Hello Together, my next XC60 will receive a (works-side) trailer coupling for the first time. Has been ordered. Since we are on the road with 2 e-bikes (trekking), the bicycle rear carrier should be able to cope with 2 e-bikes without any problems. After looking around now, next to Uebler, models from THULE are almost regular. I would currently choose between the (1) THULE VeloSpace XT2 or the (2) THULE EasyFold XT2. Since THULE is also a Swedish brand, it would be almost obvious that Volvo also offers products for original accessories that come from THULE, but are sold under its own Volvo name. Is that so? If so: Which Volvo part corresponds to the THULE VeloSpace XT2 or THULE EasyFold XT2 Do you have any recommendations on this topic?

V60 Recharge – no connection leasing possible ?!
Hello all, I have leased a V60 Recharge for 3 years. in December 2023 he would have to go back. The dealer/seller has already informed me about it. Since I will have significantly less KM than originally agreed, I have asked the seller for an FINAL LEASING for 1 year. Answer: That is not possible and I can buy the car out or finance it with closing rate. A) someone already had a similar situation that connection leasing was denied ? B) what would you do ? In fact finance or lease a new car at the dealer ? After a first milk girl bill a financing would be about 250,- EUR more expensive than my currently leasing rate. Currently the car has about 26,000km Bin looking for opinions…

Maintenance tasks per service
Hello I am looking for an overview of what you can see the work to be done and the checks to be carried out in each periodic service. It is not the same whether you drive at 20’000 km or at 100’000 km. I would like to see when the big services come, with works such as V-belts change, drive chain etc. I would be very happy if there was a list as PDF. It is a XC60 T8 Inscription model 2019 First-time solution 2018. Please look forward to a support!

Component – Repainting – Crystal White
Hello together, I would like to read your opinion about the following situation: The annual car had a stone stroke when buying from the dealer which should be fixed. Since a dent was available and also a polishing was not possible, I insisted of course on a spot repair (that the varnish is so delicate, I was not aware). So I examined during the takeover after the painting also only the spot – which looked super clean. However, I noticed later that the whole C-pillar differs clearly from the surrounding components depending on the angle of view and here, as I now know, also an entire painting of the component was made. (Results as shown on the pictures – of course photographed from an extreme point of view!). A color difference does not seem to exist but the negative effect is nevertheless clear. What do you think, what can you do there or did you already have such experiences with the paint? Greetings

360° camera: camera on the left not synchronous
Hello together, since recently the picture of my left camera (V60 MY2021) no longer fits the other 3; it looks almost as if the picture is enlarged here – is quite easy to recognize by the structure of the ground in the photos. I am not sure if the problem suddenly occurred out of nowhere or was created in connection with the activation of the Volvo OnCall subscription at the service 2 weeks ago. There apparently the necessary software was played up. From the friendly came the answer “problem so far is not known”, I then made an appointment for next month. Maybe someone from the forum here knows the problem? Greeting Karsten

Used XC 60 or new Tiguan Goal
Hello Together, I’m new here and looking for a family car. I came up with a used XC60 B4 Plus Bright petrol Mild-Hybrid 197ps EZ 06.2023 (7000km) directly from Volvo and a brand new VW Tiguan Goal 150ps. Both came up with the sum of 42000 €. I am now hard to decide, because I have almost no experience with the two. It is important to us the reliability, sustainability. Can you please help us? Many thanks in advance! Best regards

V60 polestar engineered braking problems
Did someone already have similar problems with the Brembo brake system of the V60 polestar engineed??? On the subject: Have the V60 since July 20 and relatively fast the problems (only) appeared on the front axle. When braking down from about 150 -170 km/h, the car vibrated on the front axle and also on the steering wheel. To better understand, it should be said that the brake pressure was already neat, but not starting in the area of the ABS. The visual test showed clear black “sliding” on the disks. These did not disappear completely, however, became again less. However, the problem occurred again and again, so that the car was then introduced to the workshop. The discs were no longer round after measurement! Result after some discussions & test drives: New disks and coverings!! After proper drive-in time the same problems occurred again. You can certainly imagine that my confidence in this so-called “performance” brake is no longer the best! Now the discs are exchanged again with coverings! Cost point after each exchange of about 3200,00 EUR. Of course, I did not explain the number of brakes here.

Dirt indoors on the rear doors (wheelbox cutout) or also in the rear interior
Hello Together, I have already noticed repeatedly that when driving in bad weather or over dirty roads in the interior at the rear doors (wheelbox cutout) a real “crust” is formed relatively quickly. Had I before in the form with no other car. Does – if one does not open the rear doors – not at first. Also I have the impression that in the rear interior area, especially where the wheelbox cutout is, in the ground area at the rear seat very quickly always form a kind of dust layer. Why ever. The basic tightness of the interior I would actually assume. As I said, it is a kind of fine dust. No moisture. Especially when one opens the rear doors and looks at the ground (where the seat runs into the area of the wheelbox cutout. There it collects) It also seems that when model collation has at least made similar experiences. So I have now found this mailing from the summer of 2021: Quote: @Molist wrote on the 1st of June 2021. At least there is no guarantee.

How long can you cover the service appointment?
Hello, I have to tap your swarm knowledge again: I drive an XC60 T8, EZ was on 26.03.2021, the car ran about 17,000 km. The car is leased. A few days ago the car informed me that it would like to service it. Since I want to combine the service directly with the wheel change, I would like to do the service only at the end of March. My dealer says that this is no problem, that one can overlay the service “a few weeks”. I actually think it is unproblematic and would not even expect an overlay (EZ was only at the end of March 2021). However, I am irritated that the car pushes for maintenance so early, I didn’t know about my previous V60 I.
