Hello, on my 850er (petrol, 2.5l) the 3rd cooler is already over. Before I install a new one again, I thought I was looking for the cause… Could a defective water pump possibly contribute to this?It was not changed during the last timing belt change (why always?) The mechanic in the screwdriver hall said after the last cooler installation, that there was somehow too much pressure on the system…? Greetings

I have to separate myself from my big black one:
Hello you, Well, it’s unfortunately like this: TÜV is due and I’m about to move to a place that is green zone – I have to reasonably separate myself from my V70. I would be very pleased if he comes into his hands that appreciate him. That’s why I ask here in the forum: Would someone like to buy my black elk? 314tkm Momentum equipment with integrated child seat and protective net and and and… (no LRA) control chains changed at 278tkm He has at the tailgate at the tailgate at the tailgate at the tailgate Loussante a little rust (3-5mm wide), although he always stands in his garage. Otherwise there are 2 small hageldells on the roof and on the bonnet each. I would find myself friends a nice new owner, because I really hang on to him, but it is only a car and there I need one, where I don’t have to drive out of a million city with the subway to get to my car. Now I bought a “baby”-volvo… Dear Greeting! black_elkb

Trouble with the TÜV because of missing cardan shaft
Hello, someone has a certificate or experience what to do in such a case, the car is really too bad to scrap, financially it is no longer profitable to repair the AWD, Volvo Germany is nice but of them I also get no safety certificate. The Volvo dealer meant that this is quite petty and I should just drive to the Dekra. Thanks in advance.

Crankcase ventilation re-installed – Where the hell is the small hose connected?
Hello, I’m in despair. I put down the intake manifold, cleaned the oil trap and now replaced the crankcase sleeve. Because it was broken on the way to the tube loader/air filter. I also connected the thicker pipe. On the one side on the oil trap, the other side on the turbocharger/air filter. But where the hell is the little hose connected? I can’t find both sides. Then there is still a cut-off hose under the Dec Is the small hose connected here? Or what is the hose good for? It connects to a thin metal cable that winds around the spark plug plugs. I bought my 94ér T-5 used recently. I didn’t notice the fuel smell from the engine compartment. Can someone help a T-5 beginner? By the way: The repair manual (Skandix) can easily be plugged into the ton. Anyway, that says z u this topic only something in it, what I get with just hingucking. I’m really disappointed. Thanks already Joko2000

Engine jerks under load and has power hole up to 2000 rpm
Hello all, my 1996er 850 10V has been a problem for 4 weeks. In the beginning it was a slight jerking, it has increased in the last 4 weeks and is now stronger. In the range up to 2000 rpm the engine is jerking under load. When it gets warm, it gets worse. The idling is at warm and at cold quiet and inconspicuous with about 800 rpm. Even when giving gas in idling nothing is jerking. All 5 cylinders seem to run. However under load adjusts itself a jerking, which is only at approx. 2000 rpm n disappears upwards. Over 2000 rpm the engine runs smoothly. It has noticeably little power under it. So if I drive carefully, even under 2000 rpm hardly anything pushes anything. I noticed that it is load-dependent. In idle mode I can reach any speed without problems and without ruching. However, if I give full throttle under load at 1200 rpm, the jerking is also “towing” beyond the limit of 2000 rpm. There is a noticeable lack of power. Only if I give the gas briefly lightly take it away, stop the jerking immediately and the power comes up. Then I can give it full throttle again immediately and there is nothing going on. What is that? I changed the petrol filter, it was due anyway. The ignition coil is quite new, about 2 years.

Experience with roof tent?
Hello together! Since we are planning more extensive trips with the big moose this year and also in the future, but I (unlike my girlfriend) am not a big fan of campers and vans, today I pushed over a short marginal note of the provider roof tent24. There is a roof tent offered, which is also usable as a roof box and seems really optimal for two people. Well, the called 1450 flakes plus shipping are a house number, but all times cheaper than the Inv It’s not like that’s any of these constructions that turn the car into a tree house. Actually, it’s a great thing, I think. Has any of you ever had such a part on our cars? Was that good? Can the roof railing do that well? I’m seriously thinking of ordering a thing like this. Then the trunk can stay free for the local conquests. -See Greece trip and the guided nursery in the village. Heck. 8 trees á 2m can already become a sporting challenge in the plane or the limo… Greeting

Speed limiters?
Hi folk, was just on the highway, from Kassel to Paderborn. On the A33 I first made an Audi Q7 look old and then I wanted to see what was going on. Was a slope and little traffic. Tachonadel went beyond the 260 until about 267 then came a slight stuttering. Was definitely the limiter? Did not have time to look at the rev indicator How much real km/h was that? Given mine is 240. Still what, I can’t load my Medion-Navi at the cigarette lighter. But it works. Does one of you have the problem too? Greeting Mark

S70 – 12V connection center console + purchase tip
Hello everyone, I was mostly on the road in the Mercedes areas of the forum so far. Now I also bought a moose: Volvo S70 2.5 SE Tubo RHD, year 1998. For this vehicle I bought a car-specific KUDA mobile phone console. TIP: KUDA currently offers the mobile phone consoles for older vehicle models (also Volvo) super-cheap (from 4,65 + Porto). I have paid a total of only 11,08 EUR (incl. Porto) for my real leather console S70! Since I am a lot busy I need a charging cable, but I don’t want to use the existing cigarette lighter cans (1x front / 1x rear), but I want to connect the charging cable behind the middle console directly to the on-board network. It just looks “cleaner” when the charging cable end comes out directly under the console. With the Mercedes W201 and W124, this was always relatively easy to do.Has someone a tip on how to use the Volvo S70 on the easy way The cable of the cigarette lighter would be ideal. Thanks for your suggestions! NoGolf

Killing, repairing or selling 850s?
Moin! Since I can’t go on forever, I’m thinking about slaughtering my old 850s, which I still have to stand around, in order to get the yard free and finally dedicate myself to the mustang. Background is that I bought the 85o combo with engine damage. The part has been ridden quite a bit by its previous owner and died at 21tkm because of lack of cooling water. The interior is kept in fullheath, however, the seats need quite a lot of work around again. The driver’s seat has to be repaired on the outside. The part has livau dampers at the rear (no one knows if they can do anything or not), sliding roof, cruise control, electric mirror, leather steering wheel, TRACS, seat heating and el. FH front. In addition, a roof railing. Unfortunately, but also a strip damage on the left. The question is now quite simply what I do with it. The second engine is ready, however, the original one would have to be removed and the whole shutters removed w erden. I’m almost thinking about whether this is really worth it. Especially since the replacement engine is in a great condition and just gets all the belts etc. new. Maybe it would be more sensible to simply slaughter the old car, to hide the items and the arbor is finished. Are still a few things like doors on the right, the interior equipment, roof railing, steering wheel etc.. Or I sell the buck completely as it is… also don’t know what the best thing is. If I fert the new engine The next question is whether it’s worth it at all. Grummel… What would you do? At some point the cart just has to go away and it’s already been standing for half a year. Greetings

Cut cable in relay box
Meal! Looking for the reason why my motor control light does not glow…or rather looking for the place where the previous owner has clamped off I once made the relay/secure box on the driver’s side directly in front of the windshield. After I unscrewed the cover then I found a cut-out thick black cable under it. In the line is a brown and a black vein. Electricity I could neither When the engine is still stationary, measure it on it. But that can also be because you can hardly get there and the contact was not decent. Does anyone have any idea what kind of cable this could be? I took another photo so you know what I’m talking about And where I am here. Where would someone like to jam the engine control ramp?
