Hi, everybody, wanted to fill up some wiping water today. I had to find out that the insulation on the bonnet and on the engine block seems to have a certain appeal to martens… someone had similar experiences?

As part of a single offer, I got the statement that the xenium package, which normally also contains the leather faucet board (which I do not want and therefore have taken individual components), is offered for € 2,394.96 net due to delivery bottlenecks at the leather faucet board from 1.8. also without this position (and that would count for me as a package again…). Did anyone else hear that?

Hello Together I drive the Xc90 D5 with air suspension. I sometimes hear polter/folder noises in narrow left curves, which probably come from the right rear suspension/wheel suspension. Did I notice again today especially at cold temperatures. After a certain driving time these were no longer listening. My vehicle is standing outside at night. Do you have any idea what this could be?Does this have to do with the temperature?

Today discovered at google. zdnet.com reports about an “Alexa Controlled Infotainment System from Garmin”, see (http://www.zdnet.com/…/). There is also a cockpit image, which looks very much like Volvo. I wonder, which vehicle or facelift the new cockpit belongs to or is this just a well made mockup ?

Hello, would like to exchange my XC70 D5 hand circuit ! with polestar, seashell, for a V90 CC D4 or D5 ??? due to leasing end, enough the D4 – in the V90 he made a good impression, or D4 with polestar ? or yet prefer D5,…….and the question seats …..! by this read I am unsure, have now normal leather seats, find the adjustable leg rest great, sports seats yes or no ? will drive so 30 tkm a year, of which 1/3 short distance, 2/3 highway 250 km per distance, largest, heaviest family member I am with 1.82, 85 kg. Hello everybody, I’m looking for a seat backsaver for the front seats of the XC90, because my kids (especially my 3-year-old daughter, because their legs are very horizontal due to the shell seat) spoil the seats. Now there is a lot of choice for this. However, I don’t know at all what fits best here and doesn’t look quite modest. Therefore the question in the round: Does someone have something like this in use and can give me a product recommendation if necessary? Thank you in advance and many regards Thomas

For some time now the driver’s seat has been cracking with my S90 during acceleration and braking. Two workshop appointments only brought a slight improvement, but the problem is not switched off. Today, during the agreement for the 60-thousander view, I brought the topic up again. The workshop master showed himself perplexed, with the presenters on the yard that would be so. I know that RGBLicht and nordisk had the same problem (noise is identical with me), at nordisk the exchange of the seat helped. Does anyone else have this problem with the seat and are there still solutions? I want to have the problem off the table before the guarantee expires in summer.

Hello, after a few months of moving in with us an XC90 D4 has now been added to the caravan. Despite Arctic cold, we have left the camping site and immediately an important question arises. If I am in the caravan and the 12V supply runs over the car, it becomes dark after 15 minutes in the Wowa. Apparently the XC90 then switches off the permanent increase of the ahk. can you confirm it? In the manual there was nothing, can I change it? If we are standing somewhere, it would be great to use the toilet and a LED lamp. That consumes both as well as nothing. The rest goes on gas. Would be very grateful about your experiences / solutions. Otherwise only an expensive Autark package helps for the WOWA, which I actually wanted to avoid. Ps: What happens if I go with hanger in the Eco mode. Then the height of the trailer coupling and the bottom of the trailer is reduced, or is that? Is that still Eco, or should I forget the mode with a hanger?

Hello, I would like to give myself a new car for the first time in my life. On the short list have it the XC90, the Lexus RX450h and the Jaguar F-Pace made it. At the Volvo I am still unwise whether it is the extra price for the PHEV value, otherwise B5. Test drives I am with all, none is bad, in all I sit well and get well clear with the operation. Optically I like the (new) Jaguar best and would also be low in the advantage of the costs but Brexit? Jaguar? Delivery from the FL only from 04/2021. Hm. Lexus I already had, relatively expensive, high consumption despite full hybrid but good car and v.a. first-class, kulante Werstatt and service. With Volvo I have in the past little busy, but in the environment there are three full references (XC60, XC90 and older XC70 CC) I decided not to be too satisfied with it. However, every bad experience with workshops and had to find a satisfactory workshop was found. With Volvo I did not have a lot to be satisfied with the car.

I’m on my way from Frankfurt to Berlin today and I notice a crack in the rear panoramic roof half way. Quite strange, staircase-like shape from one side to the other… Can be grasped from the outside, but not from the inside. Has anyone ever experienced this before? On the net you can read about bursting discs at various manufacturers but I couldn’t find anything from such a crack. Will have this checked in Berlin and hope they can replace it until I drive home again on Thursday.
