Hello, maybe someone can help me here. I am currently driving an XC60 D3 with manual transmission as a rental vehicle for several days, with just 5,000km – whether this now EZ 2016 or EZ 2017 – so far relevant at all – I can not say. I noticed that (only!) the tail lights after closing the vehicle for a few minutes, so definitely > 90 seconds – felt rather 3-5 minutes, light up. I have already struggled through the settings and the user manual, Since I would prefer a reasonable coming/leaving function (30 or 60 seconds) but did not get smarter or with the adjustment options clear. My guess that it could have something to do with the way lighting did not cause me either. Via “My Car” – “Vehicle Settings” – “Light Settings” I can not change the options “Autom. Lighting” and “Permanent way lighting” and is set to 30 sec. (at least displayed). What else could I check? The switch for the lighting is set to “car”. When the lights are unlocked/unlocked, the flashers flash and, in my opinion, the “standlight” lighting is on. When the lights are locked, the “standlight” lighting goes out after a felt 30 seconds, but the rear lights continue to shine. The 3rd brake light does not shine along. For me, this is not a lack, but my neighbor seems to be bothering – he m Pay attention to this, as I parked my car in the direction of his living room. Nevertheless, the cause/solution would be interesting for me. I actually felt familiar with the Volvo operating concept; however, for 2 years I had no more than a mobile base. Thanks for feedback!

Expand and lubricate tailgate dampers without danger?

S80/V70/XC70, small note on close order
Just as a tip: if you want to order a V70/S80/XC70, you shouldn’t wait too long with it. There’s no official message yet, but now the “sparrows from the roofs” are whistled: the official new orderability of the V70/S80/XC70 will probably end at the end of January 2016. The car will be built (due to the hallway-quieting by the end of April 2016 at the latest), but rather as a “storage wagon”, i.e. you install the parts you still have. Just read in a Threat that the Xenon burners should be “sleep” and changed. With my moose Xenon are also included, MJ 2010 180 tkm. With my previous vehicles I had H3, HA, H7 bulbs installed and always carried in the vehicle spare bulbs, because it “only” the condition lights up or was broken. Pre-heating does not start sporadically with timer
Hello guys, I’ve had an XC70 BJ 2008 for 2 weeks. I chose the car because I was very satisfied with my V70 BJ 2006 and wanted to upgrade again. Unfortunately I noticed that sporadically the heater simply doesn’t start. So when I get home from work the timer for the next morning. Now it happened to me several times that the heater just didn’t start and the corresponding timer was on “OFF”. This morning was It was so that the heater was set to 7:05. I had already finished earlier and got into the car by 6:50. The heater did not run and also the timer for 7:05 was on “AUS”. I checked every time if the timer is really set. If I place the timer and then close the driver’s door the car shows once again in the instrument cluster that the heater was set. The direct start has always worked and with the timers it works mostly, But not always. Now I wanted to ask if I could possibly overlook anything. I assumed that the heater would behave like the V70 2. There it was that the interior was really warm. I have already read out the heater, but no errors were indicated. Maybe I can see that the heater only starts up to this or that temperature (this morning 6°C and the heater didn’t start). n difference between timer 1 and 2? In the instrument cluster, next to the large heating symbol in the display (which indicates that a timer has been set) there is always a 2, should this tell me something? Background: I need the GPS data for a journey between A and B, as well as motion and consumption values.
