I’ve been driving my Volvo V70 II for 2.5 years now. Overall, I’m super satisfied with the car, because there were only a few repairs and they were always done very well by myself. Reperature-friendliness is very important to me. With the V70 II, screws have never been totally screwed and I have rarely broken away any plastic part. I like many solutions such as the fixing of the door panels by means of reusable push pins. But what bothers me very much about the car is the huge turning circle as well as the high seating position or the low front window. So I don’t hit the sky with my 1.9m head for a long time, but the view outside is very limited, so I always have to bow down to traffic lights. Therefore I wanted to look at the successor V70 III times. I’ve already read a lot about this, but I could hardly find any estimates about the maintenance-friendliness. How does it look like, can anyone tell me here whether he is as nicely maintenance-friendly as the V70 II or even difficult to repair?

Question about V70 III
With my last company car, the (old) V70 has fallen out of the decision, because I liked the chassis and the Volvo sports seats too soft and wobbly. I know that many like it, but I feel that it is unsightly. Nevertheless, the old V70 was very nice and the same applies to the V70. Since I have to look around for a new company car soon, I ask at this point, if with the new model at Volvo something in terms of chassis and seats In my view, or, in principle, everything has remained the same in this respect.

Questions V60
Hello! After unsatisfactory afforestation of Sufu 113 hits I would like to ask if there are more recent experiences with test drives with a V60 T4. In this context I would like to mention that it annoys me that my intended and preferred D3 has only a single-flood exhaust system, which makes the rear view rather unsightly compared to a D5/T4 with two-flood system and chrome blinds. I want to leave the design package for both versions outside. What is the technical reason for a one-flood or two-flood exhaust system ???? Is a cost difference after a few years when exchanging e.g. because of corrosion? Who can share his knowledge and the experiences with us with the T4 ?? Greetings to everyone !

Delivery times V60
Here I opened a thread for the delivery times of the new Volvo V60. In the last days I ordered some of them a V60 and the others got a delivery date. You might know this thread by the “delivery times XC60 MJ 2011” thread, which is why I opened it. I did not order one because I got my XC60 DRIVe 4 months ago, but I like the V60 so much that I would order one already. But I will only do that in 3-4 years. So those who ordered a V60 and have their delivery date–> list. LG from Luxembourg Ben

Purchase advice and 100 questions about the V70 2.5T
Hello, I am looking for a young used station wagon, and I like the Volvo V70 in addition to Mercedes E-Class and Audi A6. Now I have found the following model at mobile.de, for which I certainly have 100 questions …. KLICK What do you think of the price for the V70 in general? OK? Bargains? Normal? On the one hand you are looking for the bargain, of course, on the other hand it is sometimes strange that a car like here is for sale after 14 months and only 14,000km. I am a bit confused by the performance data given in the mobile.de advertisement. There is V70 2.5T and 147 kW / 200 hp. Not only with the car, that is also found with other V70 2.5T. On Volvo.de, however, I find the V70 2.5T only with 170 kW / 231 hp. Just the same CO2 emissions, which are not completely unimportant for the taxes: In the mobile.de listing only about 148 g/km, according to Volvo.de at 2.5T 232 g/km. Are there information about mobile.de or Volvo. Although there was not one wrong?

XC 60 driver assistance package, here: distance control tempomat
Hello, in the current “Auto Motor und Sport” is a test report about distance control tempomates of BMW, Audi A5, VW Passat CC and Ford. The system of Ford was rated as not recommended. After Volvo belongs to the Ford Group, it would be interesting to know now whether the decency control tempomate of the driver assistance package is identical to that of the Ford. Who can say anything about this?

Make a wish from Volvo for Christmas…
Christmas time. What do we want from Santa Claus in the far north? Not meant very seriously, but perhaps also interesting for marketing representatives of our brand… So, I wish me motorically in the V 70 the new gasoline ecoboost engines, gladly also with Power Shift. EU 5 is of course a matter of honour. And in this case immediately at Peugeot after, when they give the 2.0 D with 150 hp. With regard to the exterior colors would be an elegant replacement for the unspeakable capergreen metallic overdue. At the very first V 70, there was once a really nice dark olive… Blue tones there is one too much, out there and flying for a beautiful brown metallic. Then the aluminium roof rails are also released for momentum, then also works with the optics against the brand new competitors from the oh so perfect Germany. Inside, yes inside. There is not much to me. But a wish is obvious, the brown leather from the XC 70 is simply combined with the interior in anthracite, certainly does not want to offer the best thing from a good brown view.

XC90 turn their backs and become a V70III driver?
Hello, the fact is: I currently own an XC90 D5 (MY2007), summum, 5-seater, sapphire black, sliding roof, no RTI, 36,000km as a leasing vehicle. The friendly wants to have TEUR 28,500 as a replacement. A new leasing is no longer possible, as this is not an interesting (professional change) for me anymore. Have two daughters (2 and 5 years old) and seek an alternative to my beloved Dickelch. Now I play with the thought to buy a used V70 III for approx. EUR 30,000 or to take over my XC90. What do you think about it? Greet from the Swabian murmeline and already thank you for your constructive opinion!
