  • V 70 R and problems

    Hello together Here’s my way of suffering: November 03 bought. With 3 months delay Hardly bought call back due to impact of the wheels that always arrive. December 4 gear with 100 kmh starts to rub. Cable train changed. Sounds front when starting. Fixed with Locktide. Backward gear can no longer be inserted. Reperature. Middle console scratches the friendly. Get new. Then gear levers at the next crossing in the hand. stupid so switch is difficult. Again problems with the backward gear. Again reperature of the gear shift. So and now still things I still have. Brakes beat start noises still scratching while steering ̈ Replace the rear axle etc… So now I can be a friend again and he told us another chance. I’m of the opinion “grrr. ” I can not write this here. Conclusion I want to write a new car.

  • XC90 Heating Footroom

    Hello people, now that it has become so cold, I noticed that I have constantly cold feet in my new XC90, even if I only set the ventilation towards the footroom. The air outlet takes place from the lower part of the center console and far above my ankle. At pedal level no air comes out at all.   • DVD Player from Navi Kaputt

    Hello, my DVD player from the Navi Volvo V70 II is broken.It was 4 years old. Dealer has checked it. I get an exchange player (one where has been repaired before) which costs 450 Euro, new 4000 Euro. The dealer takes over 40% since I have a used car warranty.   • Purchase advice for C30

    Hello! The leasing for my current walking aid runs out (currently a Daihatsu Copen in everyday life) and I want to buy a compact car. I have pulled the C30 into the narrower selection. It’s very important to me that I get a gasoline engine (diesel pays off with me, but I want to enjoy driving fun). Performance should be between 120 and 150 ps. There’s a Volvo 2000er. Is this a Volvo machine? What is the efficiency of the machine? I’m not looking for a turbo. My cop has just 87 ps. A little more would be nice. The 1600er is apparently nothing else than a walking aid. It immediately disappears. What about maintenance costs? Car insurance? Consumption (for example)? Are there generally weaknesses in the C30? Since the plugs to the ignition coils were already falling quite apart from the age, we changed them. No change, but on the contrary, everything worse: it only ran on 2 cylinders. Then we changed the ignition coils, because only the cylinders ran on them the coils are on it. Also no real improvement. Finally, the cables to the other two cylinders measured, had no passage, exchanged and runs now on 4 cylinders, but somehow he doesn’t take the gas properly, he stutters so little ahead of him, but he doesn’t properly run. I don’t know how to describe it differently. I have a few guys at my hand who know each other, but there is now everyone with his Latin at the end. Maybe you still have the one or other idea.   • Camshaft – 1.8 l – variable valve control

    Hello, so here’s the problem of my elk: my 1.8 l, bj 03 (good 70.000km, almost all motorway) makes noise in the engine room. the magnet switch for the variable valve control (the device for the adjustment of the camshaft – so the friendly one), has been changed. the noise is still there. now the mechanics should be changed for this – i.e. my half motor should be taken apart. Nicely I should pay for the then not defective part anyway. does someone have similar problems – is this perhaps a serial error? thank tex P.S.: Oh yes, does anyone know how expensive the fun for the friendly elsprechstund can be???
