Moin! I just picked up my Volvo from a free workshop, where it stood for five and a half months. They were completely overwhelmed with the problem (motor, other topic). In the meantime, I had to give the starting aid once, I set the clock there on two visits. As far as clear, long service life and menrfach battery jammed off. Now the electronics shows the following symptoms: driving operation, light, turn signal etc. go flawlessly. Bluetooth connection with the iPhone works, however, the car radio breaks off the conversation abruptly, and after the conversation at the Handy is safely finished, the car radio switches again to conversation and shows the continuous conversation time, while the phone certainly does not carry out a conversation. The Navi does not work anymore at the push of a button at the steering wheel memory. After closing or opening the roof drive all windows back to the top position. Except the driver window, there remains the hand-breit gap. He has measured at the power supply of the AHK when searching for error, but otherwise the bus system (though) doesn’t. If a PC would make a cold start, then the operating system can make a new start?

Experiences C70 wanted
Hello everybody! the Kuli is actually already drawn and I would like to order a new C70 – the delivery should not take place after the dealer before March 2007 Before it finally goes to the order, I would like to hear something about experiences of owners of the new C70 – if there are already any of them. Which configuration and why did you choose this one? What was an absolute must and what should you rather have ordered or has become unpraktis What’s your final price? Questions about questions It would be nice if you would tell me about your experiences. Thank you! My configuration: C70 (2.4er, 103KW/140PS) Equipment package Summum Colour Flint grey-metallic leather Anthracite Aluminium inserts Middle console and doors Light alloy rims Sadira 7.5 x 17″ with 215/50R17 Tire audio package “High Performance” RTI navigation system incl. DVD drive Wind bulk How to look at Volvo with a warranty The dealers, which I visited, do not have a warranty extension on offer. Supposedly, however, there is such a car guarantee. With my previous cars, a warranty extension has actually always paid off – no matter which brand I drove. Greetings Tuetensuppe

Help with Kauftschidung V50 1.6D Kinetic
Hello, I will soon get a new company car for my old golf and although I am an old VW friend I am very interested in the V50. Is bigger than the A3 and I need space for a approaching dwarf. Have read quite a lot in the forum the last days. I drive a lot professionally and depend on a reliable car. Am I really well advised with a V50? My golf has now in three years 100000 KM on it and no breakdown. Here my configuration V50, 1. 6D, Kinetic, Dachrehling, High Performace, Speed Control System, 16″ wheels Acrux, GSM-Telephone. black. The 2.0D is simply too expensive for me. But I didn’t want to go backwards from the acceleration to my Golf TDI 100 HP which is quite enough for me. Now the questions! – Is the 1.6D more stable than the 2.0D (see forum reports) – Is the V50 relatively breakdown-free? – Does it make fun to ride, does it feel sporty? – Is the telephone equipment really that bad? – Is the High Pe rformance system good for normal ears? I already drove a short sample and wondered about the noisy engine. I thought the pump nozzle engines would be loud, but maybe that was just the bad-running test car. As an alternative I would have, as I find both the new Passat and Golf V just ugly, the somewhat still but well equipped Skoda Octavia. The aim is a stylish family car (max. two Smurfs) making the fun while driving (also v I would be happy about your experiences. LG Natas2

Dispatch problems C70
Now Volvo has problems with the delivery again. After I had already experienced with the delivery of V70 Automatik and XC-90 how long a delivery can delay, it is now also up to the C70. Today my Volvo dealer called me and delivered me the joyful message that the delivery is only in August/September. April/May should be the delivery according to the purchase contract. Have you heard about problems already, or as with the XC-90 will only be delivered again He serves the US market? The hand-to-hand delivery should be made according to schedule in May. Customer vehicles however only later. For this you get the 2007 model with extended equipment. Can I do without it, because the convertible summer is then over. I’m curious what Volvo comes up with to keep the customers at the bar or what a compensation or a replacement for this time should look like? Gruss lobbo

V50 1.6d or 2.0d ??
Stand before a purchase decision: Either the 1.6d or the 2.0d. Drive so 25000 km a year, but not much highway, rather rural road and imagine me to have a foreseeing driving way. Do not have the ambition to be the first at the traffic light. In the brochure stand as consumption data for 1.6d 5.0 liters and for the 2.0d 5.8 liters. But if I look around in the forum, no one can achieve that. What have you done for experiences? Which engine is recommended?

Can you buy a V50? Recommended engine?
Dear Moose Community, at the moment drive a V40 1.8 with 85 kW, year 1998, and think about changing to a V50. Important for me: A better quality impression and an engine, which is still somewhat quiet even on more than 4000 tours. Is the V50 a real improvement to the V40? If so, which engine would you recommend? Do you not need a super-fast bullet but a car with which you can travel reasonably smoothly. Greetings from the far north

Volvo Pro
Hi! Do you have any experience with Volvo Pro? If so, I would be interested to know whether this is worth it or not. Otherwise, I would be interested to know how much service/repair costs of the last 12 months have been with you. I have already found a few details about service costs here, but would like to have more, since it should be representative to some extent. Greetings

ADAC breakdown statistics V50
The new breakdown statistics are availablehttp://www.adac.de/…/PannenstatistikComparison05_XXL_tcm8-145357.jpg and see, the V50/S40 from 2004 is the worst designated car in its class 🙁 It sounds logical that Volvo with the handling over the ADAC has more recorded breakdowns than the manufacturers with own processing. I can’t imagine, however, that Volvo pays the ADAC in order to be in bad shape in the statistics. The Ford Focus is equally bad – do they have their own service? At least you have the same, unreliable diesel! What’s your opinion? Eike

What happens in an accident when…
…you can lock the doors automatically? Moin! Last night I thought of a question that I would like to have “explained”. I didn’t notice anything in the manual or the operating instructions why I asked here in the smart round: If I have my doors locked when crossing 6 km/h (automatic locking), what happens if I have an accident then where I am not conscious? Say: Frontal impact at 70 km/h. Go The doors open automatically (i.e., the locks) so that rescue forces can open my car? With our old Rover 827, it was so that the hood would be “dipped” so that you could see a switch underneath it, so that all locks can be unlocked. How does Volvo, the safety mark do bad, this? I know, stupid question…
