Moin together, maybe it’s a stupid idea: I would like to put an LED in the front ceiling light as “ambiente lighting”. How can I wire it so that it can either a) reach through the glare light switch or b) when the ignition is switched on. But I don’t want to dismantle the entire front interior covering to move 20 m of cable. So: Is there a possibility of wiring that takes place in the immediate vicinity of the ceiling light? Maybe someone has already tinkered with it and can describe to me which of the wires lying there I should connect with the lamp. Thanks already in advance!

I thought that new appradio from pioneer would be the ideal alternative for my old sc 802 in t5r… but: pustekuchen. that part can only reflect contacts, photos and google maps from the iphone. so no real alternative, because pioneer does not manage to convince other app-providers of the concept.http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/AppRadio now I think about what I should install instead. how about a sc-805 from the v70/1? does it all fit? so also color? that seems to be a little more gruesome than my statement. but has at least cd.http://www.ebay.de/…/150656208324?… I would actually like to have a double-touchscreen. only the prices are annoying…for that I drive the good piece too little… how did you solve that? has someone an idea? or would like to get rid of something in the keller?

SC 900, radio defective
Hello moose driver, have never had Probs. with the SC 900 (V70 I, ́97) but now the radio, i.e. the station search run (scan) does not work anymore and it is not a single transmitter to receive. Cassette and CD play perfectly. It rushes in the boxes during radio operation. fuses, voltage supply etc. everything ok. Have already checked all plugs, power supply from and again jammed and SC 900 by means of CODE again activated – no change. Presumably that the radio receiver or antenna / antenna amplifier could be the cause. My wife spoke of wobble contact as it was running from time to time. How and what can I examine now, or does anyone else have any other ideas?

Brake problem
Hello guys, I have a problem with my 850s. When braking, the car is leaning to jerk on. The higher the speed the worse it gets. Have made braking attempts only with the handbrake->No jerking. So I changed the discs and legs in front, because I thought the had a blow, but unfortunately no improvement. Can there be something on the chassis in the bad and if so what? once again oil trap
I’m in the oil trap right now, has already smoked properly from the oil spill and filler plugs, but zero oil consumption, therefore yes oil trap in suspicion, now everything is removed, but hoses and oil trap are completely free, nothing with oil coal or anything else, then the one hose goes from the oil trap to the back direction Turbo, which goes directly into the hose that comes from the air filter, before that the hose goes from the oil trap and a vacuum hose is still a contact where a plug belongs to it but no one is at it???? Find now in the dark also no plug that hangs loosely, but had also switched gears and there was also no one over and had to expand everything. Listen now to this now a cable and is to blame that it blocks so? Bzw there is perhaps no underpressure that the oil trap needs? Have from my oil trap 4 openings, 2 are above, in the new one I have only an opening above, so I have thankfully bought for the wrong binip!

Hello, Eckdaten: 2,5 10V Bj 96 242TKm Gasanlage prins vsi I’m about to start with my problem: A friend and I drove from Dresden to Halle last night. Since she drove and was still a beginner she still had her problems with the clutch and the feeling with the gas giving(is yes normal) Where we arrived in Halle and were full of traffic she was then a bit overwhelmed and I thought I gave full throttle and then really slowly let the clutch come… I thought so my poor Volvi:/ He drives on gas really modesty! He jerks and stutters and doesn’t get back on the road anymore. I then drove back to Dresden yesterday only on petrol again. Today early on and briefly drove on gasoline, then switched on and he ran on gas relatively normal but with rising water temperature it became as bad as yesterday!? Besides, the on-board computer shows when starting 50l/100km!!!?? Also I now use at 50kmh 10l in the 5th course before it was 6l before! Do you have an idea to do something about it?

Volvo 850 2.5-10V – Poor gas consumption/Earthless idle at low speeds
Good evening dear community, I want to get a 850, I looked at one last time. 250tkm, dark green with beige full leather. The engine, a B5252SF, is a little bit of a problem. It is difficult to start and runs when it is on is very rough, tends to go out. This is however only the case in the stand gas. On short gas strokes it reacts from the stand gas bad or not at all, if only painfully turning up with ignitions. But as soon as you are over 1500U/min away and the engine once ‘rolls’ it remains constant over the whole speed band. I have read a lot of distribution fingers and petrol pump relays, but rather type on the latter since otherwise it would have to have a theoretical effect on the whole speed band (or?). Would you be nice if you would give me your advice.

Onboard computer 850er BJ94 spins…
Hello, I am fresh in the forum and have already found a lot of information here. But I have a problem with my on-board computer, to which google has not spit out a suitable answer yet. And indeed the BC spins in the form that it runs for a time well and then falls out without any obvious reason and turns off again and again. It is as if you hit the battery on and off. When the car is standing he sometimes still spins and then it is like if nothing had been. So I think, I could almost exclude a wackler, because he goes back to the standstill. Also the lighting did not go on, and finally, during the ride after a small Ruckler has switched on again. After the following failure, everything was dark again. Could it be a wocker or maybe gets some kind of wrong current. Have the car for 1.5 months and don’t know the previous history. Next, the AI should be able to get out of day-kilometre counters and lamps and since then I wanted to ask myself if the problem is familiar with the BC.

Engine starts after the second or third time
Hello, my 850er (2.0 ltr. 126 PS petroler, 455,000 km) always jumped on hit. Since a few days only on the second time, today only the third time. When it first runs, it runs great as ever. I have already checked the following: petrol pump (2008 new) runs a short run after ignition (back obeys); front (early obeys) it gurgles briefly, relay (2008 new) switches audible. Contact plate ignition lock could it be (2008 a used part installed)?! Oh yes, all ignition cables new 2012, ignition distributor, dealer, finger 2011 new. Does anyone know what that can be?
