Hello together, someone has gained experience of how all-year long tyres like the Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons behave as 275/45 R20 for a stay in Spain? Some people tell me that you can throw the tyres away afterwards. Is that true? Or is that just fearmaking? I have had problems with the same tyres on my polo for 3 years and neither in the very hot summer nor in the winter with snow in Germany. Ok, it weighs a lot less than the thickness. I would be grateful about lively experiences or assessments. Oh yes, I am a very leisurely driver. Neither extreme acceleration, nor hard braking maneuvers.

Retrofitting 360° cameras in the Volvo S90 D4
Hello together, I actually did it and Mercedes turned his back. I didn’t think this day would come but the test drive with a Volvo V90 D4 convinced me. From next week I am proud owner of a Volvo S90 D4. Now to my question. I was allowed to drive a V90 with 360° camera parking aid during the test drive. Parking in our rather confusing (and probably rather designed for vehicle sizes from the late 80s) underground garage was more like a computer game – should mean, it was child’s play. My new car, however, has only one rear-view camera. Is it possible to retrofit the missing 3 cameras of the 360° camera panorama view? Has anyone already been able to gain experience in the Volvo workshops and can give me a house number, which would be financially available to me in About? Even I don’t want to make a hand. Murks on my current dream car I could never forgive myself. …Or should I rather look for alternative suppliers and if yes, which would be recommended? Beautiful rest week and many greetings, Marcus.

Android Automotive crashes (from MJ2022)
Hello, I’ve had my V90 T6 Recharge for about 2 months. Mechanically it seems to be ok. However, the software seems to be quite flawed. I don’t seem to be alone with the assessment here. What I notice particularly negative are complete reboots of the Android Automotive System during the ride. They seem to occur completely randomly. Today on a 200km highway ride 5x, the day before yesterday nothing happened 300km long. My question: Do you have more of this here with this system? (Software Stand V1.7) If yes, then I would assume that it is the software itself. If no, I would rather type on a hardware problem and commission the service with the problem-solving. Let’s hear.

Switching between electricity and petrol – environmental impact
Question from a technically completely untalented V90 driver: when driving in “hybrid” mode and the V90 switches between power and petrol drive again and again (depending on the road situation and speed), what about the burner: does the “empty run” continue when it is streamed or is it automatically switched off? If the latter is the case: wouldn’t that be nonsense with regard to the environmental impact, since a high CO2 load arises, especially when starting the engine? Thanks for expert feedback.

Leather colour
Ahoi Now that the V90cc will probably make the race against the V60, the big seat question arises for me. Nappa leather comfort seats are determined. Perhaps also perforated with massage function. But what color??? As a Jean bearer I have quite respect for dark staining on bright seats. Reasoned? If so, can this be reduced with care products or does the car look modest after a year? Then it would probably become black seats again.

Where is the equipment variant Expression a “sparb bun”?
Since MJ21 for R-Design and Inscription, we most know that Volvo offers an “Expression” equipment line for Recharge Motorizations, which has been streamlined. The aim was to reduce the list price below the promotion limit of the BAFA and thus allow a promotion. I once enjoyed it and compare the expression with the regular equipment and found that an expression cannot be completely “upgraded” and equivalent to a regular model – some equipment features are simply not available. I marked the from my point of view essential restrictions times boldly. Using the example of an XC90 this looks like this: XC90 – Differences standard equipment Special equipment Source: I will soon post this again for S/V90 here P.S. This list has no claim to completeness, which one can just search out during a boring movie so side by side.

Cracks on the headlights / lt. Volvo no guarantee
Hello together, to the topic of headlights was discussed with me about condensation formation, but I pointed out identical “rise” at the edges of both of the car headlights (see photos). To the history: – car acquired in March 2019 (new/leasing) – cracks first noticed in the winter, then pointed out in the inspection (March 2020). MA did not know the problem and an XC90 for comparison was not standing there, but he wanted to ask himself since it is a known problem. – not heard and hung on again during the winter service (October 2020) MA took photos and wanted to ask Volvo – 2nd inspection of me from 3 months late (in June 2021…..jaaaa I know my fault!) Again asked, apparently did not give an answer MA wanted to ask again at Volvo – sometime shortly or Christmas 2021 then came the answer of Volvo….Nööö is not a culant since I made the 2nd inspection too late! several times with the car house, who do not want to answer, but you understand that the 4 can make the statement again.

Volvo Sensus voice control – a huge disappointment
Hello all, yes there are already older comments on the voice control, but unfortunately no really current post. Switch from BMW (MY17) to Volvo (MY21) and my impression on the Volvo voice control (a transition car) with one word – scrap! The target entry didn’t work a single time so far. Drive currently an XC90 model year 2018 and get our new XC90 in December. Has there been any clearer improvements so far? What can you do?

V90 CC – Purchase advice
Hi, unfortunately we have to slowly realize that our elk eats our hair off our head and is now more in the workshop than we can drive it. Currently it is in the workshop because of defective angle gear and we had to use a rental car for our last trip. This is for me now the time to look around for alternatives. We are looking for possible successors for our XC70 3.2. Since here in Austria the car tax is basically “wrought” whether diesel or gasoline at the V90 CC would be my question now, whether we could also take a diesel at our driving profile. What does this look like? – My dearest moves the elk almost daily Mo.-Sa. mornings 9.4km through the city and evenings the same route back. – Every Friday to the work distance still evening comes a distance of approx. 38 km via highway – In addition several times a year home rides from Vienna to Berlin with approx. 730 km and return. – In addition there is still the normal annual holiday, which goes mostly in Scandinavian countries – Norway, Sweden etc. with ordinary kilometers the D-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-out-the-thin-the-thin-thin-thin-thin-all-all-the-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-th-th-th-thin-th-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-thin-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-

Experiences as a drawhorse with the V90
Good day, again and again the topics mix that the V90 is used quite regularly as a towing vehicle. The support load and the towing load are quite neat for a station wagon, but the tank is quite small for its class with all engines. My V90 will celebrate its debut in March with a 2.30 and 1.5 to WoWa. I am very excited about the consumption and the driving behavior. How are your experiences? Does the AWD get a good grip on a damp meadow? It seems to be just a hang-on Haldex. I hope there is no same topic here.
