There may be some of them that stand on horny, NACKTE and uncensored engine parts in degraded condition… Then you will not be disappointed here :3! As described above it is a B5234T5 cylinder head. This one had Aua… A valve succumbed to the material fatigue and the load of the operation… So it flew out with all its relatives! Not that in 1000KM the next “burn away”. They are still standing there so that I know exactly which valve spring sat where and thus everything except the Valves find its old place. Order has to be :-)! The new ones have been ordered and hopefully they will come on Saturday ! It will not be planned yet, just before it is installed again somewhere. I myself drive a 2.0L 的 10V , Lahmarsch Elchinchen so the head will not be installed with me ! For suggestions and other conversation I am always open.

Blinkbox Delete error code ABS
I drive a 850 EZ. 1995, which still has the flashbox for the self – blinking. ABS light burns, error codes 3-1-3 and 3-1-4 , which means that the rear right and left ABS sensor is open or interrupted. I removed the two sensors, cleaned them and could not find anything striking. I wanted to delete the error code for control now, but this does not work. According to the instructions I did the following: Test pin in socket 3 (ABS), button longer a press ls 5 sec. – red LED goes on – then press again button longer than 5 sec., LED goes off. Ignition off, ignition back on, control on the flash box. Should come 1-1-1. I had both error codes flashed out as required before the deletion process…for safety several times. But it still happens 3-1-4 – which affects the left sensor at the back. Question: did I do something wrong? Shouldn’t the error be deleted until at least a few meters away ahren ist? Looking forward to your ideas. Greeting Micah

What’s that part / “I got a hole in my head”
Moin moin allemeinand, since I (unfortunately) have “a hole” in the cylinder head gasket, I am looking for a replacement engine and saw in the following ‘bay offer’ a (for me) funny-looking part in the rear view of the (girl) engine there. http://www.ebay.de/itm/271239921268?… or article no. 271239921268 (if the link does not work). There comes some ‘tube’ with ‘pot’ on the cylinder head(or valve cover) that there is no with my 2.5er/850/10V (mal abss This part can’t be seen in other offers; as far as I’ve seen – neither in V70-I nor in 850s. Does anyone have an idea about what it is? Could one somehow ‘deadly’ – perhaps difficult, since DORT is probably just a hole ‘in the head’ ?! Thanks in advance already for possible analyses.

Volvo C70 T5 Wekssport suspension how deep?
Hello all, I have before my work side sports springs to exchange for H&R or Vogtland springs. Complete suspension is not possible for me. A friend of mine decrypted my VIN and let me out an excerpt of my equipment. Among other things, it also says ‘Volvo Sport suspension with 30mm lowering’ now I’m a bit confused, I always thought it was only 20mm, it could be that there was this option with 30mm. Maybe someone has installed exactly these springs and d can tell me a short experience best still the comparison to the original (sport) suspension, if you can call it that. The reason for the change is, the very nervous driving behaviour gives me the suspension back too much feedback thus it seems very hard and almost at the limit. My dampers have been installed new, which is why I only want to change springs.

Presentation – I’m driving moose now
Hello dear moose community, I thought I’d introduce myself. I bought a V70 Bj 97 144ps automatic and hope to be happy with it for a long time. He is currently at 244,000km and has got to buy a new timing belt, new steering drive and new brakes front and rear. Tüv is new. It was love at first sight. On and for himself we wanted to buy a used caddy after I had seen the Volvo, my absolute dream car always, we have it a But the family has already doubted the mind of me and my husband. Now we want to give our Sven the best care of course, so I want to combine two questions with my idea. 1. should we make an oil change immediately after the approval? The good piece has been well cared for in the last years, nevertheless I would have a better feeling subjectively, if I changed the oil. Rinsing of the transmission? It drives itself buttery soft, but as said the best care and so. 2. someone knows a good screwdriver hall in Berlin. My husband is a trained car mechanic and it is now possible to do a lot of things for himself with the v70. I am now happy to be part of the moose community and to have found this forum. Lg

Remote control ZV does not work despite new battery!
Hello everybody, with our V70 Kombi BJ. 97 the remote control suddenly no longer works – a battery change has also led to nothing. The ZV itself works and can be operated with the switch in the driver’s door. Now you could say yes: Take the good old door lock; but as I have only now determined, the key obviously does not fit or the lock is defective. So I can not close the good piece. In comparable threads I have unfortunately no service Finding clues, does anyone have an idea? Greetings from the deep snow

TÜV what should I do now????
It’s too puke… so I was running with the moose to the Tüv first quite well AU passed, brake super ect., then small break-in standlight broken, wiping water at the back doesn’t work. I was already looking forward to the new plaque. Then, the car was just on the pit, a call from below: “Ey, colleague look ma” Then two ingenors from below with the screw pulling on crumbling. Rust rushed audible and my hopes shrouded. Conclusion: In the rear area “Frame/bearing parts corrision damage with considerable weakening back li/re in the area of the AHK” according to report. Super! I to home, box bucked up and everything taken apart. What should I say now? rust but only the bumper holders! (see picture). The rest in the rear almost stainless and far from being rusted out. Calling the parts ordered with the comment: That’s not a carrying part! So what should I do now? Can I somehow get the gentlemen to pay for a cross?

V70 1 / Lamda probe / gas operation
Hello together, the following problem / the following question: My V70 1 (year of construction 99. 205000 km) has been running in gas operation for some time and the engine control light is also on. The car goes off when switching down, or has rotational fluctuations… In the workshop I was told that the lamda probe was defective. 1. Question: In petrol operation I did not have these problems ? Shouldn’t there be similar problems in benzinbetrieb?? The good master has fitted me a new one, which however did not bring any improvement.. He said to me that he possibly got a wrong one and has to get another one in there… What do you think about it? what can I do ?? Greeting

Are Monroe Ride Lever an alternative to nivomates?
Hello forum. Since the nice uncle of the DEKRA has denied me the seal for the next two years due to a leaky nivomate on the HA, I am looking for a more cost-effective alternative to the series Nivomats of my 850 station wagon. Unfortunately, the OEM market no longer offers identical dampers. And in the bay only scrap-ready models are crawling around. After about 35 phone calls with the car recyclers in my region I came across the Ride Lever from Monroe. Has someone here already had experience with these dampers and can kindly give me information? Do they fit easily into the photos and what is to be taken into consideration when installing them? Do you have to pump them up for load operation or do this automatically? For a help I would like to thank you in advance.
