Hello guys, I have a taste question: I will soon get a 10 month old S60 in white. After some negotiations the Volvo dealer still offered me to foil the emblems in black and the back panes in dark for free. I will definitely have the discs done, with the emblems I am not sure at all. What do you think?

Hello together, I’ve been thinking about buying an XC60 for some time now. I’ve already driven a B4 BJ2023 to the rehearsal and was absolutely excited at first. The enthusiasm ended, however, after the engine got warm and then switched off at every traffic light via the start-stop automatic. This is brutally annoying for me, especially since I drive a lot in the city, in which unfortunately very often stop-and-go traffic prevails. Unfortunately, you can’t deactivate the start-stop automatic with the new Mild-Hybrid model series from 2021 on. I therefore think about buying the older model with Sensus. With this one you can still manually activate the start-stop automatic. I have found an XC60 Inscription from early 2021. Price is not exceedingly good, especially in comparison to younger vehicles. Nevertheless, the price would be worth me if I can deactivate the start-stop automatic for that. Since the XC60 is not yet 5 years, I would like to purchase the three-year-old Sens-guaranty with at least 3 years.

I have an Italian reimport XC60. Dealer is 500 km away, and when picking up I didn’t know that there is something to consider here because of the internet. After I found out that the INternet is activated, in which you agree to the terms of use in the menu Privacy Policy, I found out after e-mailing with the provider/telecom that I can’t register because the Fzg. is encoded in Italy (which also becomes clear on the login screen in the car = Italian home page). Info of Telekom: Car has to be uncoded from the country, is not a big deal. Workshop appointment made, on the phone they seemed to know what to do. Car was about 1 hour ago, apparently made software update. Result: still Italian home page, but in addition now error messages (Dring Service SRS Airbag). Workshop thinks that this is normal, with the update I have to drive around for a few days. 300 km later no change. Does anyone have an info about what to tell the workshop what to do???

Hello, I hope my request does not come twice, I did not find anything about the forum search. I would like to order an XC60-2 (with 19″ rims) and wonder what difference the air suspension would make. Hello dear people, I would like to know the following from you. I have ordered a Volvo XC60. Now the dealer who the foot sensor for the tailgate is not available and the Apple CarPlay would not be available, he thinks that there will probably be a retrofit kit in the spring for 400€ – 500€ probably, I would not be willing to pay that out of my own pocket, but the dealer seems to disagree. I have all assistance systems except Driver Awereness (was no longer selectable at the time of June/21) In any case I have had everything in it except air suspension, B&W sound and headup display. Would the above things be a reason for a discount or a cancellation? The dealer rejects both as a reason. I am not sure in which packages the two things were included. Because in the contract are only the packages and are not listed. It is very annoying for me that both things should now be missing, Apple CarPlay and the foot sensor. I would be very grateful for your help.

I have consumed everything in the (German) engine press with interest in the last two years, which dealt with the newer Volvos: V90 new, XC90 new, XC60 new and lastly: V60 2. Does it perhaps call it “disappointed love”, but the tenor in the professional press is always somehow: beautiful, well-processed car, but stuttering driving comfort, even with adjustable dampers. Should the emancipation of FORD have a negative effect here for the first time? I am certainly not a fan, but with the occasional use of rental cars I notice that the colleagues understand quite something about car tuning. As I said, I have quite a basic sympathy for Volvo and drive a C70 (a focus with cabriomäntelchen) and would have been more than happy if the German driving reports for the V60 had been unanimously positive – only notice the basic goodwill, but so rightly the journalists do not want the new Volvos in the air traffic again.

Hello together, since recently the driver’s seat of my V60 II as if you are sitting on an old sofa. The snoring comes from the rear part of the right cheek of the seat and from the lower part of the right cheek of the seatrest. The snaring is particularly penetrating at left turns as well as on uneven roads. My car has the textile/T-Tech cushion, is just over three years old and has about 46,000 km on the tacho.
