Hello Volvoforum, I’ve been looking for a successor for my Skoda Octavia TSI for a long time. Now I’ve discovered a Volvo V60 D3 with automatic in my vicinity, Bj 2012 (136PS), Momentum equipment with a few other little things e.g. Navi. Run it 49,000 km and stand at the dealer with 1 year warranty, price 12.800€. Now my questions: Is the price OK? Are there significant problems with the car you need to know and check, how is the e Automatic? And above all, how do you feel about the engine? With a car in size 136 hp are not really luxuriant. My driving profile is as follows: commuting to university under the week, 16 km one away, i.e. on normal days 32km. On weekend 100 KM to the weekend house, there then a little more driving for excursions, with relatively hilly and partly mountainous terrain (expect no off-road car already clear) I live in rural Ireland, so the whole will play out at a maximum of 100km/h, However, some power reserves are important to me for overtaking, as the roads here are unfortunately clogged by mummies in Nissan Micras. Moin moin in the herd, after I started the 90s a 744 turbo automatic for 8 years and then had a 850 combi for just under 9 year, and thanks to the unbeatable offer for a V70 III MY 2016, I am again a satisfied moose owner. Having become a V 70 III D2 MY 2016 Kinetic in black with Buisness package, winter package, digital instrumentation and rain sensor. What I miss is the return camera and a lot more, but since a moose no more pieces of gold a wesch**scht and the money store has been swept down to a few rest, it has become this equipment. I waited almost exactly 12 weeks ( worse than at Christmas as a child). The first 1000km it has already been past. The tailgate does not open…Volvo V70, Bj 2008
The rear flap on the V70 (2008) does not open any more. When pressing the handle on the trunk or remote control, one hears a click – but nothing happens. I forged a curved “flat iron” from a threaded rod, so I was able to loosen the panel in the area of the windscreen wiper engine and bend into the drive room. So I can hold down to the lock with one hand – only what should I do now??? Recognize disguised lock, in which a wire rope goes in from the handle, which moves when you press the handle. At the bottom – seen from above left – I feel a thicker wire rope at which I can pull and then I can hear like an opening of the lock, but nothing is happening!??? Can someone give me advice! Have already read several dt. and engl. forums, but at this point I did not get any further… Thank you! Timo

V70 MY 2011 – SRA does not work
Hello municipality, the following PRoblem, with the request for hints: The headlight cleaning system (SRA) does not work. In the cockpit for several days always the message washing water level is low. Cleaning of the windscreen goes however. Water tank is definitely full. What could be the cause? Volvo V60, have a few questions
Good morning together, I have a few questions, please don’t stone me, probably everything has already been chewed through here, have also used the SuFu, still don’t look through completely. The day before yesterday I picked up my moose from the dealer and “problems” with one or the other. Data: V60 D3 2.0l 163PS Geartronic Momentum 11/20212 First: when using a USB stick it gets out sometime and the system freezes, after some reading I see two possibilities: either MP3t ag use and convert everything or buy an ipod. Does the first method work? A convert to wma with the all-in-one converter lets the data play but the sound is really creepy. Did I do something wrong? Yesterday I made myself two hours on my own which ipod it should be and whether the parts can charge and play at the same time, because with most used ones the battery should be through by now. h said I’m not quite sure about the matter yet… To two: I discovered a component in the trunk with which I know absolutely nothing to start. Can someone please clarify me? Have a picture of it attached, thank you in advance. To three: with the previous or also current vehicles of my wife I always liked to use the parts search at 7Zap, Volvo doesn’t seem to be there at all, I just noticed. with drawings? Incontinence, colourless and unsightly liquid.
After changing the dampers of the rear flap on my V70 III 2.4D MY2010 and driving the car out of the garage today, I saw that under the vehicle, in the middle slightly on the left about the height of the axle, is a spot. So there has to be some dripping. The liquid is colorless and odourless, but has a slightly oily/sticky consistency. I had first thought it was washing/wipe water. But that’s not it. At the disguise under the car you can see nothing, everything dries n. Therefore the liquid must come straight through one of the holes which are in the underbody covering in this area. From above you can see nothing. Since I have no lifting platform and also otherwise no further under the vehicle I wanted to ask here if someone knows what can be there. I will definitely go to a factory saddle on Monday to get to the bottom of the matter.

Volvo S80 D5 Loading pressure too low
Hello! Unfortunately I already have the next problem with my S80. The first part of my (so far rather shorten) “suffer story” I have already summarized in the lower thread. Now the next problem: After about an hour driving the engine suddenly seemed very sluggish to me. I had accidentally plugged in the OBD Bluetooth adapter and could see accordingly that the maximum charging pressure with approx. 0.2-0.3 bar was much too low according to the display. Is this actually due to the AGR, or is this probably just an additional symptom? I realize that this is very difficult to determine in the remote diagnosis, I just don’t want to start wildly swapping if it’s not necessary. Thanks for all the answers and best regards, Alex

Buy Volvo with 400km?

Front disc heating important for assist systems?
