Power to start he has, has the full power, but just before skip to the start, he shook himself vigorously, then did not want to start at all. Time and again tried, starter works for start, battery ok, but he did not go on. Then waited 10 minutes, gas pedal kicked 3-4 times into the empty, then tried to start again, suddenly he ran like r, however not round, but shook still in idle. At careful gas he wanted to go out, immediately took away gas and carefully tried to continue until he ran relatively normal. I mean, the climate is on when the light is off, say on rec hts is switched. + Day skilomters and track counters are without function. Is this a known problem? KM/H display funniest! Can it be that the wave is not completely inside? 2 Stufiges Syste, im Tacho? + Upstairs in the tacho, the small lights don’t function. How the most scrolling? + He has an original Volvo radio in it, that must be out. Is it from behind screwed and how do I get there? + Squeaking driver seat……..without words. + When is the timing belt changed? a sign from Volvo, where apparently the timing belt was changed 2 years ago and is to be changed again at 247000 KM. hy mein v70 bj. 11/99 2,4t automatik original 193ps als tacho mit den originalen 205/50/16 als tacho 255 auf 230-240 ist er flott der rest pulls up a little bit, is with chip certainly better? now I measured with the navi, but with winter wheels limited (210kmh) and larger wheels 205 55 16, so a little more rolling circumference and thus less tacholügen result 200 on the tacho were despite the larger wheels 197 als navi (garmin660) what are your values?

Hello Leut ́z, first of all thank you for the many tips and help with my new start in the Volvo fan club. To complete the quite diversified “washing machine thread” with all his doofen beginner problems, here it is – only a few things are missing: – apparently very well maintained. Spurred like a kitten, glove test negative (blast nix). – Timing belts, brakes, exhaust, front axle, battery, windshield, inspection quite new. – By me: Total ignition rattle, Lufi and Th ermostat, solar plexius, plastic wood. – Missing yet: AHK and beeps (existing, but I can’t get off neither bumper nor AHK – must workshop! Sometime aluminium rims, tacho gear, – and then only technical maintenance. Everything works (disk lifters, locks…) But one or the other surely still comes. – 20 years old, about 290,000 km. I have to turn out first. And a few stone strokes ahead, then polish – when it gets warmer. And from April also my Miata is allowed again. 25 years a lt, 170,000 km on the clock, and nothing to craft! It’s just running – and it’s fun! And here are some more photos:

moin moin what do you think about this V70?That’s not sure yet because of the 410tkm….my two volvos (740 and 850 T5) had only 320tkm down. Tüv still has the car until 09/2016, so that almost like new TÜV What would new brakes cost? I calculate with so about 500€ Thanks for your estimates Dankö Barko
