Moin Together, I’m driving a Volvo v60 t6 twin engine from 2020. I’m very happy with the vehicle so far and that’s been for almost 2 years. Yesterday I heard a new noise while driving and I can’t yet explain what it is and where it comes from. After a few minutes (2,3 minutes) I hear an electric buzz from the front right. The buzzing goes away after about a minute and I don’t hear the ride about it any more. When I restarted the same game. I thought that it might be the fuel heater and this morning just turned on the stand heating: sounds quite normal. My suspicion is that the air conditioning system has been cooled down in some way. Yesterday, however, I imagined that the noise went away when I deliberately pushed the ac button (so switched off). But can also be by chance. How does the air conditioning work at the phev? Is the compressor purely electric or is driven by a belt? If the latter works: how does it work, if the petrol engine is off and I drive electrically? Maybe you have to have a good idea again.

Crank housing Ventilation or ventilation
Hi there, I have the problem since yesterday that I have a louder squeaking on the engine. My first thought was that the noise comes from the belt drive, which is too shrill for this. Now I have found that a vacuum is forming in the crankcase. As soon as I pull off the hose on the oil separator the noise is gone. The MIL was also addressed yesterday, however I could not yet read out the error memory. I had not given that at first too much meaning, because I suspected the noise on the mechanical side Does anyone have an idea how the underpressure could arise? Normally there is rather an overpressure in the crankcase Many thanks for the support Matthias

Leather seats in the V60
Hello together I ordered a Volvo V60 two weeks ago. Now this one will of course be a MY23. But since the standard seats in the Core version do not exactly meet my taste, I will upgrade to leather seats this week. Now I am faced with the big decision whether to order the beige seats with real wood inserts or the black seats with aluminum inserts. To my actual question: What does, if at all, speak against the bright interior equipment? Has someone had bad experiences with it (e.g. discoloration by dark trousers… etc.) ? Of course, also positive experiences take me wonder, should there be nothing negative to report. I look forward to your feedback. Best greetings from Switzerland!

Now take another XC60 T6???
Hello together, I currently have an xc60 b4 Diesel my 2022 with leasing until the end of 2026. In hindsight, the T6 hybrid has promised me more, which is why I wanted to change some time ago, which was completely uneconomical at the time with regard to the premature termination of the leasing contract. Situation has changed to this extent. Play me with the idea to take an xc60 t6 black edition. But I’m not sure if this is still so smart, – since xc60 is probably close to the release by the new model, – which hybrid in terms of battery size and load performance is no longer entirely up to the height of the time and – I generally ask myself whether a BEV (would be possible with my driving profile) would not be more reasonable (taxically anyway). Would I be happy about your ideas and opinions. Thank you and LG

Problems with the XC 60 automatic air conditioning system
Hello! Since January 2024 we have an XC60 B5 Petrol Plus Black Edition and are so far also super satisfied with the vehicle. The model still has the heater with timer (fuel-powered). We currently have the problem that – no matter what we adjust – it is not really air-conditioned in the rear row or it does not cool at the warm temperatures at the rear. At the front everything fits and the manual ventilation controllers in the rear are also open but somehow the heat is enormous. We have a 1.5 year old toddler sitting behind and she torments herself a bit and is really sweaty as soon as it has outside 26°C / 27°C. Do we do something wrong or are the known problems? Another question about the fuel-powered stationary heating. I thought – without reading this more closely – that I can also pre-cool the vehicle with this option. So I know that from my old vehicles. In the app or in the menu in the vehicle I always find only “heating” and no cooling. Can the vehicle really not do that?

Volvo Sweden insurance
Hello forum, actually a topic for the insurance forum, but the target group is probably rather to be found here. After last weeks I ordered a XC60 T8 Recharge fast, I also immediately asked with our insurance, what is called there for HP and VK. Does only 180 and is more a car to cruise… Wrong thought, from currently 880 Euro for the T5 the insurance would rise to approx. 1300 Euro. Even if there is almost everything in there, what the insurance offers I find the increase somewhat ard. Since there are still things to clarify with the order, he asked whether an insurance change is possible. I am now not the constant insurance changer. The expenditure is too much for me for 50 Euro per year. Moreover, I do not want to discuss every time with the new insurance person that I do not want to move all my insurances. But now to the question: Does anyone already have experiences with the Sweden insurance of Volvo? The homepage of Volvo does not give so much. Greeting, Baer70

Automatic braking in the stand switches off irregularly
With my XC60 B4 MY22 it happens that the “automatic brake in the stand” has turned off by itself. Interestingly, only when my wife has driven. Not always, once in 3 weeks. Is then stupid, if one does not pay attention to the switch (should always be activated), drives again and at the first traffic light the car continues rolling. Of course, it does not switch it off manually. Any key/heel/pedal constellation seems to cause this occasionally. Have the other already observed? Explanations? Greetings

Low mileage tires Continental Eco-Contact with Volvo identification
I’ve been thinking about this for a long time. I’ve been looking at this for a long time. I’ve been looking at this for a long time. I’ve been looking at this for a long time. I’ve been looking at this for a long time. I’ve been looking at this for a long time. I’ve been looking at this for a long time. I’ve had this for the first time on our XC60 T6 Recharge, and now I’ve been told at the customer service that the tires are only 4-5 millimeters long and should be replaced for safety reasons from 3 millimeters. In the meantime, I’ve been able to experience the following situation: In fact, this special “Eco-Reifen” has been in the new state (without Volvo’s knowledge of “VOL” also a relatively low profile depth of 6.3 mm. But the special tires that are manufactured by Continental have again a lower profile depth of just 5.6 – 5.8 mm!!

A good starting point for used original rims (19″ for V60 Twin Engine)?
Moin, For my V60 T6 twin engine, I would like to get used original 19″ rims (the 32143050 or the Polestar 19″. I have already searched the obvious points of contact (eBay and classifieds) and have also found out, but unfortunately at the other end of Germany and no possibility of shipping. Do you still have good contact points or maybe even one of the above rim sets? I am aware that with the 19″ the comfort is clearly suffering. Thank you for your input
