Hello, Since I have to get new generation a combo, and I have decided for a Volvo V60. I have now tested 2 pieces, an Ocean Race and an R-Design, both unfortunately with automatic. I really liked the dynamics of the R-Design now, and I am about to configure one. But I still need some help from the Volvo veterans. Volvo V60 D4 R-Design with manual switching -Saphir Black -Leather Anthrazit -Motion Pack (RTI, parking aid front and rear, 7 inch Navi & High Performance Sound) -Winter Pack (Adaptive Xenon Light,heitzte Frontsitze) -Electrically fold-in exterior mirror -Darked rear and side discs -Rain sensor -Dachreling Anthrazit What’s the difference between high performance sound and premium sound? Is high performance ‘good enough’ if you like to listen to music? Do the built-in child stiz booster on the ruecksitzen something?

V 60 restless steering
Dear reader, I have the feeling that the steering wheel reacts very restless and sensitively, especially at higher speeds and in bends, which leads to a subjectively uncertain driving feeling. Since my V60 D5 AWD is unfortunately not equipped with the driving dynanic package, I lack in the setup the adjustment of the speed-dependent steering. Now good advice becomes expensive. – Do you think that the “driving feeling” changes by the installation of a dome strut (I am with the R in the package).

Sliding roof does not close completely after engine shutdowns
After a ride with an open SD I usually think about closing the SD only after the engine is switched off (“key” is still stuck). After pressure on the switch the SD drives forward, but leaves a 10-12 cm wide gap open. Turn on the ignition again, close the remaining 10 cm, ignition off, frowns. I recently presented this to the workshop manager, who was very amazed and recommended me to report the problem Volvo. Seats in V70
Hello together, I am deposed…. Had yesterday a test drive with a V 70 III – summum – D5 automatic. In short a great, beautiful car. Design, quality, engine / gearbox everything in the green area! But these seats First I had the feeling I seats on the seat and not in the seat (as I am used to it from my multiconture seats in Daimler) – no side support at all – the effect is reinforced by the beautiful but slippery leather. Also, I have no e The upper end of the door lining is too high to be able to lay the arm there comfortably… Never thought that the decision-making criterium could become the seats for me – in the A6 I do not sit in the middle of the steering wheel (the steering wheel is slightly shifted to the left…) – E-Class seats are compared to the comfort the 5s are also only 2nd choice and in the back you sit in the 5s anyway incredibly good and best compared to the mentioned candidates… Well – if you do not have insider knowledge – according to the motto – soon come also with Volvo optional comfort seats – then unfortunately it will be no moose – had made me very much friends with the thought…. New steering in XC60 MY 2011?
Dear community, for the new year 2011 of the XC 60 almost everything has been said, only not yet of everyone. In the XC 60 the NSW fall away in all equipment. That’s for sure (until now). The reason is called the new electrohydraulic steering, which needs more space.My question: Does anyone know what this steering does differently/better can do, that you sacrifice an important design element (NSW) for it? Or is it “just” due to the latest development in the “building kit” (should it be from the S60 s I have not found anything about it in the forum so far (yes, I used the search function!). Volvo cuts the V70 in the USA and makes the XC70 an FWD
Moin, on 25 March, Volvo America announced that the V70 will expire with the MY11, the XC70 will also be limited to FWD. The T6 in the S80 will increase to 300 hp, the V8 will disappear from the S80, but will remain available in the XC90. New Volvo S80 D5 with twin turbo ?
Hello people I am facing the decision to buy me a new Volvo s80 D5 with R-design now for color I can’t decide if I should take the Volvo In Polarwhite or in Ember Black metallick because with R-design the interior is only available in anthracite and it is not as faked to a black car as to a white !! Can you tell me what you would do I don’t know if there is still a big difference from the varnishes as far as I know is yes there s now also knows a 2layer varnish !!! Ask for help Thanks

Limited top speed XC60 D3 Heico?
Hello, at the moment I am thinking about buying an XC60 or V60. The XC60 offers the D3 with Heico Chip, at the V60 it would have to be the D5 with Heico. Is the XC60 really limited to 210 km/h and can not be lifted? Top speed is not everything, but 210 every 2 liters of diesel. I would like to have 220 to 225km/h. Hello people ! I want to order a V60 or V70 at the beginning of next year, at the moment I tend to the V60, because I don’t need sooo much space in the car anymore. I tend to the engine after my current D5 again to the petroler. But my question would actually be, after I have already studied the price and equipment list now, which tips and tricks should be taken into account in the configuration, I think that the base at V60 and V70 should be the Momentum equipment and then should be added accordingly to get the best price-performance ratio, as I already appreciate a well-equipped car (Xenon, metallic,Keyless, 18 inches etc). Are there any experiences new S60 Navi compared to RTI ?? How is your opinion and are there still special tips ?? Many greetings and a nice Sunday !
