Hello I’m it again. Volvo 850 106 kw 10v Year of construction 95 and 226 000 km. We have made the valve shaft seal new with the car. He has got original Volvo candles, throttle valve cleaned, air filter new, oil trap cleaned, throttle flap pod new. Tüv and AU passed. But the sprite consumption is now about 14 liters. Before the reperatur it was only 11 liters. And sometimes in idle the speed stays at 1000 sthn. Maybe one of you has an idea. Oh, that’s how the air flow controller was changed.

V70 Bj.97 2.5 144hp…somehow lame. Is that normal?
Evening, I have to ask, if it is normal, that my V70 with 144 hp is probably the same with my old Golf 2 with 90 ps. Of course, the Gölfchen has only 900 kilos, the Swede 1500…but still I would have expected more. I am very satisfied with the car, the engine does not consume measurable oil, rust not, starts super, runs very calm and evenly, butter-soft, spritt consumption is with me in mixed traffic at about 9-10 liters. Also the ASU-Wer But still… I don’t get the feeling of the car getting in the pushes. Now I’m talking about the car being heavy… I wouldn’t even guess at a defect… What do you think? The fact and wonder is that I was able to speed up better in the fifth gear in the fifth gear with 1.8 liters and 90 Ps than in the same spot with the moose in the fifth gear. I also got up with the golf also climbs in the fifth, where I have to go to the fourth with the moose. Is the car really great? so cumbersome? The final speed on a mountain is the same for both…. No TÜV due to inadmissible photo
Moin, our moose was today for the re-presentation at the TÜV and the friendly ones there criticize the photo of the right headlight. Supposedly, this spreads across the border line in the right area and could thus blind pedestrians and cyclists -> no TÜV. My question: Can the lamp be the cause for this? Or does it have to lie on the headlight itself (glass, reflector, or?) Rejoice me over every tip!

Installation instructions for (slim) roof railing V70 I
All right, I already read all the threads for the roof railing here and unfortunately I didn’t find what I’m looking for. But I ordered a few wrong parts, which then probably fit with the wide railing. So, the things that run under “clip, decorative strip” at Skandix, of which I have eight pieces in three colors, white, light grey (each 2x) and yellow (4x). You know in which order they are installed. The paintr had randomly distributed them and I don’t have a clue. ng: https://www.skandix.de/…/ The metal clips that are on the rail and then reach into these plastic clips, which look completely different from my railings, than the clips the Skandix suggests here. (https://www.skandix.de/…/). However, I can’t find a part number in the spare parts catalog. See also picture in the appendix, one page shows the inside, the other the outside of the metal clip. The screws (new ones I already have) were so attached to the metal hooks. Of course, terribly rusty t. I didn’t find a part number for this. Did anyone happen to have it over? Almost the same applies to the cover caps (9151668), of which I broke the upper nose on three during dismantling. Does anyone happen to have it over? After the sealing set 9178681 I probably don’t need to ask at all, do I?

Volvo S70 speakers only front
Moin, Before I get stoned: I have already used the SuFu, but this did not answer all my questions on this topic. I have a S70 T5 EZ. 97. For a T5 the equipment is quite low. It is not the original radio installed, probably no one was ordered, but the Clarion CRN 25. It only comes sound from the dashboard and the front doors. The speakers still work, but sound rather dull and snoring even when the music I don’t hear anything from the hat rack. Now my questions: – Has anyone had any experience with retrofit speakers? I’ve already seen some of JBL, Blaupunkt, Pioneer, etc. with matching adapter online. – Are there always cables attached to the speakers, or can they be easily retrofitted? – Where would you get original new speakers? Except from Volvo or Sandix. Thank you.

Volvo 850 BJ 6/1996 ABS & TRACS light no longer goes off
Hello together, my Volvo 850 Kombi is shut down and now the HU and ASU should be renewed. Unfortunately, the ABS & TRACS luminaire lights up permanently. Unfortunately, my last screwdriver workshop in Berlin is no longer available, but already at the last TÜV preparation there was this problem. If I remember correctly, the diagnosis computer reported a failure at the back right side of the sensor. In the available diagnostic computer at that time, my vehicle could not be found and the readout Somehow you are bypassing it and the HU has been issued without any problems. An interesting detail is that the 850’s is one of the last built and the diagnostic plug is already in the center console in the interior under the coin holder. Now the question is how to either fix the error or disable the control lights to complete the HU successfully. What would you advise me to do pragmatically? Best regards!

… I want to cry!
I have been living here for 8 years now and have a rather small parking lot in front of the door. Last year my friend ‘himself’ has paved the same new. Nice. Was not absolutely necessary. -> But he put a small pillar on the front right of my parking bay: so that I “NOT ALWAYS” drive over the discounts while parking and the edge stones crooked. … he never said so directly – but meant! It is actually never something (at the discounts and stones) n). For me, something like harassment. I told him that the said “poller” is extremely dangerous for not only my bumpers and that I already have to circulate narrowly in a small curve into my parking lot and that the part should be gone again. Thickly as my landlord is, he did not make logo anything. For quite a while nothing happened – until last Wednesday: I apparently didn’t get the curve as always and as always could not see the prepel. SKRUNTSCH – Stoßstan This seems irreparable. … I could strangle the guy and even more. I hardly ever touch the “Sch… Beet” or the edge stones. And, as in the pictures, the repositioned curve would leave room still loose… … the dirty stone still stands in the way, even if I park correctly! What is your opinion: – Can he just put such an obscure part in the area? – Can I demand damages ?

Volvo 850 ABS ECU
Hello everybody! It’s time again. The TÜV calls to the performance! I drove mostly the summer over without ABS/TRACKS. In case of error reading mostly speed RadSensor is implausible. I then checked all sensor rings, ok! I then also renewed the rear cable, no change! Have observed that if it is very cold ( minus degrees) the system for a short time, depending on temperature 5 -15 min, , , works. I thought, if possibly a cold soldering point is to blame? Was on the search for E rsatz or repair. I found a hint that my existing control unit would not be suitable for my car! Is there a list what you can see, which number my component must have. On my stand the following numbers on it: 9162675 6840 10.0946-0402.3 3X5669 Controller United + TRACKS 4 WD Is the part right or wrong or is the error somewhere else to look for? As always, grateful for all helpful hints

New in the Volvo family, with a few small problems
Moin, I have been the proud owner of a V70 I 2,4T AWD Bj. 99 for 2 months and so far also very satisfied with the vehicle.
