the years before. Then I put a PDF of the finished calendar with the previous software put together here in the forum. (Time limited e.g. for 2 weeks). Then everyone interested can access it and possibly contact a printer. Maybe you know some people in the area, then not everyone has to go individually. Here in the north we have e.g. a WhatsApp group and meet us always times. Would that be ok for you? Otherwise, too, please make further suggestions.

Sudden howling while steering
Hello, I have heard a problem with my V40. And while I was earlier with my sister on a totally catastrophic traffic practice site, if that one was supposed to be at the construction site / crater mingled with the “road” scolding. Well, 1.5 std was all super. And after that, at a turn, it suddenly started to go to jails. As if you would drive 60 in 1 gear. It came but definitely from the steering. With every even so small steering motion it yawed off. I then broke off the whole thing there and drove out to drive to a gas station. There I have temporarily looked whether I could recognize what on the wheel. Then I Googled something and read that you should check them servo fluid times times if there is enough in it. I searched the container, found it? then screwed it on again, wiped the rod and ” dived ” in LUFT It was in it! I know now that the car can not buy and fill up now I have not heard anything else under me.

VOLVO XC40 T4 Recharge Hybrid Essential – Ticketprinter Action December 2021 – Lack of equipment
Dear motor talk friends, recently my XC40-leasing car was delivered. This is the ticket printer action from December 2021. When I took over the car I noticed missing features, for which of course I immediately made a complaint. The following features are missing: 1) Active safety – fog lights -> missing 2) Comfort / interior & exterior – interior lighting, extended ambient lighting (white) front -> In the menu of the ride ugs you can adjust the intensity of the ambient light, but unfortunately nothing is done. From my point of view the ambient light is missing. In the current configurator there is an ambient light in white, if one thinks that it is the normal light. – Floor lighting at the front -> missing! – Luggage compartment lighting on both sides -> missing on the right side! – Glove compartment lighting -> missing! 3) Comfort/inside & outside – Warning tone/display for unmounted safety belt in (for all seats) -> is missing for the rear seats. Now I am looking for fellow sufferers to make better pressure if necessary. In addition, I would like to know if there is a possibility to get a list of the really installed features for comparison. At Volkswagen you can get such a list via the FIN with ERWIN (VW information system). Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello together, I am recently the owner of XC40 Recharge Single Core, after I have already read a lot about the equipment here in forums and have found that we did not get the equipment that was actually in the contract, I report with a question to the experienced users. And indeed, there is a cruise control with my model, also an active track holding assistant with steering intervention, also the keys for the distance control are there (without function), but no Distance tempomat. Is there perhaps a software update that unlocks this function? Because the forecasts of the hardware are fulfilled and the car has the appropriate sensor technology and steering, or do I see this wrong?
