A week ago it had the first said message flashing up… with the off and turn on of the car he usually went wake up but now it does not help anymore.. according to öamtc it is the abs sensor at the front left (electrical error). Since then also the tempomat no longer works like t1 and t2 Even the automatic light does not switch the dipped light to position 0. The active sensor has been changed but the error is still there. At the plug approx. 10,5V on… . Öamtc exclude the magnet ring because otherwise the error would be erasable and only occurs again when driving. Did someone ever have the same error? I think next I will measure the voltage right and see if it is comparable “low”. Otherwise I am stunned Lg and thank you already Ps. Are the sensors sensitive to the installation?

XC60 vs V70 / 5-cylinder D3 136PS sufficient
Hello together, since my C30 BJ07 wants to retire so slowly, and here now two toddlers want to be carried as extra passengers, I am currently looking for a new moose. We have here still a S60 BJ18, but that drives mostly my better half and is if only with roof luggage carrier halfway suitable for holiday trips. I could have just as well created the post in the V70 2 forum, because I still do not have between V70 II and XC60 I until recently, an SUV was out of the question for me, but I have seen good offers here and there, and I must be a little more flexible with my pre-conceptions of max. 15-18k Euro. Now to my questions: Can someone from experience make a comparison between both models here? Sure, the V70 is even bigger. But how is that from the driving behavior. The XC60 should be quite head-heavy. Never driven an SUV, except for a few KMs. the XC90 I, and that was quite strange from the driving feeling. I like it rather well from the driving feeling, my S80 I was my dream car a few years ago. And can someone say something about the old D3 5-cylinder with 136hp? Do not need a pseudo sports car with high final speed, but hate not to come out of the quark. I only know the older 2.4L 5-cylinder petroler with 140hp from my S80 I. That was already quite tough out, but in the end enough. r currently annual driving performance of 58,000 kilometres does not play the delusional role now, then rather the reliability and durability of the engine. Thanks in advance for your input!

Which Volvo should I buy next?
Hello, I’m driving the 2nd Volvo. I’m very satisfied. Currently for 9 years a 2001 V70 II with gasoline and 140 hp, it’s the best car I’ve ever owned. The quality is outstanding. Now I think about buying another one. I’ve looked around…the newer V70 III gasoline has unfortunately heard a Ford engine…I don’t think that’s so good…do you think that’s so advisable? What do you think? I’ve also looked at an XC 60. but rust spots on the fenders. I didn’t even know that from my Volvos…the rust?! When did they introduce this “pgrade” of the rust flowers? I need a big station wagon for my business with AHK and gasoline engine. I unfortunately drive a lot of short distance in winter, therefore I prefer not to have a diesel…I heard, then they will break quickly… I want to spend about 3000-6000 euros. What would you recommend me for one?

V60 Plugin Hybrid does not start – “Electric Check 60 seconds wait …”
Hello, last week my V60 Plugin Hybrid (EZ 2015, MJ 2016) didn’t jump any more after a 2-week holiday in the car park. The problem is this: Keys in – Start button pressed. Engine does not start. All symbols glow and the message: “Electric Check 60 seconds wait then Start button again– (message goes away quickly, so it can be slightly different) Symbols also go off again, only the symbol “Check–Stays (my memory after) After 60 seconds and there is nothing going on. I tried the x-time. Nix happened. Vehicle didn’t jump on. ADAC couldn’t help. Starter battery was slightly weaker, but ok. Was probably not the reason why towing from 7th floor parking garage. Was an interesting experience. In the Volvo workshop the message I described was unknown in the display. Error memory was read out. After a first diagnosis it was said that the DC/DC converter, which converts 400V into 12V, is defective. This exchange alone would cost 3,350 EUR after an estimate. It was said that this transducer defect is very likely the cause. But the workshop was certainly not. Therefore, the converter should first be exposed and something else tested. That’s the current state of affairs. Still to the previous history – where I don’t know if this is important (the workshop meant that maybe something has already been suggested): In March I left the following occasionally occurring phenomena. check: After start check-symbol lights up. Engine does not start. Start is then done at the second press of the start button. From time to time the message “Hybrid system defective. Maintenance required”. Despite this message no errors were found. I continued. These messages occurred again in the last weeks. And then just now this failure. Now I wait for the feedback from the workshop. You might want to send a technical report to the factory. Good is that you do not want to cause unnecessary high costs. But there is probably uncertainty. Who knows the described problem – and maybe even has solution instructions? I am grateful for every hint. Best regards

Problems with Internet Radio TuneIn
Moin, my V60 is ticking. I’ve been listening mainly to radio about “TuneIn” for a long time. Since yesterday my favorites are missing and are replaced by Norwegian, Polish and Austrian channels. Tunein registers me with an accout (mmwdowczyk – see pictures). After my new registration, various favorite lists appear under favorites in a short time (the pictures were taken during a 30-minute drive) and my registration is “forgotten”. such problems and can help me with a solution? Thank you!

Locking/closing cylinder rear door defective
Hello all, I had about half a year ago the problem that the door lock of the left rear door was defective. Reason was a (small, white) broken plastic lever. In the workshop the complete locking cylinder was changed for ~300 €. Today I had to find that now the right rear door also no longer closes. The central locking closes the three remaining doors (visible at the “button” of the doors), only at this door moves the “button” The deadlock also clacks after a short time. If you put the key a bit away (so that the keyless does not address) and pulls on the door handle of the said door, the door starts up and the alarm system. Same behavior as then on the left side. In order not to give Hinz and Kunz access to the car, I now (as before) have to manually press the “button” and then first the central locking. And that every time, because: The central locking is necessary. Is it a common problem for me to open the door again? 🙁 Now my question to the community: Is this a common problem? Is there perhaps a cheaper hack to replace than the complete lock cylinder? Thank you and greeting – MedanoCC

Polestar XC60 D4 AWD MY 2016
Hi, had already asked my dealer a Polestar tuning some time ago. Answer: only until MY 2015. On the website dito. Does anyone have an idea when the tuning could be available for MY 2016 ? I drive my cars idR 3 years, if that still lasts 1-2 years, it makes little sense…

Costs for brake change ok ?
Hello together, when changing from winter to summer tyres, the friendly found that the brake discs and pads have to be replaced once, because they should have reached the wear limit (after now 50,000km). The workshop master meant to drive up to 1000km with the brakes !!! Vehicle: Volvo S60 II D5 Aut. MY2011 The following questions arise: – After reading the operating instructions I came to the conclusion that Volvo apparently did not have an electric wear limit. i offers its vehicles (not even a warning light) ! How does it fit to be a leader in safety to the self-image ? – The all-round change should cost around the 1000,- Euro. That seems to me a little high, however I do not know the prices at Volvo. Is this to be considered normal ? Thank you for the answers.

2 offers XC 60. What do you think?
Hello, I found these two offers. My criteria: Some fire and proper equipment. Definitely with high-light assistant. Does the car in bronze have a rear-view camera and the start stop automatic? Does it have assistance systems that I don’t see in the pictures? Dead angle/track change or something? What do you think of the second one with 190 hp. Is the speed enough? Is it a big difference to the 230 hp? What do you say about the price-performance ratio? Volvos. But now Benz and Audi. I’m no longer up to date with Volvo…. Thank you so much… https://suchen.mobile.de/…/details.html?… https://suchen.mobile.de/…/details.html?…
