After the resetting the noise was gone, everything was back to normal. Can the display have influence on the engine control unit?

Hello, the following problem exists already longer – and it does not come from that we drive only rarely (1x/week), because we were now on the road for a few days every day: The (alu) rims in the back become hot. you can drive 15 km without braking (always slightly uphill) or last week we drove 100 km over a pass and then 30 km through a level: at home you can just leave your hand at the rim. a ‘outglue’ rim or mature fire risk exists probably not. the brake discs are not worn out and look like new. the brake pads also. was in a volvo workshop, the nearest one is here 1 hour driving time simple. the workshop has taken everything apart and checked and not found any defects. is also so on the bill. probably also no wonder, since, when we at the workshop clamped, the wheels were exceptionally not hot but only slightly warm. the brake discs were in front of about 15 tkm at volvo my V70, bj 9/15 now has 151 tkm on it. what to do? ignore? Hello Together Have 2 problems with my XC 60 1. My BLIS has gone out (Meldung BLIS maintenance required) Mine says it will be installed in March a new software and additionally the contacts in the door must be greased (??) the door cover must be removed…. 2. My heater will be unpleasantly cool during longer driving. Then I have to turn up the temp. to have it pleasant… Also here a software update should help. Does any of you have the same problems.

I’m looking forward to a new car purchase this year. I like the Volvo better than the BMW, but technically the Bayer with its 2.0d and the 8 gear automatic has the nose ahead. Since a big facelift is planned for the Volvo this year, I want to ask here in the forum if new diesel engines will also appear. Maybe someone can tell me something about this? I found out by google the new engines are planned, this is the case. However, it mainly moved around the hybrid drive.

Hello, today I had a sudden failure of the PDC without any fault message or similar in the display. When starting the car the PDC worked while parking, then the car was moved about 50 km and then when parking it had said goodbye without any hint for the driver. I did not even notice it at all, only then wondered at the rear camera that the yellow and red squares for the distance warning were missing in the picture. And since w ar i almost drove with the rear to the wall :- ( Luckily I didn’t touch it. In any case I got out then, I looked if the sensors are particularly dirty or similar. But nothing like that. I turned off the car, after 5 minutes turned on and PDC was back (without having cleaned anything before). Now I ask myself, since the search in the forum did not deliver a corresponding hit, if you had the problem already (MY 2013). e it is especially stupid that when the PDC fails, a warning message does not even appear in the display!!! Although I park mainly on view and with mirrors, but at home this is such a standardized action that you already rely largely on the beeping and especially in the dark do not look back through the tinted rear window in the dark after the distance. It started one day after picking up my V70 with a survey to the satisfaction of my workshop stay. It was probably triggered by the workshop view at the new car delivery. I answered them with a suffocating comment. One day later I get an e-mail that I received from the advantages of the new V6 0 (or was it V30?) to convince. Every few days new mails and interviews about something followed. After a rest break around the Christmas time, the new year started with a large survey on the quality of my new Volvo, with the aim of further improving the quality of Volvo. Since I had not reacted after a week, the mail then came right back, almost as a reminder. Filling out the online form took me half an hour. Two days later I get by letter again an alleged satisfaction survey on my new Volvo, signed by Volvo Marketing Germany, but obviously a general new car survey of a Munich Mark Research Institute. 8 pages of small printed questions with partly intimate questions about the circumstances of life. The answer would take at least three quarters of an hour and the sacred oaths for anonymous processing are already unlaudable because a kind of customer number in the question Boge n is printed, which is also found in the cover letter. Hello. After I sold my S80 in 2009 and have already driven several other cars it pulls me back to Volvo again. I found this V70 at my “again” Volvo dealer and wanted to know if there is anything to consider or something strange in the offer:Volvo V70 2.0 As in my signature I am currently driving a 122hp Octavia. I think that the driving performance should be approximately identical? Otherwise, it is the 09th V70. something special to note? I’m not the V70 yet, but I’ve looked at it on the farm before (just outside, dealer had closed). So far the car looks very well maintained and no great wears to find. Gruss, Björn

Normally the air conditioning dries the air… – Is the rear seat series – Where is the optional rear-view camera at the XC60? – How is the feedback from the parking sensors? (for Mercedes there are simple LEDs at the front and for the rear which are in the top of the sky, for BMW there is a corresponding display in the display…) And then even more complex question. If you choose the Inscription option “top sky and door columns in anthracite”, you have to show up. nd take the Inscription finishing for just under 3,000 EUR. However, if you take the Edition Pro, you have the impression that you can buy this option for 300EUR. Is that right? Would be very grateful if someone could help me.
