Hello together! I’m about to decide to buy a V70 D5 AWD Automatic. What makes me waver in my decision is the extra consumption for AWD & Automatic and the sports suspension. Question , the sports suspension (cars also laid deeper) is more uncomfortable than the normal one, you can feel every stone on the road… How is the consumption to be assessed ….Figures on average 7.1 …I think rather 8-9L … Does anyone have experience with this car ? Hello dear forum, I’m waiting for my new XC60 D5 automatic. According to the dealer, it should arrive with him around 04.04.2012. If this really works, I would have been really lucky with a delivery time of only 8 weeks. Since the waiting is cruel, and I’m sure that there are some fellow sufferers, I open this new topic for distraction by exchange. A bit like as a little child before Christmas. On the one hand you are full of anticipation for the gifts, on the other hand, the painful waiting for the besser is hard to bear. TMC at the new Sensus
Have my XC60 now for 5 days and I’m really excited. I also find the new Sensus great, as an old VAG/Opel-Navi user hardly any conversion problems. Only one thing I miss the list of TMC medications at the push of a button. I have always called up before the morning start in the professional traffic. At Sensus I did not find a corresponding function. The traffic jams are displayed in the map, but I lack a list of traffic obstructions with indication of the length. Is there a trick or is this function missing?

High-consumption phases XC60
Hello to the forum, I’ve been driving an XC60 DrivE (2.4) for a few months and I’ve been observing a jumpy increase in consumption. Overall, I now have just under 8 Tkm on the clock. According to BC, my average consumption is almost 9l, but calculated at 0.5l to 1l higher. Here my defect report to the Volvo workshop. Unfortunately, the problem is not understandable there. The high consumption is due to a cyclical increase in fuel consumption all 600…900km. I suspect that it is related to the regeneration of the DPF. The following abnormalities have been observed by me. • Interval all 600…900 km, i.e. 1x per tank filling • Duration 50…100km. driving distance, i.e. 30.60min. driving time • When driving interruptions occur after the warm-up phase these phenomena continue to occur • Odor after overheated exhaust • Momentane consumption in thrust operation at 3..4l (son 0) • Momentane consumption in idle run at 6..8l • Momentane consumption at 60 km/h on straight distance with 1500.

Who knows this problem with RTI Navi?
The following problem with the XC 60: About 4 -5 x a week the Navi does not charge properly when starting up. Only a black or grey screen appears. The rear camera is of course not to be used. If I then drive about 5-10 minutes, the screen usually appears properly again. The Volvo dealer can not detect anything in spite of update and error check. Are you aware of such problems?

Hello Leutle, I can show you the current pictures of the new S60, which I shot today (in the meantime yesterday) in Geneva. (Are still warm!) I just couldn’t wait until tomorrow (ok, are now already a few minutes around) and had to show you the pictures right away. Must say, fine vehicle! The nice Volvo employees at the stand were, however, as last year, totally overwhelmed again when it came to specific questions. –> “Just a moment, I have to ask a colleague” –> “he doesn’t know either”. XC60 D3 5cylinders with high mileage purchasing advice
Hello, I love the purchase of a used Volvo XC60 D3 (2,4l 5 cylinders) AWD automatic with 163hp from 2011. Visually and equipment-wise, a model would be very good for me: among other things – are back camera, leather, panoramic roof, Navi, stand heating, Xenon with on board. Since the used car market currently does not give me much, I have already very stiffened on this candidate, but the mileage of 275 000km makes me a bit of a stomach ache. Is this mileage with the said topic? I read again and again about Kop sealing – or head cracking problems, is this engine also affected? Called up for the FZG. 10 000€ (in Ö) I still plan to drive in about 100tkm, there are already experiences with so high KM stands, especially in relation to engine/geartronics? A small manco is the front fender, here there are a few rust spots due to stone strokes in the wheel run.

Injector defek?
Need help at the moment drive a V70 Bj 2009 with 2.4 liter diesel and 163hp Is a D5244T5 In the fault memory there are misfires in the 5 cylinder. Occasionally it jerks for about 10 to 20 sec and then it runs normal again. Does occur at constant speed but also with fast upturning. The correction value of the 5 cylinder is considerably increased. Does this speak for a defective injector? If yes, where can I have it repaired best? Thanks already.

Intermediate position after 235t. km / Leaking crankcase ventilation
Now that we’re driving our Swede Steamer happy for over 2 months, I drove him past the local Volvo-friends to check and ask two, three things. The look did not bring anything surprising to light, the friendly service consultant attested to our Bj.11 a great condition, except for the following things: – longitudinal handlebar bushings behind worn/rusted. Must be changed, as otherwise there is no TÜV in the next year. But is so much I know a more familiar problem – belt lock passenger side sometimes makes mucking when opening – oil moisture at the end of the crankcase ventilation for fresh air intake (filter turbocharger). And there comes – it should be replaced the whole fresh air channel from filter to turbocharger (TN:31657655) – part price 161€?? That’s why I had to swallow it briefly. All this because then the LMM has to be exchanged with it. About sense and nonsense can be argued here. How should the exchange because – do you not have experience? Otherwise I will not find the part to buy you?
