Moin together, last week I had the luck to buy a removable AHK original from VOLVO (Brink) cheaply. Now I bought the screw set with rivets and some reinforcements for good € 60,- (!!!!). Unfortunately my had no suitable installation instructions. They would only be sent with an AHK. Does one of you have one? So I already have the one for the E-set. Go to where I have to install these reinforcements and where which screws. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

Demand ,da board front head shock absorber front
Hello, I’m going to change my feather legs in front and I just have a little trailer. New feather legs , springs , dome bearings , feather plates made of rubber , nuts and dust protection caps I already have. I want to assemble the new dampers first in peace and then practically exchange them. But a part is missing , I can’t remember it anymore. Had changed cathedral bearings and counterpart years ago and there was something else. Can there still a distance disc missing or a rubber ring??? The more I change with Skandix and PP have a link with image http://ingoft.lima-city.de/V70R/Puzzle_alt.JPG or that: http://www.skandix.de/…/ Greeting Christian

Clean / renew crankcase ventilation
Hello! My 850er LW pushes out some oil at the Simmering and before I want to approach this quite large construction site, I would like to do the ventilation of the crankcase first. Have tried the trick with the rubber glove on the opening for the oil and the glove almost flew around my ears. There seems to be some pressure on it, which is perhaps also responsible for my oil loss. I am just putting the parts together on Skandix at the n, but before I forget something: What should I order everything so that I don’t miss anything. Does someone happen to have a shopping list ready? My engine is the B5252S model year 95. For example, am I not sure about the pipeline, which I should take there. I would be very happy about tips!

Volvo855 Switch spark plugs
Hello, even if it is a noob question for some of you here – so I would like to ask for safety: How do I change the spark plugs best at the Volvo855 Bj. 96. I’m not clumsy by hand – but I don’t want to do anything wrong. And somehow I can’t get there properly. Do I have to dismantle something first? Do I have to pay attention to anything else? Thank you for your help

Farewell from the moose after over 4 years
Hello, dear moose drivers, after more than 4 years we decided to say goodbye to our V70 TDI automatic. There are several reasons for this but it was a great car, even if it was expensive…. I will soon offer it here in the forum. But later on. First of all I want to thank you for the many helpful contributions that were to be read here. Somehow it was a special time with a special car, I have to say that. So a servus to everyone here.

C70 Purchase advice
Dear community, I’m already here, but with my V70 XC I, which should not be the topic here. I ask you for your advice regarding a vehicle, which I would like to purchase additionally. It is a C70 with the following basic data: Coupe 2.3 liter / 176 KW (which engine code B… is this please ?) First registration : 05/2002 5-speed – Automatic ! (which transmission type ?) Sport suspension original, i.e. 15mm deep Triton 18″ with 235/40 R18 rear-view warning system – but now it comes, namely inside as good as naked… no SD no on-board computer ! no cruise control no DolbySuround or Navi no electric seat adjustment – but has leather sc-901 – has an e-prom performance increase lt. Messblatt 416nm / 278 hp …and last but not least 1 hand 60.000km ! 12x service…at Volvo, namely every year and looks really slick. ……we don’t want to talk about money, but what about the vehicle configuration and this performance increase to keep ? Thanks e times in advance for your comments. Greeting vauviernull (because it started here )

weird behavior
Hello! I’d like to describe a “disturbation” here for a moment. And that’s how it is, if I drive for example 50km/h and the next traffic light is red, I take the gear out and let it roll out. If I take the gear out and release the clutch, the speed jumps back and forth, between minimum, which makes itself noticeable with a small ruckle/stutter, and about 1600U/min. He does the whole thing about 4-6 times until he is just standing. But now it comes…and no it comes to me not only so v or, I’ve been watching it for weeks. If he’s rolling out and gets his weird twitches – then I’ll kick the clutch, but don’t put in a new gear – it stops. What might that be?

C70 1 Cabrio – battery empty, door locked, lock defective
Hello everyone, now a very stupid problem with my beautiful boy has caught me. After a few days of service, for whatever reason, the battery has gone away. My son was on the road with the car and when he noticed this he has closed the car with the FB without telling me anything. The problem is that the cylinder of the door lock is defective and I can no longer get into the car. But the trunk goes open manually. If anyone of you knows if you can get over the backleuch My other idea was to open the convertible deck over the manual emergency lock. I know that you can close it over the trunk. But is it also possible to open it this way? Unfortunately, the tool A for emergency lock is in the glove compartment, so I can’t get there… But it should also be safe with an appropriate screwdriver. Otherwise I’ve heard that the ADAC has a kind of inflatable cushion for such cases, with which you can open the door a gap. Would in the case of the door handle unlock the car? For helpful tips I am very grateful to you. Deconet

Gasoline vs. Diesel
Good day dear forum, I’m new here and new in the area of Volvos. I have a long dream to drive an old Volvo & fell in love with the old v70 as well as the 850, in the end I would decide for the 850 because I have read a lot and thus the decision fell to the 850. Now to my question there is almost no diesel on the market probably for good reason, but I found a “good” volvo 850 which I would best drive to my end, it’s a gasoline engine that would survive good me with regular maintenance and inspection or fails the engine? Must drive 42km daily to work (one distance) Sincerely
