hi people have ordered the ppc at bsr(not yet paid because the owners are not in a hurry in the holiday season). wanted to know how you can actually remember if everything works properly without having to compare the acceleration times before and after? shows the device itself if everything is ok? you notice a difference without full gas? thank you.

Switch RTI (CD) for Navigon?
Hello Since the old RTI Navi (with the 6x CD changer) gives up the mind so slowly, I would like to exchange the extendable monitor for a portable Navi device. Has anyone done this already? Is there any experience? The problem with RTI: Reading errors old card material aged operation Constant problems with the location determination repair too expensive! The plan: I would like to disassemble the extendable monitor and safely disappear in the cavity of the dashboard in the connected condition Now I could install a portable Navi incl. connection cable in the frame. Voltage via ignition plus, operation via touchscreen, sound from the Navi own speaker. So I would have installed a current navigation device in the car, with 3D, new maps etc. for small money (and probably a lot of work). UNFALL: collapsed with exterior mirrors. What to do?
Hello, I bumped into another car on a road tonight. Only the exterior mirrors are affected. The problem is that the road has no driving flag and the accident opponent claims to have driven to the far left. My mirror is scrap (Volvo S60 year 2003) and his is actually completely ok, except maybe a couple of scratches. The road there is narrow and is more of a farm road. What should I do now? We have only changed addresses. I have to replace the insurance company and wait for what happens. I think, because in the case of the accident causer it is not clear that the insurance company will divide the damage. Technology Failure XC 90 D5 R-DESIGN
Hello everyone, since December 2008 have a VOLVO XC 90 D5 R-DESIGN which has run now 3,800 KM. For more than three weeks VOLVO tries to repair the failure of the DTC, (Remark Jürgen S60D5: what is this? is DSTC meant?) Brake, headlights and immobiliser. Unfortunately to this day without success!!! All control units have also been tested by online diagnosis from Sweden, also here without success. Has possibly also another XC 90 driver had negative experiences here? Change V-belts

No oil pressure and clapping from approx. 2500 u/min
Hello dear Volvo community, I am now almost again despairing ………….. now my Dickelch ( Volvo S80/2.9 l ) was back in the workshop, oil change was due again, now after about 500 km the message No oil pressure immediately stops in BC and from 2500 u/min it starts to clap. I of course immediately turned off the engine and had the car dragged into a workshop, check the oil pressure switch was I.O. now the guess of the workshop master either it acts s I am very disappointed now and play with the thought of getting 5 l of fuel and finally burning off the scissor……….
