Hello to all Volvo-Gurus 😉 So, that’s it. Now my question…Did I manage to open a few kilometers with a friend’s V70 (I) yesterday and turn off the car, why I forgot to turn off the inside light, I don’t know. . So..nun kommts..so we wanted to open the car today…GING NIX…all the two remote controls zero reaction. Door lock is only one on the driver’s side, Koffreraum is only a small flap but behind it (could) one could often install a lock…but was not a … Just a plastic cap that has hidden the hole and we could not remove or wanted to remove. With the two locks at the one lock (driver’s side) I could reach after several times back and forth also nix .. IS THE NORMAL ?? For what is there the lock there at all, if one does not want it at such an incident or in the winter to the Bsp. If the battery could say goodbye or use similar with the power supply, I can use the lock side?

Automatic transmission behaves strangely…
Moin Herd! That’s when I start the moose this morning, all so far ok. Then the gearbox turns up from the first to the second and somehow it was a very funny noise set… “In search of the torque…” As if the gearbox delivers the power to the wheels but only very slowly… Round around the block, everything was gone. Then a little more aggressively accelerated and it was quite briefly there again. Again a generous lap driven, tried out again, everything perfectly… Where do all these “torque phantom spinnings” come from all of a sudden?? Running power now 306 TKM and gear oil was changed only at 290 TKM with all the drums and drums at the friendly Volvo contractor!!! I tried this again, by the way, as soon as the temperature indicator rises inside, that the whole stuff starts to warm up at the front, it is completely gone. I know that this is only water display, but when the warm up, logo everything else is warm up… so he does so by getting away perfectly soft and everything.

Conversion volvo850 to v70/1
My husband and I are about to miss out on my baby’s newer technology, etc. The “donor” was used as an accident on the scrap. Now we have already expanded everything inside and found quite the first thing that the amature board of the V70 is not so easy to install…. Has anyone ever done this ??? Also engine with gearbox on base carrier should be converted with. ABS unit also has to be changed, as well as all cables…. Now my question: Do I have to saw something off from the amature board, since the bow to the disc is different ??? Or is there a more beautiful alternative ??? Or do you get the ventilation channel from the old amature board somehow ?? Pictures follow when I get it on the row … 🙂 Thank you very much, Daniela

hello, my hupe has already given up the spirit some time ago and I want to take care of it. Wash nozzles freeze in
Hello dear Volvo driver! because soon the winter is approaching again and it is supposed to get really cold again, I would like to do something against the freezing of my windscreen wiper nozzles. At high speeds on the highway they freeze again and again, because the alcohol at the nozzle exit through the wind quickly vanishes and thus freezes the remaining water. I read in an older forum entry that someone has installed for his Volvo heated nozzles from a BMW. Only this has not been with a V70 I, apparently, as these can not fit with me. The cut-out in the bonnet is with my round, diameter approx. 10mm. The BMW nozzles E34 are rectangular. Does anyone have the same problem here and possibly a solution? Normally at the place of the nozzles are cut-outs in the engine hood lining, which, I assume, bring the engine heat to the nozzles. Unfortunately, this is not enough with my Volvo apparently. Antenna amplifier V70 – where? Radio reception bad
Hello, unfortunately, in my V70 (`98) the radio reception is miserable. I have found that the primary antenna (I have the radio system with two antennas left and right in the side disk) no longer provides a reasonable reception. Also a setup on the radio (I have set up a second radio of the same design for the test) regarding the antenna amplifier on/off shows no effect. It all indicates that the antenna amplifier is the problem. Can someone tell me where it is installed? I would not have to go on the miserable search. Thank you in advance!

PRESENTATION+PROBLEME VOLVO C70 COUPE 2,3 T5 239PS
Hello guys, since yesterday proud owner of a fully equipped VOLVO C70 COUPE 2,3 T5 239PS AUT. (DOLBY SURROUND CAPELLE 🙂 Unfortunately, some things have been noticed very negative during the transfer: -Zahntriebelwechsel inkl. Rollen und WaPu+Öl+Filter+Keili fresh but problem: it stutters somehow when accelerating more strongly almost feels like ignition dropouts (ZK+Zündkabel???) No indicator light on, sometimes SERVICE but they didn’t have a rear control in the workshop:-( What can that be, really only candle or cable?? -Is the COUPE, but that the driver window/F door is already loud as from 80km/h as sow!? what can man do here??? With driver side everything OK – the sliding roof “klappert” , how can I fix it?? Duplex rear silencer
Moinsen! With my elk (V70I AWD) a new rear silencer is due. It should become a duplex system, so much is certain, but I would need your advice if a sport exhaust would make sense. The vehicle has no engine tuning and will not get it either. Have already looked at the forum, but have not become very clever. For me there are basically 2 variants: 1. Original rear silencer from the V70I R AWD MJ 2000 or 2. Duplex sport exhaust Does anyone have experience with the original silencer? What about the durability? Or is a sports exhaust system more useful? Advantages I have found out so far while durability through stainless steel and better discharge of the exhaust gases. Disadvantage, possibly too loud sound. (Would it be rather discreet and unobtrusive) How does both systems look like with the registration? ABE have the least. Rejoice about tips and hints. How long does a 850 hold
Hello , let’s ask a question , I drive a Volvo 850 2.0 from 1995 , circuit , so far 306000 km , first clutch . Has been regularly maintained , I wonder currently , how long will it last . Since 5000 km it squeaks when the clutch is kicked . I know a statement like at least 500000 km , so nobody can say , always depends on the maintenance . Interestingly how much KM have your cars already down . And what is that noise from the clutch . Mfg

Volvo V70 I Sc-802 exchange for radio with bluetooth freeprech
Hi, in my Volvo V70 is still the old SC-802. Navi is permanently installed separately, so I don’t need new. So far I have operated with my old mobile phone with headphones but now I actually have an iphone and therefore want to play a bluetooth hands-free device and also music from iphone. I don’t think the Parrots are so good for this because they loop the sound in. That’s not really great with the music. I had therefore thought to change the radio. Is it right that I don’t need a aperture with a double-din radio like JVC KW-XR811? Is it still right that I don’t need an extra blind with a din radio like Kennwood KDC-BT42U and only have to install the mounting compartment for the 2nd dinschach? Can you get me a radio that is musically clear with Ipod/iphone and that has a BT free-draw system? Would there be an alternative over the switcher connection of the SC-802?
