  • False air low power, jerking, no clean pulling of the engine

    Hello all, my engine (10V 144hp) has hardly any power and I guess wrong air. You can hear it too. With the connections it doesn’t matter where the tube goes. But I have read there a larger flange, on which no hose is attached. The only thing I found suitable is the secondary air pump, but the stub is free as I have seen on workshop drawings, right? And what can someone have moved a screw turned into the fir tree? It doesn’t seem to me that you want to close a flange with it. Can otherwise a leaky exhaust due to lack of counter pressure be the reason that it draws false air? Thank you and greeting Kadett-C

    Hi! For short or long I would like to expand my vehicle portfolio with a vehicle segment, which Volvo unfortunately can not operate, namely a van. Therefore, I am currently looking, apart from the usual suspects like VW T5/T6, because this brand does not come to me on the yard. As a budget I would put on 20,000 euros. Required would be: – Automatic – Diesel – 5 seats, with single seats rear – Seat heating front – Leather would be nice – would like sliding doors back – AHK – NO VW, NO FORD – NO MINIVAN! Equipment is ahead of engine power, so rather more equipment than a larger engine. Vito/Viano/V-Class would be ok, but are mostly rocked down in the price range and have some rust problems.   • Control panel climate defective?

    moin. for a few days now my Volvo has been heating magnificently! But ALWAYS…. Whether I turn on the control panel or not, it does not change at all. Only the fan can be controlled by hand. It also seems that no more valve control reacts, no air flow from the nozzles noticeable. Hot air is blown exclusively into the footroom. The air conditioning seems to run, but does not work against the hot air, it does not indicate any error at all. So I turned it off… I have heard a “cracking” in the control panel once and twice during the ride. In the area of the middle turn switch (clamp control) it was also feelable warmer.   • New clutch arrives late & ‘ruppelt’ when starting up

    At the last big-rep, the clutch was also made new with back bearing and lift cylinder kplt.. So far so good and can be much easier to kick. But…. – Comes very (!) late – When mounting it unmistakably – soft coupling from the stand is not. – In ‘warmÄ condition it gets better – domes between the corridors is no problem Watt iss that now again ???   • Volvo 850 Combi, trailer coupling too high for caravans

    Hello together We have a Volvo 850 Combi with detachable trailer coupling (Original Volvo). If we now attach our trailer, it hangs very deep at the rear (in front of the trailer coupling too high, then very deep at the back). We now have big concerns about driving with this trailer on a ferry – the chance that the trailer is lying up and thus the ground is damaged is very high.   • ETS, MKL and oil lamp glow….I could cry

    Hello together, unfortunately I couldn’t find it in the search function. For two weeks it has been lit by my 2.4er, 99 he year of construction when it gets warm the ETS lamp. If I turn it off then the lighting is gone and doesn’t go on again. The next day the same problem. Now I have worked today the throttle flap with Liqui Moly cleaner. Shortly after, the MKL was added. I then parked the car immediately, although it was completely normal.
