Moin, I drive about 20,000 km a year. A lot of short distances (5-10km – school, shopping, every day) but also long distances (500 -1000km). In the year I come to the total 20,000 km. About Honda Accord, year 2004-2006 I heard a lot of positive things. Now the question is, which engine should the car have. Reliability is in my first place. But the operating costs on the second. Does the diesel have a DPF? And still a general question about the reliability of the diesel from Honda. With my Vectra C, Turbo diesel 150 hp everything has broken (AGR, hydraulic flaps, turbo, clutch, dual-mass swing wheel etc.) Is the diesel from Honda as vulnerable as the one from Opel? I have heard that the diesels have become very vulnerable nowadays because of the whole around equipment.

Hello, I got the car (Honda Accord i-CTDI Bj 2004) this morning and started normally, when the engine got warm after a few kilometers and I got hit by a traffic light, I noticed that the speed does not come over 2000 rpm and the pre-glow control light flashes. Then I turned off the engine and set it up again, what is… the light didn’t flash more, but too soon pleased, after a few 100 meters it started to flash again. I still love the new purchase of a HONDA Accord 2.4 petrol 201 hp, because my daughter drives one (petrol year 2007) – and is totally satisfied with it. How high are the material costs of an inspection in about and how many work units are used for it?. Is an hourly rate of around 70€ normal for a Honda dealer? Furthermore, I would like to know what it looks like with an LPG conversion with the respective engine with 201ps. Does the car have or are What tank size fits in? Since January, I have been driving the new Accord Tourer 2.2i DTEC Executive. So the best thing that Hona has to offer at the Accord. Unfortunately, I have had to complain several times since February: – The safety system often fails without external influences. This leads to difficult situations. – The diesel fuel consumption is 25% higher than indicated by Hona! – The consumption indicator is grossly wrong. (for an actual consumption of 8l, the on-board coputer shows 9.3l). – The shock and noise level. mmung is a disaster. The car rumbles and bumps like an old Ford from the 70s. – When parking in tight situations it beeps from different sensors without being recognizable where it is how tight. Despite the list of defects there is no reaction from Honda. My impression is that Honda has no interest in satisfied customers. Who has similar experiences?

Hello first of all I hope here I can finally be helped and I can hopefully explain my problem intelligibly Have already tormented me through several forums and in no one could be really usefully helped me up to now… My problem is the following… My flasher has always flashed only briefly afterwards permanently lit up… when I had examined in the workshop, the Mein Blinker relay was broken… So I got a new one and wanted this also g easy to install… but after I connected the new one went at once nothing more… the relay didn’t attract any more… on the advice of a friend I checked the fuses and had to find out that the flasher fuse was defective… I changed it afterwards and connected the relay again… the result is the same… no blinking… no ticking… I checked again after connecting but the fuse was still good. On my old Relays are the numbers 49, 49a, 31 white also the 49 + is 49a the flasher wire and 31 the mass… however the wire colors are not exactly described… with me there are only 3 wires with the colors red, black and white… on the new relay are not numbers but the letters L, E and B… someone can tell me how to connect the 3 wires with the new or at least the old relay… I hope that was not too much and I hope it was partly understandable… already times vilen thanks for the answers

Hello, a few days ago I bought a used Accord Tourer from 2004. My problem is: If I lock the car, you can open the trunk from the outside again. So the trunk is already locked (at least sounds like that), but if you press the opening lever on the rear flap, the trunk unlocks again.
