Hello, had read something here about the topic and today it happened to me more often. Climate on automatic at 21-22 degrees, front nozzles all on and during the highway ride fogged first the right front and rear side windows. Later after about 2 hours my side window on the driver’s side. After switching to manually up and middle it goes away. I never had a problem before. Software 2.5. Thought if the climate is running, can never fog the windows. Are there solutions for this? Thank you and warm regards.

Voice Sensus Navi…..brrrrrr, V60 D3 (accidentally) test drive
Hi guys, so, today finally drove the V60 to the rehearsal. Unfortunately something went wrong with the appointment agreement. I wanted to drive the D4 and got it also promised. I got a D3 in …. well …. accountant equipment. Is not everything dramatic, after I was back in the car house, we made a new appointment for the D4. No matter, the Sensus was on board – as far as I could find out (I have never driven one of the newer Volvos, the last one The D3 was good, ok, enough, satisfying…everything so far ok, but who wants that? He didn’t have a driving experience switch – sport was not possible. The automatic reacts a bit sluggish or late. The engine is ok but can be quiet more. Everything a little sluggish, but extremely relaxed. The rest, everything so far ok. Driving assistant I find really great. But have no comparison. Now to my question: Can you also give the Navi a 850 T5R. This man’s voice with the bad German is creepy. That’s even better for the Navi in my 3 Series BMW from 2015. Did I have a basic version or was there something wrong with it. Or, very bad, is that so? Thanks and greeting René PÜS: can you configure the fully digital display differently?

D4 vs T6
Hello together, next Saturday (25.08.18) I finally have the chance to do a test drive with the new V60 D4 Inscription. But since I am very much superior to ordering the new V60 T6 Inscription, I wanted to ask how far you can compare these two engines? Unfortunately there is nowhere near me a T6 available… I just want to make sure that if I don’t like something about the car during the test drive, it’s just no problem at the end. r was due to the diesel engine (hp difference and AWD sometimes excluded). Thanks already in advance

B&W Premium Audio – absolutely top for audiophile
Hello dear audiophile community, I would like to express an explicit praise for a fantastic, outstanding feature of Volvo. Every day I am excited about the sound quality of the B&W system. Yes, it costs just what, but it is worth every single cent. Have an SSD with several thousand Flac files, of which hundreds in Master Studio quality, and while playing I am always in a Zen phase ??. Yes, you have to control what but s via playlists Yes, even shut off Gracenote is a nuisance, but the sound quality just tops everything. At home I have Linn and am really spoiled, and then in the car at FLAC the concert hall setting, then there is only a wide grin. Spotify also sounds excellent. Radio, but is played over the studio setting. Stake? , I just grin. As I said, everything I had so far tops, whether Meridian (2k more expensive) or others.

Seat position for large people in the XC 60 – 2019
my City Weave fabric seats with bright eco-leather look great and are easy to maintain. But the seat position is as bad as always: the seats are generally too narrow and too high at Volvo. I have already driven three V70 and just picked up the second XC 60. I am 190 cm tall, 105 kg heavy and wear jeans with waistband 38. With German car brands I fit in well also in small cars. At Volvo, however, I always sit too high and look too strongly against the roof edge. And since The seats are getting narrower and narrower. Now I’m sitting on the side cheeks. And I always take the normal wide Volvo seats. I’ve done the first several hours of rides now – the thighs press the side cheeks and the butt tweaks and it’s not comfortable. And I don’t even have the sports seats, but the normal fabric seats. With the normal leather seats, the side cheeks seem a little softer – but the seats are wider. And the steering wheel can’t be pulled out far enough. If you optimize the seat for your legs and push it a bit backwards, you find that you have to put the seat back quite steeply in order to get to the steering wheel with your hands. Then, at some point, the headrest presses to the back of the head, whose inclination cannot be adjusted. And another thing: although I have already set the seat far behind, I can’t do it either. I hardly look out of the panoramic roof, because it starts too far behind. That makes little sense – and joy. I have to make sure with my person that I obviously don’t fit into the Volvo standard. I’m surprised, though, because the Swedes are not smaller than the Germans either. But the product development at Volvo is obviously building for smaller and thinner people. If this continues, I’ll say goodbye to Volvo sometime. I don’t need a 70,000 Euro car, b i can’t find a comfortable sitting position…

Minimum equipment XC60
Hello, I’ve been reading here for a while and would like to hear your opinion on the question: What is the minimum equipment for a new XC60 for you? As a small background: I have been driving my current Volvo for almost 15 years, usually less than 10000 km a year and I also want to buy the car privately and not on duty. It seems to me that many people are doing exactly the opposite here, so they drive many kilometers and change cars frequently, also like ever I like the XC60 extremely well and it would fit perfectly as a family car, but I can and does not want to spend a lot of money on it. So what are the absolutely minimal must-haves for you? Currently I have configured for myself to the Momentum base: Metallic Lack Family package Winter package Parkpiepser front Carplay Integration 230 V socket in the tunnel console (for the rear seats) The only one where I tore something back and forth The question is whether you can only get there with parking sensors alone. On the other hand, I have so far managed to maneuver all cars in my life without any parking help into narrow big city parking spaces… So let’s hear what you mean, I would be happy.

Question about Fabric/T-Tech Seats
Hello, today I had at the dealer one of these seat cover patterns for the XC 60 II as textile/T-Tech in hand. To my and the dealer’s confusion was sewn on the fabric genuine leather as an example for T-Tech. In the V70 pattern as a comparison it was T-Tech, a bit like smooth outdoor fabric. Does anyone already have an XC 60 with citywave or fabric sitting and can confirm to me that NO leather is installed instead of T-Tech fabric??? Would you like to order, but this irritates mic h. Especially the application on the backrest would be grey in leather in winter. Thank you.

Cold start of the petrol engine at the T8?
Hi guys, I’ve been reading here for a long time now and I’m looking forward to my T8. What’s going through my head now and what’s familiar have asked: how does it look with the cold start of the T8 petrol engine? For example, I have 25 km at work and actually have to drive the majority of the electrics. Now I also have some local tours with me, where trucks are often on the road. There are also good ways to overtake. But I like to finish this quite quickly. If this is “preheated” every time by the auxiliary heating system, or if this is always a cold start for the engine. Especially since the petrol engines have a higher fuel consumption at the cold start, would many cold starters be opposed to the idea of gasoline savings. Also in terms of wear, would frequent cold starters not be beneficial, or do I think wrong? LG Beetle007

Used diesel with few KM but long service life
Hello everybody, I am currently looking for a diesel station wagon and came across a very tempting offer at Autohero. The vehicle is a diesel with all-wheel drive, automatic and almost 18,000 KM on the speedometer. First registration was in 2020. First inspection in mid 2021 with almost 13,000km. Follow-up service (motor oil incl. filters, interior air filter and brake fluid) has now taken place almost 3 years later at 18,000km by Autohero. ewegt. Autohero gives warranty and according to the ad there are no technical defects. I am Laie, but I have concerns here that with such a long service life everything is not all right anymore. Problem is that a visit with Autohero is not possible. Although a 21 day return guarantee is possible, but I do not like to have to resort to it. How do you see this? Can this service life harm a diesel, even if it has so few kilometers? Thank you very much!

Volvo V60 B4 Year 2021 Cooling water loss
So far I was able to live quite well with my B4 because he did not let me down. The Fzg is from early 2021 and ran zZ 118TKM: Before about 4 Where started a creeping cooling water loss, which has expanded to about 1 liter to 100 KM. The Fzg was then 1 Where at my dealer – the thermostat was exchanged – because the Volvo was not introduced, I had no claim on a replacement vehicle. Now the Fzg was again with me – the same day the same game started. ..considerable water loss. Yesterday I had it brought in & got replacement cars for 5 days. Tap cylinder head gasket, as the engine room sank after burnt cooling liquid. Will you keep up to date. Also a “squeeze noise” occurred some time ago during acceleration & braking – as if you were driving over a road marking. Will there be something with the recuperation – does anyone know the problem here from the forum? Due to the rather negat experience with Volvo vehicles (another colleague was introduced with his V40 last location) our GL has canceled the order of new vehicles baw. As a private customer I would not be so happy, since the service readiness & the entire service peripheral is not convincing (accessibility, appointments, customer support, problem solving, etc).
