I drive an XC60 Sumum since May this year, now about 7tkM. The car is standing one week in the workshop. With constant speed between 1400 and 1500 revolutions the engine is jerking. When accelerating and higher speeds, no problems. No error is displayed, and there is nothing in the fault memory. The injection nozzles have already been changed, without success. Has anyone had such a problem, or heard of it? Without error message the workshop says Inbar in the dark.

2.0D 100KW 136PS D4204T Error: P1335, P0087
Moin, I recently bought a V70 as 2.0D, i.e. the PSA engine from Ford (TDCI). It didn’t run at the time of purchase. A history doesn’t really exist either. I got the car running and signed up by now. However, 3 errors remained stubborn. I write the bugs here and then the story about it: C32200 – unknown error P1335 – AGR position sensor Min. position, – error, -sporadic P0087 – fuel distributor itung Systemdruck , -Deep, -Sporadic Read out with a Delphi (2015). At the time of purchase the AGR valve was already renewed, but this error was stored as permanent. So another purchased and built-in Since then this error has been stored as sporadic. Question: Does the new AGR have to be learned? Unfortunately, this function cannot be performed with my Delphi. At the time of purchase the fuel pressure regulator was plugged off. What led to this the engine started, but immediately out again After plugging on the plug, the engine ran. But when driving sporadically the MIL came with the indication in the display that the fuel system is icy. So the controller was changed. Since then the error in the display no longer appeared. But I now have the following Scenario: If the engine was really warmed up (min. 20KM highway or highway), then you want to turn off the engine for fuelling and then start it doesn’t start. If you accept the hose The engine is running completely inconspicuously and has full power. If the car is standing overnight, for example, it starts normally. I’m a bit overwhelmed by what else it can be. Does anyone know this problem? With what software do you read out your Volvos? I have added a J2534 with Vdash. I can read out errors and delete them, but that has me I’m not going to go any further.

Thermostat coolant circuit
With my S80II D5 (D5244T10) the hose to the cooler is already lukewarm after only 2 km even in winter. So the engine reaches operating temperature only after a very long time. The workshop has now replaced the thermostat because it obviously opens too early. After I just picked up the car, I had to find out that nothing has changed. Does anyone of you know whether a conventional wax thermostat works in this D5 or whether this is an electrically heated thermostat if the latter should be the case, then maybe the electric heating could be incorrectly controlled by the engine management (i.e. the electric heating in the thermostat starts too early) and there is the cause. A new thermostat (original Volvo) can not be broken again immediately.

VEA engines Running power/damage
Hi, especially in the new series (SPA, CMA) the durability of the “2l-motörchen” is repeatedly questioned. In the 90s there are naturally no high running performance yet. Here in the EUCD range there are the VEA engines already since 2013/2014. Therefore I am happy about information about running performance and possibly motor-related problems. Motor damage I could not at least find about the search?

Emergency Brake Assistant Pro?
Hello dear Volvo community, I will soon have a change of vehicle, and therefore also a model change. It will probably be a V60 from year 2013. I put a great value on the driving assistance systems. I would like to ask the following questions: According to information from the network there are differences in the emergency brake assistant. How can I find out if this is the “normal” or an emergency brake assist pro? In conjunction with automatic, I have a complete delay on d A City Safety, if I understand this correctly, is not designed for it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything exactly on this subject. Thank you very much in advance Kanyk

V60 temporarily does not accept gas
Hello together Today on the highway my Volvo suddenly no longer takes on gas. For over 6 years I have been driving a Volvo V60 D3, MY2012, a super car and always reliable. He had shown such allures a little more than a year ago, but only once and then it was gone again. But let’s go to the symptoms: I drive about 120 km/h and notice that he gives no more thrust than I give gas. Only the speed goes up, even at full throttle, nothing. manual switching (is an automatic) does not bring any success. In the display no error message. After a felt eternity (perhaps 10-30 seconds) he takes the gas again and gives thrust. I had this today 3 times on the track. On the road I never had that. Does anyone have any idea what this could be about? On the way back I had no problems. Thank you!

Switch the drive shaft to the right
Hello all, I would like to change the drive shaft because of clacking noises on the right side, especially in left curves. Had similar noise already left, it was the outer warehouse. Here’s my question. Is there a guide for this? Or can someone tell me if the shaft runs out of the housing, gear oil? What do I have to keep in mind? Would I be very happy if someone could tell me something about this.

Buy Volvo V70 Kombi TypeB Built 2010?
Hello together, as already written I would be interested in a Volvo. Drive at the moment an Opel and well that is now old. If there was a V70 Kombi TypeB 109PS Diesel Bj. 2010 with 178.000km at hand around € 7.990,-. What seems very favorable to me. Vehicle is according to advertisement very well maintained. Which neuralgic places are there with the vehicle? When would the timing belt be due, at 180tkm? (1,6 liters Diesel 80 KW) Come from Ö thus the diesel driving bans are not yet beating. Greetings Martin

EZ 07/2011 I have already several workshop visits behind me away from scratching, creaking, creaking….behind me. Mine is really trying and has already turned off some things, but there are still some noises that annoy me, especially from the rear part. Is he in trouble???

Question about front light/day running light/position lamps
Dear experts, I noticed yesterday that when I switch from daytime running light to floor light, the LEDs in the bumper will be less light. Otherwise nothing will light up, when the dipped light is shining, the LEDs and Xenon will light up. Are the LEDs used as floor light (just weaker) and/or should something light up? Besides, the orange position lights in the headlights don’t light up with us. Neither left nor right. With other new XC60, these lights are very good. broken (ex works) or is it no longer available since the latest? Our XC is now 2 weeks old. I wrote to the friendly, but would be grateful for preliminary information. LG from Vienna
