Hey guys, it’s funny. I got the “US warning control” from a friend from America. I changed it for the normal one on weekends. It’s funny, the lights go out after a few seconds, but the warning tone doesn’t. No matter if buckled or not. Everything works like usual with the original. Did anyone ever have such a problem?

Hello dear Volvo municipality, I have been having a little problem with my moose for a few days now. It’s a 2.0 20V from 1992 and has the problem that if I let it roll in 5th gear at 90-100 km/h, the rev indicator starts to twitch back and forth (about in the range of 300-400 revolutions). If you let it roll like this, the control lamp flashes up and goes out again and again. I tried to read it out, but there are no errors. From the engine you don’t notice anything. It runs great and as soon as I give a little bit of gas stops the jerking up again. Quite rarely the engine jerks once briefly as if it has a ignition dropout. I don’t know if the two symptoms are connected or not and since he tells me no mistake I am honestly a bit perplexed. Does any of you have any idea what his problem might be? Moin at all the lasts I was able to buy a set of clear glass headlights. So far, so good. Then I bought new scattering discs because the old ones are quite finished. Today I then removed the old ones to mount the new ones (just fixed). I noticed that there is a gap (about 7-10mm wide) between the front part and the rear part of the reflectors. I tried to identify this in the photos. The gap is the same with both headlights. At the top a bit wider than below. Does that have to be like this ????????? of course I looked at the headlights of the Coupe. Also clear glass. There is no gap. Well, maybe 2 or 3mm. At least not like with the new headlights. Are there any differences? The front part is only flipped in. Of the three clippings one is broken on each headlight. Bad enough. The front reflectors cannot be pushed further into the back. I woll The glasses can be mounted by the way. Space is enough. Maybe someone can help me or send me a comparison photo.

Hello friends, Since last do. I am also happy owner of a 850 kombi 2.5 10V in mineral blue. Vehicle is EZ 08/96, ran 168tkm, automatic and is quite neatly there. Short to my problem. The car stands on 16 ́ ́ original VOLVO aluminum rims. However, the summer tires were not so great and immovable as well. So I looked for new/used WR. After which it was called, there is a release for 205/55/R16 these also searched and found. 2 years old B ridgestones without rims, test winner model -> perfect. This then next door for lean 70€ stones on the aluminum rims and the summer tires straight away. At the end of the LED, at full impact the left wheel in the wheelhouse grinds. Cleverly now look more closely at the Volvo release and see that the tires for LW5106 are just not released. So what do? Down, new up? Mount the steering stop? Do you have a good TIP for me? Servus Together, For information: Safety is complete. Switch on the lever works. (at least the windscreen wiper works) Headlight cleaning system is not available. I had already mentioned it briefly in the OT area, the original Volvo candles come from Autolite. I had intensively been looking for which candles it is in the case. It is the “Autolite XP3923” they are the only candles for Volvo from Autolite that have an identical look with the “original” Volvo Turbo candles. After I found out in the English Jaguar Forum that these are also the “original” Jaguar spark plugs there was no doubt for me, Volvo/Jaguar……. I ordered 10 spark plugs of this designation and 5 Bosch candles for my work colleague in the USA at Rockauto.com. The whole thing cost a little over 45€ so unbeatable from the price, Ok I give to I sent the candles to Florida to my cousin who brought them to me now. So I saved myself the shipping to DE, but at Rockauto.com there is also a discount for Volvopower Forum members.
