Hello Forum, I recently bought a Volvo V70/3 EZ 01/2008 D5 with 185hp with the 6-speed Geartronic. The older man had bought it again at the time, the car has almost 78TKM down. Mainly short distances were driven and this in very defensive driving mode. What strikes me with the GT, that the performance comes badly from the “Quark”. If you drive e.g. from a road from the stand or at low speed to a junction or a roundabout then it takes a little bit b This can lead to dangerous situations. Otherwise there are no abnormalities now, the GT does so as far as right, sometimes it stays in the small gear a little longer when accelerating, although you would already switch up at the hand switch because a certain speed is reached. Also no noise when changing the driving stages. Hello COMMUNITY 🙂 Since Saturday I have been in possession of a new Volvo V70 III (2015) with a premium sound system (Harman Kardon). The sound is not world-class, as praised, but intransparent, muddy, unbalanced and in comparison to the sound system of my old V70II year 2003 scrapy. The high-tone controller brings e.g. hardly audible changes, whether off or fully turned up. The Volvo mechanics only determined that music comes out, tweeters can be heard when you hear your ear completely. The question arises: Is something defective (frequent doubles), adjusts (software) or is the system not as high-quality as promised. Do you have experience here and do you have suggestions for solutions?

Hello dear community, now that my Volvo dealer has found out that the two front speakers of my Dynaudio system are defective (low driver) and this is not part of the VOLVO SELEKT used car warranty, is the question for me whether there is a possibility to have them exchanged more cost-effectively than with the dealer or to exchange them yourself? It is the DYNAUDIO system with 12 loudspeakers and 5×130 Watt digital amplifier, which a b the model year 2007 was installed in the S80 (probably equal to the system from the V70III). Is there perhaps also loudspeakers of other manufacturers, which can be integrated into the system and fit accordingly under the door panel into the corresponding devices? The exchange should cost about 570,00€ and I would be interested if there are not perhaps more affordable alternative options, as regards the exchange? Maybe someone has experiences? I am looking for a “reasonable” OBD diagnosis with reading/lossing function for the moose. The “simple” devices (universally) have proven to be of little help. Wrlches OBD handheld device or software (except Vida) offers itself then?. Vida do not get on the laptop to run, moreover, it is too cumbersome for me to carry a laptop. Wolf_o

My question would be if you can retrofit it with manageable effort? Should you call it: old seats out, seats from a scrapper in, possibly unlock software, ready. Is such a thing possible? Hello together After almost thirteen years and almost 350’000km in my beloved V40 2.0T Nordic, I have become proud owner of a V60 T5 summum (EZ 01/2016). During the takeover there were only 43’070km on the clock. Meanwhile, there are already 90km more… After the first longer ride I’m just thrilled. Of course, the car can’t be compared to the V40 in any way anymore, although in my opinion it was also a great car in its time. At the moment I’m still a bit beaten up by the infotainment system and the whole setting possibilities… I’m absolutely thrilled by the DAB+ reception. That’s absolutely impossible to compare with the FM radio in the V40. Especially because the analog radio reception in Switzerland became continuously worse. I couldn’t hear any more noise-free radio over long distances. Now: crystal clear sound, just wonderful. Besides the impractical shelves for me, I somehow have the feeling that j I’m going to have to get some more advice from the Routiniers here in the forum until I have some insight. I didn’t find rims directly in the Volvo document (commissioning permit, homologation). These are these here: https://arena-wheels.de/…c-v90-cc-xc40-xc60-u-d-wheels-et50-new.html …only as 17 inch rims that require 215/50. had even called Volvo directly and my workshop, but they always referred me to the Volvo document (manufacturer’s certificate).The question: It only remains for me to choose 215 / 50 R17 tyres, correct? Hello, my V60 has to be returned soon. Now there is an offer of an XC60 in the room that I can’t knock out. However, a theme plagues me: the interior color. Outside it should become mussel blue. With the Lesath rims. Inside I want the linear walnut as insert. Black leather on the sports seats looks chic, but I don’t want the third generation with black interior. I have therefore imagined the bright leather with black interior / roof. but I don’t see a real alternative. Aside from black again, because the color mixes (black/brown and black/white) appear somewhat incongruous in the configurator. So to everyone: Does someone have the light leather and can say something to discolor (and subsequently decolorize), or does someone have the combi seats and can possibly deliver “real” pictures?
