Hello dear community, some time ago I installed a rear-view camera in my BMW, was also satisfied with it… now my question.. what do you think of installing a rear-view camera in the 850s? Inserting a license holder with camera or in the bumper? of course I will buy a radio system.. also have to install a rear-view piepser.. I know you look good’m out of the car but I bought a 2din radio with navi, dvd, etc. 1 month ago and also have one next uss for the cam.. now to your opinion?

Slot Relay Heater 2003er C70 searched
Moin to all Volvorists It’s about a 2003 C70 convertible. I’m looking for the slot for the relay of the rear window heating / mirror. I’ve of course already used the SuFu and found out that it should be the relay on slot 208 (TNr.: 9148300/yellow). So far, so good. When the cover had down, and wanted to replace the relay for troubleshooting for one of my 2000 V70, I noticed: Nix yellow relay, nothing to see. s Slots 212 is a small grey relay. Is this the relay for the rear window for this car? And if so, where are the differences to the yellow one? Can you just switch them against each other? Maybe short to the actual error description: Ignition on… back window already on and can’t be switched off. Automatic shutdown also doesn’t work. Switches I have already changed, no success. Therefore guess relay. For your help I would be grateful Greetings Thomas

Unlock Diesel-Volvo heater?
Hello Elchgemeinde, according to an offer at ebay every diesel car should already have a heater installed and must only be unlocked for alleged 750 euros with the friendly one. Here is an excerpt of the ebay display:According to Volvo price list this Euro 750.- …I tell you here how they get this for about 90.- Euro …..very simple….any Volvo diesel car, whether the 60 he ; 70 he ; 80 he or 90 he series has already installed this, look at front left under the mud wings ( at the XC 70 ) you should find the exhaust hose of the heating… instead of spending here Euro 750.- at Volvo I tell you how you can save here about 650 Euro…the heating only has to be unlocked…. this can only be a Volvo dealer and that takes you as stated Euro 750 .- off….or you offer here and learn how it is different…this is quite legal… I find this quite strange, because I would offer a hint and then possibly have to drive hundreds of km n… Is there any experience with this alleged “unlocking” of the standard built-in heater? TÜV flaws photograph inadmissible
Hello together. My T5 from 1999 had to go to the TÜV and for the first time with defects. “Abblendlicht left and right Hell-Dunkel-Border / Lichtbild inadmissible.” No one spoke of the driving beam… After questioning the elk doctor was talking about new headlights. Reflector could be matt or something. Well, it can be a false bulb, or just a adjusted headlight. How likely is what? Has anyone had experience with this TÜV statement and matte shamwefer-R or do I have to hope that the moose man doesn’t want to turn something on me, which doesn’t have to be. Searching for help in Cologne
Hello, I recently got a 850er and I fell on my nose with it. since giving up is not my strength, I am now looking for someone who is willing to help me. I don’t have two left hands but as far as cars are concerned I simply lack the knowledge and the workplace. My problem is that under the car is oil again and again, I suspect that the simmering of the crankshaft is defective. The clutch still does your service without slipping into it. have already renewed the oil trap with everything so it can’t come. Since I’m a student at the moment I’m looking for a cheap way to keep the vehicle running. Who can help or call me a workshop?

Exchange evaporators and water coolers
Hello together, after I was helped so well here the last time, I have the next questions again I have to exchange the water cooker, because the old is already slightly leaking. Are there perhaps any special features/problems to expect – or is this jerky done? Then I will exchange the evaporator because the AC is leaking. I found a description and as a “problem” only turned out the type of the climate oil. I can of course at the best n Will not realize from which manufacturer the AC compressor is. SC 801 – Leave in or change?
Hoi, in my 850R a SC 801 slumbers. Unfortunately, the good piece on the buttons is already bitten. The changer in the back of the trunk is also not the yellow one from the egg. The question would be if I could create a slightly better, rounder sound with the original speakers with a more up-to-date radio with equalizer and measurement option, just like in my other cars. Hello, after a long search I finally found a (almost) perfect car for me and bought it directly. Samco hoses chip made at MR Sweden (how most likely brake system etc.) XC70 Grill 18″ 8x matured distance discs vo. & hi. That should be all … as said performance is not running but damn good w about 260 (Tacho), estimated 275-280 had to go off the gas. On the way back by chance directly a few highway duels had Volvo V70 T5, 5er GTI, 528 2010er, an old Volvo station wagon with BSR sticker on the back (was something with sport classic still on it)… all without switching down quite clearly left behind us I think the car is meaningful and high quality rebuilt, what do you think? PS: can someone tell me the model of the rim. Would you like to buy me another second set since the the old Volvo Kombi could have been a 740s, and I would take it for the winter!

Moin to all So, after I have now removed eight (8 !!!) scrap sites and did not find it, I turn to the forum here. Background: My predecessor probably patched a cable here once (1st photo). Now it is completely torn down and I have to repair it reasonably. Therefore I am looking for the counterpart to my Lambda probe plug. So quasi the female to the plug on the photos. Is installed only during the last years of construction. I need Bj. 2000 / possibly 99. 850 I need the socket with cable as long as possible to solder it to the existing cables and shrink it. Maybe someone still has something like this. Thanks already in advance Thomas

Volvo 850 Combi, 5 gear circuit, 106kw
Hello dear, now we have a Volvo from my parents-in-law from Sweden. He was a gift, meanwhile a very expensive one. But now we have done everything, he has a full report and finally a Berlin license plate. Even a green badge, however, is the control (because E2) to cry. According to Hommologation Office only with cold running controller goes around. I am just checking whether also Minikat goes. But like others before me, I do not find exactly my vehicle i In the list and the Berlin Dekra is unfortunately so Bible-true, so one wants to scream. Cold running regulator costs me about Skandix 229€ plus shipping, then still installation (no idea how expensive), acceptance by the Dekra min. 100€ and still new papers at the registration. I really can cry! But maybe there are Berliners here, with exactly the same vehicle 850 Kombi, Bj 1995, 106kw, 5400 etc., who have to do exactly that and just found a cheaper way :-). ße Miena
